This house was perfect for our family get-away. Plenty of room for everyone, very well equipped for all our cooking needs, and the beds are soooo comfy! The ping pong table in the garage was a BIG hit. Will definitely stay here again soon. Thanks for help making our trip so great!

The house had everything we needed. It was clean, the layout was nice, we had space for everyone and it wasn't far from stores or shops. The owners were responsive, helpful and very kind. The pool was clean, kept up and accommodated our little ones as well as our teenagers. They loved the pickle ball courts. They might have stayed on them all day long if not for the St. George heat. We had a blast and can't wait to return. Thanks so much!

We had a great time. Loved the house and pool. Neighborhood is a little busy due to so many rentals, which made walks/strolls not super safe. Other than that, we had a wonderful easter weekend.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The new pool and lazy river are so fun and HEATED all winter! The house is spacious with lots of seating inside and out, and plenty of fun things to do! This place is perfect for a large group and has a fully functioning kitchen, including all of the gadgets you might need! Perfect for groups with kids or adults only! We can't wait to escape the cold and go back to sunny St George/Washington soon!

The home was beautiful if you just needed a place to lay your head. The ad says sleeps 20 but the home is not meant for 20 people at all. It’s very cramped. If you have small children the up stairs couch is a major hazard as they can flip right over the pony wall. That’s a long fall for a small child. The pots and pans, baking sheets and utensils were gross. We had to do dishes before even using them. We pulled the couch from the wall so the kids couldn’t fall over it and there was so much garbage under it I began to wonder if the place had been cleaned. My white socks were black on the bottom after walking on the floor without shoes. From the pictures it looked like a fun place however the basketball hoop was broken upon arrival and the only on site amenity was a ping pong table. Parking is a major chore if you don’t have small vehicles. You can’t park in the garage due to the ping pong table and basketball hoop. Our son was hospitalized during our stay and we were scrambling to extend our stay or get a late check out. We got no response back despite the fact that we messaged multiple times. For the amount of money we paid to stay at this location, we will take our money elsewhere next time.

Everything was clean and in good condition. We loved that we were so close to so many fun things, Zion, Sand Hollow, St George all very close. We noticed the pool going in and will definitely be back when it's finished! Perfect place for family vacations!

The house was very clean and neat. Very spacious for our group of 10. We used the kitchen the whole stay and it was wonderful. Back patio was great to sit around and enjoy the beautiful weather. We loved to stay up late and have ping pong tournaments in the garage area. Plenty of beds and space for all of us to be comfortable. 10/10 experience for everyone. Will be staying here again. From the fully-appointed kitchen to the roomy bedrooms to the surprise ping pong table in the garage, our family of various ages was happily accommodated. Along with on-property pickleball courts (which we fully enjoyed), we had access to the nearby community center with a lap pool, splash area for kids with dump buckets and an epic slide, and a basketball court. We also noticed the beginnings of a pool being installed next to the on-property pickleball courts and can't wait to come back to enjoy having that, too, as it will be just a short walk across the street. For those who just wanted to relax, there was a nice patio in the back yard. Each of the bedrooms were spacious with comfortable beds and TVs. The bathrooms were big and bright with plenty of room to spread out toiletries. We all agreed that the condo was well decorated without being overwhelmed with knickknacks which inevitably get moved or broken. Because of this, we felt free to spread out and feel at home. The location is also perfect. We were within minutes to nearby shopping, gas, groceries and trails. Overall, each person in our party gave two thumbs up. Our only regret is that we didn't have more time to enjoy all St. George has to offer.

We used this place for a family gatherings between our two families (one side at a time) with 15-21 people, ranging in ages from infant, toddler, kid, teenager, to grandparent age. It was perfect! We loved the location and local amenities. The Washington rec center was fun for swimming, rock climbing, and exercising for the whole group. The garage was also so fun for playing games that helped people be a little more active than board games. The home was beautifully furnished and included everything we needed--a kitchen with dishes, pots, and pans (+ lots more), lots of bedding, blankets, and towels, and space for everyone to sit for meals or games. It was a great space and was exactly what we needed for creating the family memories we were hoping for! Thank you!
