About this house rental
This private, 2020 construction luxury home has fantastic features for any large group. This exceptional home includes a private outdoor pool and 7 person salt spa. It’s just steps from the beach! 5 Bedrooms and 4 Bathrooms. Sleeps 14. 2400 total sqft of living space. We are second row from the ocean but are directly across from the public walkway to the beach! Very quick walk! We have 2 master bedrooms with king beds and en suite bathrooms, a bunk room, a queen room with a trundle bed that shares a Jack and Jill bath on the upper level; as well as a pull-out couch.
You will also have access to the lower level 3rd Master bedroom. A queen bed and a twin bed, with its own en suite bathroom. This room is an exterior room and isn’t directly connected to the upstairs living space…access to main living is up the exterior stairs to upper level. This is the perfect master suite for those wishing to have their own quiet & private space! This room is also conveniently located right next to a large private pool & 7-person hot tub.
This beautiful light and airy beach home is just a 2 minute walk to the beach by way of the direct beach access path in front of the home. Crescent Beach in North Myrtle is known for its family atmosphere and expansive beaches.
The pool is one of the largest a private home can have and is 7 feet deep in the deep end! The pool basketball goal is always a hit with the kids! The pool can heated for an additional fee just reach out to us upon booking!
The salt spa fits 7 adults and is perfect to relax in after a day on the beach!
There is an outdoor refrigerator located near the lower level bedroom and bath!
There are 6 TV’s and great WiFi! There is lots of outdoor entertainment space but best of all you are just steps from the beach!
The gourmet kitchen has granite countertops, full cookware and stainless steel appliances (refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher). We have a gas grill, coffee maker, Keurig, air fryer, toaster, crockpot, griddle, large blender, pots and pans, tuber ware, plates, cups, mixing bowls and much more!! You'll have the option of casual in-house meals, going out to sample local restaurants, or a beachside cookout with the grill by the pool! This is our 4th time staying here, we come back because the house is perfect for a large family vacation. The location is perfect and the house has many amenities that help make your stay stress free and enjoyable. The beach is a couple minutes walk from the house and the pool is available for days you just want to hang out at the house. The location is perfect as there are many food choices available or cook in the fully equipped kitchen if you want to stay in. Dealing with Arley, the owner, is fantastic experience. She is very helpful and responds to any questions or issues promptly and efficiently. We recommend this house to anyone looking for a great vacation experience, can’t wait for next time!

This past week was our families annual vacation and we couldn’t have chosen a better beach home to stay in. This home was clean, very well maintained, spacious, very well equipped with everything you may need, not to mention absolutely gorgeous!! We didn’t have very good weather (Hurricane Debby) which could have been a miserable time staying inside with two 8 year olds and a six year old, but no…..The owner Arley texted me to find out the ages of our grandchildren so she could have gifts delivered to the door for us. The beach house already had games, puzzles, cards, etc. and when our gifts arrived, we had multiple games, popcorn, Cookies with sprinkles to bake, chocolates and a few other sweet treats. I can’t begin to tell you what that meant to us and the kids were so excited. I communicated with Arley multiple times during our stay because she wanted to make sure we had everything needed. I would definitely stay again if visiting North Myrtle Beach and would definitely recommend to family and friends. If you’re looking somewhere to stay, this is certainly the place! And, Yes It is just a 2 minute walk to the beach which was awesome. Thank you Arley for everything!

We booked the house last fall and gave it to our children and grandchildren for Christmas. The accommodations and location did not disappoint! The house provided great sleeping arrangements for 5 adults and 4 grandchildren! Four bathrooms worked out wonderfully and the pool out back was perfect! With the beach only being a short distance from the house, we walked down a beach access path and we were there! Overall a fantastic place to stay and we would definitely book it again!

This was our third time staying at this property, and continue to highly recommend it. It’s in a great location with easy access to the beach. Lots of room to spread out, and we love having the private pool after a day on the beach. We had an issue with the AC, but the owner had a HVAC tech out within an hour or so and he quickly fixed the issue. She then followed up afterwards to make sure everything was good. Great communication!

We booked Blue Skies and Family Tides for a family beach trip for 5 adults and 2 teens. The house was fantastic - clean, well maintained and properly furnished with very comfortable beds. The backyard caught the sun all day and the pool was large enough for everyone to float even if basketball was underway. The beach is a short walk from the house - about 200 yards or so and easily accessible with a cart. It was easy to go back and forth if anything was left behind. Bring your own beach towels and equipment and note that Myrtle Beach does not allow tents or shade except for your standard umbrella. The host, Arley, was very considerate, responded immediately and was always available if there were issues (of which there were none). The house is less than a mile from US17 so there are plenty of restaurant options. Its also a short walk from Molly Darcy's Irish Pub which was a pleasant way to end a long beach day. Great trip, would definitely stay again.

