• This charming home is truly designed for living in the mountains. On the main floor, the master bedroom/bath features a queen bed, Jacuzzi tub, shower, walk-in closet. The main floor also includes a fireplace, powder room, and nice-sized laundry room with washer/dryer, perfect for hanging/storing winter gear and drying out your ski clothes at the end of the day. The upper level includes a cozy loft, perfect for curling up with a good book, 2 queen bedrooms and full bathroom.
• A fully-equipped kitchen with pantry basics, spices, and a large dining table make in-home meals convenient, and many of the restaurants deliver. We had the absolute best time. It is such an awesome location with walking distance to town and the riverfront. We loved sitting on the balcony and watching the deers eat apples. The house is clean, pretty, open and perfect for couples! Thank you, thank you!

The location of the rental is ideal for downtown Leavenworth. We walked to dinner and ice cream every night, no need to drive. You are located in the heart of the town.
Terry was a great host with a sweet welcome gift. Very accommodating and the house was clean.
We loved our time traveling to Washington to hit the beautiful trails!
Enchantments were truly amazing! Bridal veil falls and lake serene were beautiful as well!

We were 3 couples staying in Leavenworth and had a wonderful time at this house. The kitchen was amazing, very well stocked.We especially enjoyed the deck in the morning before it got hot!! The location was excellent. A quiet street and easy walk into town and to the waterfront walk. Terry was exceptionally accommodating and went out of her way to help us!!

This house looks just like the photos online. It has a beautiful view and is very close to town. The host was very easy to communicate with. She left us a basket with snacks, wine and coffee! Will stay here again next time we come to Leavenworth.

This is an exceptional VRBO. The cabin is beautiful and overlooks the icicle river. The location is a 5 minute walk in to downtown Leavenworth. This was our second stay here. Will definitely return!

Out host Terry was fantastic! She was very responsive to any questions we had, and she went out of her way to be sure there wasn't anything we needed. We were greeted with a bottle of wine and a basket full of snacks including a gift card to a local restaurant which was fabulous!
There was 3 of us on a girl's trip and everything was perfect. The house was just as nice as the pictures and the view was absolutely beautiful! The house is stocked with everything we needed Shampoo, Conditioner, body wash, coffee, spices etc. There was plenty of beach towels, towels and blankets. It was so nice to have the air conditioning and it stayed cool in the rooms upstairs. The location of the house was perfect. We were able to walk to everything. It was so close to all the restaurants and shops in town. I can't say enough about Terry's kindness and her beautiful house. We can't wait to come back, and we highly recommend Terry's place. We can't wait to come back! Thanks again Terry!

Although we were only there for a short time our stay here was wonderful and we received the best hosting experience I have perhaps ever had. Terry was such a pleasant host and really went the extra mile to not only make us feel welcome in the home, but to do her best to cater to our strange arrival and departure schedule as well as give us TONS of ideas for things to do in the area. The house was beautiful and so close to everything walkable in town as well as a lovely float down the river. We all wished we could have stayed longer. Thanks so much!

What a fantastic home! Master suite is amazing and separated from the other beds (nice for getting away from kids). Short walk to “downtown”. Nice deck overlooking the river. Great kitchen! Great hiking within short driving distance. Thanks for a great stay in Leavenworth!

Every year we take a family vacation and this year was in Leavenworth! The house was juat as listed. We had an issue with lights not working. Terry came right over and resolved the problem. Great location! Will return soon.

This property is our favorite in Leavenworth. The house is beautiful, super clean, and so well equipped. The view is amazing, and the location is fantastic. Super close to downtown, just a short easy walk. Terry is a fantastic host. This was our second time staying here, and we will definitely be returning!

What a great weekend away. The location of this house was so perfect. Very close walk to town so we never had to drive anywhere. The layout of the house was very spacious and comfortable. The view is absolutely breathtaking.
The check in and out process was so smooth and easy. The owner is very friendly. She lives next door and even though we didn’t need anything, it was nice knowing she would be there if we needed help.
I can’t wait to come back this summer to float the river. We will definitely rent this house again.

