About this house rental
This well presented casual beach house located within close proximity to McKenzie Road beach and town shops.
Featuring a large north facing living area with wood heater, TV/DVD and Unlimited WiFi, a wood heater, kitchen has a dishwasher,
The outside yard is fully fenced with heaps of room for the kids to play.
The owner will consider a pet outdoors only. Parking is driveway only for 2 cars.
There are 4 bedrooms, sleeps maximum 9 people, 2 bathrooms, one bathtub, 2 toilets, reverse-cycle air conditioning, coffee pod machine, wood heater, quiet street, close to beach and shops. This property is outdoor pet friendly upon owners approval and a $200 dog bond which is refunded once the property has been checked for hair/poop/damage/digging etc.

Please advise us if you wish to hire linen prior to arrival. Beds made up is an extra $15 per bed and must be advised a minimum of 7 days in advance of arrival.

This property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual 'Schoolies Week' period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period.
If at any time we find you are accommodating more people than you have booked for, you will be evicted immediately and extra charges may apply. All bookings are subject to owner confirmation and approval.
You will be required to sign The Guest Registration Form and provide us with a copy of your Drivers Licence & Credit Card prior to your arrival OR on check in.

Our family went to Cowes for a short break. The house was well equipped and comfortable. The front door should have had a more secure locking. The gate should be widened for larger cars. Otherwise very comfortable and enjoyable.

We were originally booked for Easter but had to cancel due to Covid. No problems at all in rebooking our stay. Good clean house. Walking distance to beach and shopping

We spent grand final long weekend at this property. House is well maintained and clean. Location is great not far from local shopping precinct. Nice place to spend some quality time with family.

We stayed as a family of 6 and all really enjoyed our weekend at 9 Rita Ave. The beds were comfy, and having 2 showers and 2 toilets was a huge plus. We also really appreciated that everything a guest could want had been thought of, and catered to a wide range of ages. Perfect amount of space for a large family, and the wood fire made it feel just like home. We will definitely look to stay here again in the future. Thank you!

9 Rita Avenue is a great place to stay with a family. My 3 young children absolutely loved the flat (huge) back and front yards and the house had all we needed for a comfortable stay. The service from First National (Pago) is also wonderful.

House was dated but very clean and well maintained. Everything we needed for cooking was in the kitchen and plenty of books to read. Very quiet area and walking distance to the beach. Stairs at the front deck get slippery when it rains so be careful and don't fall on your arse like I did

Weekend in Phillip Island
Property was perfect for our requirements, only hicup was turning the hot water unit on, so the first showers were a little fresh! Otherwise a great little getaway and each night we strolled into town for some great meals.
