Best Deal in New Smyrna that sleeps up to 6. Hugh 75' X 10' Shared Pool. If you don't want to rent a Extra LARGE RV & then pay the $50/nite camp ground fees!!! this is your deal. Its my personal 2007 40' Fleetwood Prowler Travel Trailer in excellent condition fully, equipped , stocked & set up on my New Smyrna Beach property in a quiet area only 3.5 miles from New Smyrna's World Famous, Drive on Beach. It’s approx. 460 sq ft with 5 beds and a pull out couch & all the comforts of home. Everything is included, stocked kitchen, 2- Smart TV's , WIFI, Shared washer & dryer, even a shared 2nd shower in garage if you need two showers. It has a Large 75’ X 10’ screened in pool/partial covered, refreshing pool, its slightly warmer then the seasonal NSB ocean temperature, which you have shared access to. along with the other current guests of the 3 other accommodations on property.
My place is 3.5 miles to beach, approx. 1 hr. to Disney World, Universal Studios or Kennedy Space Center. (Rocket launches are great from New Smyrna Beach) Also plenty of restaurants and dining, family-friendly activities, nightlife, and public transport. You’ll love my place because of the people, the outdoors space, and the light. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). Bring your bikes & ride to Main Street , Gym & Beach everyday. Note: There is a $90 per stay additional non refundable pet fee for up to 2- 50lb max dogs or cats. If you forgot pay this fee at time of booking VBRO will bill you upon arrival. Notice: Video surveillance cameras monitor outside of guest homes , pool & common areas, for your protection.

Great camper for my wife and I, very convenient to shopping and restaurants, Kayak fishing the mosquito lagoon, the beach. You can drive on the beach, if you want a more natural beach setting with no buildings and crowds. Head south to Apollo beach! Kim was awesome and was there anytime we needed her. The only thing that I did not like was the small toilet room, I’m a big guy!! LOL! Camper was very clean and well stoked!! We WILL be returning in the future!

First time using VRBO. Got to the trailer and found bugs in the beds. We did get a full refund on the spot but we were left without accommodations during spring break. Wound up in a motel costing us more than double.

I totally enjoyed my stay with my service dog, Mystique! The camper was comfortable and the manager, Kim, was always available to come and take care of any issue in minutes after I contacted her. She was helpful with ideas of places that might interest us. My favorite place was Smyrna Dunes Park. I bought a one year pass for $20. Grocery shopping is within a mile away as well as gas stations. I found it very convenient to visit friends in Port Orange. The yard has plenty of space for dogs to run and play ball. Having a washer and dryer available for free and detergent as well, paper towels, tissues, toilet paper all included. Unfortunately, I didn't get to use the lap pool. The weather was still too cool at night. Next time around! We spent 2 weeks and have already booked for 2 months in the coming year. Looking forward to my next stay! Jane and Mystique

When we arrived the listing on Vrbo said 3 bedrooms and was only 2 but called the rental agent and they were there immediately and made things right by putting us in the house we had a great 10 days and will go back Highly recommended

When we got there kim met us and let us in early because we got there at 3:30. Kim was very nice. The kids love the pool. Every thing was so easy to get around staying there. Our rv was comfy the kids had their own beds hurray. No fighting with them

What a great option to stay at for a beach location only 10 mins down the road! We had restaurants and grocery stores in walking distance! The pool was perfect after getting back from the beach or errands and you just wanted to relax. We will be booking next year for my nieces last year competing!! It was so perfect and affordable! Thank you so so much! The Parks sisters!

The camper was a little smaller than I expected … especially the queen bedroom but it worked out fine. Beds were comfortable and the temperature was great. We had issues with roaches which I REALLY don’t like at ALL! Some hard to reach corners were really really dirty thus the roaches. The property wasn’t really kid friendly …. We had to go outside in order to see them play. The steps to the camper got tiresome going in and out. A fixed porch would have been nice and safer. We had fun on our outings and enjoyed our stay but prob wouldn’t stay at this rental again. Kim was super super nice and helpful (our toilets clogged and she came and helped right away).

Everything was exactly the way we thought it would be and even more. Kim the host was on top of everything and took care of anything we requested. We were also able to enjoy the pool as the weather was perfect. The washer and dryer in the garage was an added bonus. Definitely will stay again

My family (myself, husband, 19 yr old and 16 yr old) stayed a week for our summer vacation. Camper was stocked with everything we needed. Laundry on-site was great to have. The pool was an awesome addition - kids loved it! Location is close to stores and only a short drive to the beach. Kim was super nice and very helpful. Would absolutely recommend this host and listing if you're looking for a rental in the area.

We booked this property for our Spring Break get away! Checkin was easy and fast! The property is spacious and there is plenty of space even when the other properties have tenants also. Having laundry at the location was a great plus, especially with 2 kids and going to the beach 😃 The kids loved playing in the pool. Even with us being at the beginning of pool season, Gene made sure it was up and going for us to enjoy it. Gene and Kim were so friendly and so helpful at all times. Gene even pulled out a picnic table for us to enjoy the beautiful weather while we were at the camper. 🙂 We had 5 in our party and the camper slept everyone, with even room for extra people. The kids loved the bunk room, the switched bunks each night 😆 They had everything we needed and then some. We ate out most of the time we were down but they had everything there to cook and eat in. We will definitely be booking with them again in the future! We cannot wait for our next Florida trip 😃

From the initial contact with the property owner to my final checkout it was a great experience. I never waited more than 5 minutes to get a response to a question or concern. Gene and Kim were incredibly nice and friendly. The property is in walking distance to Publix, Winn-Dixe, Big Lots, and Dollar Tree in one direction. And to historic Canal Street in the other direction. It is only a short drive to the beach where you can enjoy ocean. The neighborhood is quiet. The whole experience was wonderful mostly due to the kindness of Gene, Kim and Tim.

My husband, me and our two adult sons stayed in this lovely RV for the weekend. We were in town for the NASCAR race so the location was prime. Everything was exactly as pictured. It was very clean and well stocked. We got in town a little later than expected and Tim was kind enough to pop out just to make sure we had gotten in okay. I had spoken with Tim prior to our arrival and during the conversation I told him that I was a big time coffee drinker. As soon as we got settled in I decided to make some coffee. Tim had actually placed a clean coffee cup, a spoon and a coffee scoop out for me. That was above and beyond. The pool was gorgeous and we sat by the pool in the mornings to have our coffee. We loved the property. The size was perfect as we all had our own space but still cozy enough to spend quality time together. I would highly recommend this property and Tim is sincerely thoughtful. The little touches left a huge impressions. Thanks Tim.

The location was great! Close to the beach, gas stations and grocery stores everything we needed. The only issues I had was the owner wasn’t responsive after 2 messages before my trip and they weren’t very stocked for a family of 5 staying for a week there was no dish soap only hand soap for the dishes and they didnt have enough forks and spoons I luckily brought a set for each of my kids. And there was no can opener but I did call and ask for one and he brought one over pretty quick. Overall it wasn’t a bad trip and I would stay again just thought they should have prepared better for a larger group staying for 7 days.