The location of the property was excellent and very walkable to downtown Leavenworth. We parked our cars at the property and didn't move them once to tour all things downtown Leavenworth during Oktoberfest when parking can be an extreme challenge. Terry (the owner) was very communicative during our stay and had excellent local knowledge which was very helpful. The property itself had great views of the river, was very well appointed on the inside and comfortable. We would highly recommend this property for your stay in Leavenworth.

This property was exceptional to stay at for our Christmas holiday. The location cannot be beat, off main road yet within walking distance to the magical Bavarian center.
Terry is an exceptional host and always very helpful and positive. We set out to have a cozy family holiday with baking and cooking dinners together. The house was the perfect background to experience our family all together in one spot.
There was a convenient outlet outside near driveway to plug in our car as temps dropped and depleted charge.
I’m not sure there is any better place to stay. It was a bucket list Christmas!

Terry has the most beautiful and well located house in Leavenworth! Wow! We enjoyed spending time in the house and we walked to a nearby park for sledding and then walked into town for dinner and to shop. We will be back for sure!!!

This place was perfect for our family of six. We enjoyed our short walk into town everyday. The house was clean and Terry communicated during the entire process of our stay. I would recommend this properties if you to be in the downtown area of Leavenworth. We love everything about our stay.

The property was very nice and amenities were great. Our family of four had a great time in the spacious home and enjoyed a quiet holiday in Leavenworth.
Terry was very responsive in everything from check in to checkout and regularly in touch to ensure our stay was comfortable and we had everything we needed. The gift basket and welcome note was a fun and warming touch when we arrived!
Location is perfect walking distance from downtown Leavenworth.
Will definitely consider this place again in the summer to make use of the deck and river view as well as do all the outdoor activities nearby.

What a stellar property! Clean and perfect for the 5 of us. Everything was spotless and organized. Loved the gift basket with organic treats/wine and even organic spices too that we could access in the cupboard. Loved the games and puzzles offered as well! View was beautiful of the river and Terry was so kind and helpful. We could walk to beautiful hiking and easy access to downtown...minutes away! We'd love to come back!!

My friends and I were looking for somewhere to stay during our mountain getaway and I am so glad we found this house so close to downtown Leavenworth. The host was so kind and welcoming during the check in process. She showed us the property, recommended hikes & restaurants, and even left us the nicest gift basket to enjoy during our stay. The house was perfect for our group with spacious bedrooms, a well appointed kitchen, and a large living room perfect for playing card games and catching up. Aside from the house itself, I think our favorite part of our stay was the beautiful view of the river! I can't recommend this property enough and hope to stay here again soon.

This house was the perfect place for a long weekend with the family in Leavenworth. It is an easy walk to downtown and parks for the kids. The house is perfectly situated, with a fantastic view. It was immaculate and has every convenience. Terry was a pleasure to work with. We didn't have a single negative thing to say about the property or experience.

My family and I went to Leavenworth to run the 1/2 marathon. In person was canceled, but it did not matter! We had a fabulous weekend! The hiking was breath taking! The rental was amazing!! Very clean and well stocked with everything we needed!! It was located right next to downtown we could walk easily and not have to find parking! Terry was an awesome host! Check in and out was simple and she was quick to answer any questions! I would highly recommend this place and we hope to stay here next year!

This house was perfect. Location is great: on the edge of town so a very short walk to everything, but also where the neighborhoods start so that we had quiet, garden, and river views. Very, very clean and functional. Everything we could have wanted/needed. House matches the online photos. Owner is very friendly and helpful. Totally recommended.

We had a group of 6 friends that visited Leavenworth and stayed at this wonderful house. The house was immaculate and the attention to detail outstanding. Terry was the most gracious host. She made us feel very welcome and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. The house was just a short walk to all of the downtown shops, restaurants and attractions. The view from the deck was terrific. It was so peaceful and relaxing.
The house and our stay was better than we had expected. Highly recommended!
