This condo was exactly what we were looking for. The photos were spot on. It was clean and very comfortable for two people. The communication with the property owner was prompt and detailed. The location was perfect, close to restaurants & shops, but best of all the ocean. The sunsets were stunning! The pools - oh my ! Definitely hope to return .

We stayed here for 2 weeks and totally love it. The condo was just as the pictures showed very well decorated with new stainless steel appliances what I liked was how most of the light switches had dimmers installed which you could set the mood lighting to your preference. We had trouble with the bedroom TV not getting any cable reception except streaming shows and no network connection even after I tried every input the TV had. Oh well not that big of a deal really. All in all this is a Great condo to rent and had an easy time contacting the owner who was right on top of sending us the access codes, parking and resort access placard, and wristbands you need to access the pool and beach areas. We will be back.

Very clean rental and beautifully decorated. Felt safe, 14th floor was a worry at first but ended up giving is some fantastic views. Comfortable bed, double bath door was great too if anyone had more than 2 people. Kitchen amenities great, even washer and dryer in it! Was great to have. One elevator was out but did not impact our stay. Pools were great. Beach chairs handly and umbrella in the rental agreement. Yay!!!!!! I would let folks know they are the regular ones anyone can rent tho, In other words to go to the beach hut and tell them you need them. Left bath sink dripping so you know but perfectly fine! Loved it!!!!

This property was everything as advertised and it was even better in person. Bill was easy to communicate with. If you are looking for a great property with easy parking, fast elevators, easy access to the beach and two pools, and free beach chairs/umbrella, you cannot go wrong here.

Well decorated and furnished, exactly as advertised and pictured, in a great location, in a nice complex. We couldn't have asked for anything more. We love having a large balcony with a great view from both the living room and bedroom. It seemed just the right size condo for the 2 of us. The bed was very comfortable. Having a door code instead of a key was great. The elevators were great, very quick and rarely much of any wait. There was always plenty of parking available. Washer/dryer much appreciated, we wouldn't stay in a beach condo without. The new beach chairs and umbrellas are very nice except for having to count to figure out which are the assigned ones since they are all the same and put up daily (for us - go to center, then count 10 to the left, others were more or less). Not the fault of the owner in any way, just how it is there now. The chair people are a little quick to pick up and put away if you leave for a bit anytime in the afternoon, too, so future users should make sure to leave something with the chairs so they know you're coming back.

Disappointed! The bed smelled like vomit, there was mold in the coffee pot, the windows were only cleaned about 6’ up, and there were only 3 towels for the week. The condo is in a great location, well decorated with an excellent balcony and view, however cleanliness was an issue for us. I considered calling Bill (he did provide his number), however, I came down to PCB for relaxation and wanted privacy……I did not want to “manage” the property and its issues nor did I want to spend my time finding solutions. That is the management’s job, not mine and I did not go on vacation to problem solve. It fell short, not worth the money. It’s as simple as that.

This property was everything and more than what we expected! I was highly pleased. We had 2 minor issues…we only had 2-bath towels and 1-wash cloth for a week stay. The other thing we thought could make your condo better is next time you update maybe a taller toilet would be nice!?! Thanks for sharing your little place of bliss with us! Hope to be back soon! ❤️

We had a great time at Long Beach resort. There were some issues right before check in with some busted pipes where we were supposed to stay but they stayed in contact with us and had us a new one with in minutes. We had to stay in a few different condos due to the circumstances but they were all beautiful and very clean. Close to some great restaurants, gorgeous view, on site security. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful beach! Our condo was pretty clean upon arrival (coffee grounds in coffee pot). 14th floor, those elevators do move quickly! Lots of extra pillows and fuzzy blankets came in handy on a cold, rainy day. Bed was super comfy. We spent one whole day on that amazing patio! There is a heated pool and hot tub very close. The pool was warm enough to spend some time in. While we didn't make meals in the small kitchen, it was large enough to make drinks and throw a frozen pizza in the oven. The washer and dryer was super helpful. A couple of beach chairs in the closet for the months without chair service would be a great addition! Overall, the condo is smaller than the pictures look (about 700 sq. ft) but there really is room for 3 adults and we would happily head back!

This property is exactly as described, and looks just like the photos. The bed is super-comfy, as is the furniture in the living room. The balcony is spacious, and the views are spectacular. The location is great, with stores and restaurants within walking distance. The check-in process was efficient (information and materials were sent in advance, which was much appreciated). This is an excellent property and we would not hesitate to return in the future.

We had never stayed in a 1 bedroom condo before, but was so happy with the open floor plan and how spacious the living area was, especially the bedroom, even having vaulted ceiling in the bedroom and living room. The bed linen and towels were luxurious! Absolutely spa like! I would love to stay at one of the larger properties with the family! Great, nice security and excellent communication with owner.

It’s always very simple with the bookings through Bill and we really enjoyed our stay the bed was amazing and so comfortable with excellent pillows and sheets, I wish I could take it with us. Waking up to the ocean at your face never gets old. Also had comfy outdoor loungers and good outdoor pillows which made me go outside at sunrise and fall back asleep to the sound of the ocean. I also loved the extra fuzzy blankets available made it more cozy.

Easy in and out. Excellent communication prior to stay. No need to communicate during the stay or after. However, if I needed anything I am confident I would have been able to reach out and resolve. There just wasn’t any need. My only piece of info to share even slightly negative was that the Ice Maker didn’t work. Just bought a bag of ice when getting groceries.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful condo. Has even had some upgrades since the current pictures, like three new gorgeous fans with lights. Our first time to PCB and we loved the location, close to a lot of things and beautiful wide beach. Condo was very clean and decor was amazing. Pools and hot tubs were so nice and I believe the closest pool to us was heated. The only thing that would make it better would be a push button code front door instead of keys. Bill was on top of everything involving the condo. Don’t hesitate to book this one!

This condo is exactly as pictured and more than enough space for two people for a quiet, relaxing, retreat like getaway. The property is also fantastic with its various pools and hot tubs etc. It was also an added bonus to have the beach chairs included. Cant say enough good things and we will be booking this condo next year as a result of our excellent week!
