Welcome to our beach house! Our 2200 sq ft home is located on a cul-de-sac in a quiet, family neighborhood, yet within minutes of the action. Located in Southampton, sleeps 8 and offers 4 bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths. There is plenty of room for everyone with numerous sleeping areas, and a living room, sunroom, and deck on the second floor. Pond view with lots of wildlife. Fully stocked kitchen with seating for 8. Three flat screen TVs, Wi-Fi, 2 DVD players, games, and books provide entertainment after a day at the beach. Bicycles and beach gear can be stored in the one-car garage. The area is
bike-friendly for adults and older kids. Southampton offers a large community pool with tables, umbrellas, rest rooms, shower, and lounge chairs, as well as tennis courts.
Southampton is just 1.5 miles away from Bethany Beach and an easy trip to Dewey,
Rehoboth, and Ocean City, MD. Easy access to Delaware Seashore State Park and
Fenwick Island State Park. Really, anything you'd want to do at the beach is a short
drive away! Kayaking, paddle boarding, Rehoboth outlets, fishing, boating, biking,
mini-golf, restaurants and shopping are all within minutes. Bethany Beach hosts many
activities for families including live music, Monday night movies on the beach and
Thursday night bonfires on the beach (with s'mores!!)

rental. No pets. No smoking or tobacco use or any kind.

Cleaning Fee $150
The name of the credit card holder securing the reservation shall be the lessee and a
signed rental agreement, with occupant list and photocopy of government issued ID of
the lessee are required within 24 hours to secure the reservation. No third party
reservations. Lessee must be staying in the home during the reserved time period.
No pets. No smoking or tobacco use of any kind. Due to stairs, property may not be
suitable for the elderly, very young children, or anyone that has difficulty with stairs.

Beautiful and spacious beach home in Ocean View. The community is very quiet and peaceful and a quick drive to Bethany Beach and Fenwick Island State Park. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for our beach getaway including a nice kitchen, dining area and sun room off of the kitchen which was perfect for morning coffee. We also loved having access to the community pool which was perfect after a long day at the beach. Highly recommend.

Everything was clean and well-maintained, the layout worked well for our group, the surrounding neighborhood was quite nice and very convenient for bike riding, and the overall location was great! We will likely rent this property again and will recommend it to friends.

We stayed here with five adults and two kids. It was the perfect size with rooms for everyone. The first floor suite was great for my 70 yo parents. The home was clean, spacious, and comfortable. We enjoyed the community pool and we were only a couple minutes from the beach. The property owner was easy to reach via text and helpful. The only minor issue we had was the tiny ants who appeared from time to time; however, we informed the property manager and she said they were working to address it. Overall, it was a great place to stay and I’d recommend it to others.

This house was lovely and just right for two couples. We each had our own primary suite with bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals. The living room was great for tv time and games. Patti was wonderful to work with. She responded promptly to texts when we had questions. (There weren’t many!). It’s also a very quiet neighborhood with a nice pool and tennis courts. I would highly recommend for couples or for families with children. There was also a bunk room and queen bedroom with a bathroom. Thanks, Patti, for a wonderful stay!

Patricia’s home is even more beautiful than the pictures. We absolutely loved her home. It was the cleanest home I’ve ever rented including those rented through real estate offices. I usually feel funky the first night or two because I worry about how clean the beds are. These mattresses are like brand new. The first floor suite is perfect for privacy for a couple or teenagers. The third floor suite has a beautiful soaking tub that the family loved. We also enjoyed the pool as a nice break from the ocean during rough undertow. There’s just nothing negative to say about this place. I recommend this home for anyone. Even someone with the inability to do steps could use the suite on the first floor as long as someone was staying with them to go to the kitchen on the second floor. Before arrival I got a message from the property owner in regards to the "cleaning people " being late. To my surprise when I came in the home it was not vacuumed and food was on the floor and furniture. I didn't mind getting it up and asked the owner where I could find the vacuum. When she asked why I needed the vacuum I did explain that I found food on the floor in 2 rooms but I didn't mind getting it up, she immediately got defensive saying she never had a complaint before. Then later after wanting to wash sand off from the beach I walked into the shower to find dirty soap, a razor and broken shampoo bottle... ok now I have to clean all the bathrooms which I still did without complaint. There was urine all over the toliet in hall bathroom. Then the icing on the cake was when my 4 year old found a used sex toy in the bedroom on the bottom floor. I was kinda livid I had to clean this womans home and then my son finding such a thing especially durring times where people are cautious to rent. I waited to the morning and was very nice about letting her know and as a home owner she may want to check with her cleaners. As I know things get left behind and I would definitely want to know if I was paying someone to clean that wasn't. She again got extremely rude with me and called me picky and went on and on about how she never got a complaint. Having your 4 year old son find a used sex toy was not being picky and down right disgusting. I decided not to even bother with her after that and we went on about our vacation after spending a full day washing blankets. Last I would like to note when leaving this property she sent me a message stating please make the beds with our used blankets and again calling me picky. I won't be surprised if she responds to this with the same attitude she had and I always go on how an owner responds to a complaint if I would choose to rent there. Because there is no perfect property and things can arrise and you definitely want to rent from someone who can handle those things. But if your in your 20s with no kids I'm sure your have no issues with staying here.

Great vacation home!

This property is a beautiful, well maintained home for any family! We are a family of 5 adults and 2 children and there was plenty of room for all of us. The community in which it is located was quiet and conveniently located and provided a short commute to the beaches and shopping. The owner was exceptionally friendly and accommodating to our every need which is a rare thing to find in rentals! We can't thank her enough for her generosity in making sure we had everything we needed. We wouldn't hesitate to choose this home for our next vacation and highly recommend it to anyone!
