I was a very nice get-a-way, we will definitely visit again.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was nice and the location near the beach and restaurants was quite convenient.

Can't think of anything that I did not like.

A very comfortable and enjoyable place for a short retreat from the everyday.

The breakfasts were tailor made and gourmet. Plus they were fun. The Inn is in the perfect location, close to everything in NSB. We were a couple of blocks from all the restaurants and three blocks from the beach. Even a cigar bar across the street. The staff was great.

Remarkably quiet.slept 10 hrs. Breakfast. Personal treatment every step of the way.

Stairs alittle much for my wife. Price more than I ever had paid.$740.00 for 2 nights.

If you’re not a B&B person - probably not ideal.

Great location.

Our experience speaking with the host over the phone set a strange tone for the stay, and our room was connected to the public space of the house so we felt like we had to whisper in the room. The bed was also so creaky that it kept us up through the night - every time I rolled over it woke me up. The place was clean and in a nice location, but not a comfortable stay if you want full privacy and a nice bed.

Carol, the Inn Manager, was outstanding. Location was perfect, very clean and so comfortable! We stayed in the Flamingo room which is on the second floor and has balcony access....fabulous room! Will definitely be staying there in the future!

Our host, Carol was so friendly and welcoming and this was top of my list for a revisit.

location was convenient to all the Flagler street and beach amenities without being on top of all the late night bar revelry. Also the balcony so I could people watch from the second floor. A designated parking place was a big help,too.

great place to stay in NSB!

the location is great. easy walk to the beach and great restaurants. LOTS of art in the town, and easy to get to the Arts on Douglas gallery which was our reason for going to New Smyrna. Carol was very helpful and enthusiastic. Off street parking!! Breakfast was very yummy and lots of options. Balcony overlooking the street was great in the a.m. Very clean and bright.
