Overall for the money the place was decent. Unfortunately the WiFi only worked one day while there. I did communicate with the property manager that did their best to help us out with that. Neighborhood was a bit sketchy at night. We always came back before dark so no worries for us.

Overall, the condo complex is a little dated and run down and could use a facelift. The condo unit itself fit our needs perfectly. We pretty much needed a homebase while in the area and this worked just fine. It's cozy, but provides more space than a hotel room. For the price, it was spot on.
The hosts were great. We accidently left an item when we checked out. They mailed it back to us (no charge) and we had it in just a couple of days.
I would stay there again if we ever return to the area.

We were a little nervous when we pulled in as the apartments across the street look like low income, but that did not have a negative impact on our stay. We found the condo to be very clean. There a few restaurants within walking distance and Buffalo Trace is just down the street. We absolutely hope to stay here when we visit Frankfort again.

Nicely appointed one bedroom condo with a comfortable king size bed. It was perfect for us since the only time we planned to be in the condo was to sleep. Location is perfect for Buffalo Trace and other distilleries. The condo complex is older but for the price you can’t beat it! We will definitely stay there again!

Host was very responsive and fixed the heater/air conditioner because the fan had been squeaking. He was super nice and very helpful. Great little place.

Kelly was great to work with and quick to respond!
Unit was very clean and just as advertised. Area looks a little shady, but we had no problems. Even met a couple of the neighbors. Very convenient to everything we wanted.
Only issue we had was the TV. I'm not up to date with internet TV, so could not watch NCAA playoffs. No problems watched at restaurants during dinner.
My wife & I stayed 3 night & would stay again.

Great stay, as advertised. A few small, minor things kept it from being five stars, but I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The unit was comfortable and felt like home. Everything was very clean and nicely decorated. It was great to find a place with a comfortable king size bed. We will definitely stay again next time we're in the area.

A toaster and frying pan with oil salt and pepper would have been nice. But we enjoyed our stay and it was quite.

Enjoyed our brief stay here, just enough space to come back and rest to in between activities. Very clean, easy to access, and host took care of everything upon leaving making it super simple.

My husband and I were very pleased with the place. Very clean, and had everything we needed for our weekend. The location was perfect for us, as we wanted to go to Buffalo Trace every morning to stand in their line! We will definitely stay here again, if we do this kind of trip again.

It's not the Ritz Carlton
The property is an older apartment complex but the apartment is clean and close to the capital. The unit is cooled by a motel type air conditioner in the living area so it got pretty warm in the bedroom. For the price I would stay again.

2 night stay
The apartment was cute and a good size for 2 people for a few days. The seems pretty quiet and safe for the most part. The bathroom was small and the water pressure in the shower was weak. The floors could have used a sweep before we arrived, as I cant recommend walking barefoot in the apartment. Other than that, the room was comfortable and easy to access the distilleries we went to in our 2 days.
Thank you!

100% will saty here again!
This was perfect for our stay! WAY better than any hotel we have stayed at. It had everything we needed so we barely had to bring anything with us go go buy! The owners are really nice and informational, my phone calls and text were always answered and detailed!! We will definitely stay here again when we come down!

I wouldn’t send my mother-in-law to this place!
I should’ve know this place was subpar due to the lack of exterior photos in the listing. When we arrived on site, I thought we were staying at a government subsidized housing complex. The neighborhood is sketchy as hell and I was concerned my vehicle would be broken into sometime overnight. Upon entering the unit, it smelled of mold and stale air. The so-called stove was pretty nasty and could due to be changed out. The bathtub was chipped and really showed some age. The AC unit was able to cool off the living room area, but had little effect on the bedroom. The owners seem to think since they replaced the roof and slapped on some paint, they have created a “Go To” destination. As I mentioned in the title, I wouldn’t even make this a destination for my mother-in-law.

Amazing
This condo was perfect for just the two of us! It was quiet and well prepared for us to stay there. It’s just outside of downtown Frankfort but also close enough to the other side of town to go out to eat, get groceries, etc. We were very pleased with our stay and would 100% stay here again.