I cannot say enough about what a wonderful home this is! If you have this home on your radar just book it. The pictures are great but do not do this home justice.
Upon entering you are in a beautiful open dining/living room. It seemed larger in person. The kitchen was equipped with any appliance you would need including a toaster, air fryer, griddle, pots, pans, plates, silverware, washer, dryer, detergent for clothes, cleaning supplies, ice cream maker, and on and on.
The bedrooms were spacious and came with linen and bath towels. Beds were very comfy, no complaints from any of the 5 bedrooms. The master bath was beautiful-equipped with a rain shower.
We enjoyed warm Southern nights relaxing on the comfortable front porch Adirondack chairs. I loved them so much I actually came home and bought some.
The pool was enjoyed by all! There was pleanty of room for everyone to sit, swim and splash around. Nothing like a private pool! No sharing space and wondering if everyone is clean.
The beach is a 3-5 minute walk depending on speed. Very close. Absolutely beautiful beach- not too busy. Location was perfect!
Last but certainly not least, communication with Arley (owner) was fantastic! I felt comfortable asking any questions and the check in and out instructions were crystal clear. She was even so kind to have a birthday surprise (cake and flowers) waiting for my mom. We celebrated her 70th there!

We stayed with our 3 daughters and their spouses and our 5 grandchildren. The kids are 12,10, 3, 2, 2. The 4 couples all had their own rooms and the 5 kids shared the bunk room with 3 pack n’ plays in it. Everything was wonderful and we would stay here again. The favorite parts were the private pool and hot tub and the close walk to the beach. The house was well stocked with everything we needed and more. Wonderful family vacation stay!!
This house was perfect for our family of 10. The kitchen was fully stocked with any equipment we needed and enough dinnerware for 30!! Once we got used to the fancy dryer, we had no issues with the washer and dryer. Loved the addition of noise machines and box fans for allowing the adults to stay up while the kids slept with white noise. The pool was huge and amazing! Plenty of pool toys. The hot tub was great with the exception of being unable to change the temp. No biggie. Perfect location with easy access to beach bars and the beach itself. Communication with Alyssa was amazing-she was super quick and attentive. We had a few issues that she worked out quickly. House was a little dirty in spots, but nothing we couldn’t manage with a quick sweep. Overall, it was an amazing vacation and an amazing stay. Would stay anywhere this host owned!!

Family Fun At Blue Skies and Family Tides
This was a perfect place for our family of 12 to enjoy a beach vacation. We were a short walk to the beach and had access to an amazing pool. The home was clean and had everything needed to cook meals at Blue Skies and Family Tides. Our communications with the host, Alyssa, was friendly. Our requests were met in a timely manner. The beds were comfortable. The hot tub was awesome! We enjoyed the upper deck and front porch as well! We had 6 grandkids ages 3 through 9. It was perfect.... I would highly recommend!!!! We enjoyed miniature golf and a ride on the Sea Screamer to see some dolphins as well! Fun times for sure! We hope to go back someday soon! Thank you ......

Beautiful house with quick access to the beach
This house felt brand new. Everything was gorgeous and updated. Our 6 adults and 2 toddlers had more than enough room. We did have to run the vacuum when we arrived as it seemed prior guests may have had a dog. But other than it was perfect and clean.
The pool was amazing and our kids absolutely loved it. The heated option made it feel like bath water! We spent most evenings by the pool and enjoying the outside area.
One of the best features was how attentive the host was. She was always quick to respond to questions and provided us with restaurant recommendations. Great host!

The perfect beach house
This house is clean and open and stocked with everything you could possibly imagine. Alyssa, the owner, is incredibly helpful and responsive. We were 4 adults and three teenagers and had plenty of room. There is plenty of parking and the kitchen has everything you need. It’s a 60 second walk to the beach. All you need to bring are beach chairs and pool towels. We would definitely go back and stay again.

Perfect location and amazing host
This home was the perfect location for our two families to come together for a family vacation. The home is perfectly updated and clean. It’s an easy block walk to the beach through a path and across the street. The salt water pool was perfect and clean, beautiful and spacious. With the few “issues” that came up the host was so responsive. They weren’t even really issues. Probably one of the best response rates of any host I’ve ever had and she was pleasant along the way. We look forward to a future stay here and making it a regular trip.

Great Beach House!
This house was very nice, with a large pool/hot tub area and plenty of pool floats/inner tubes/toys. The house itself was very clean with a pretty and fun beach decor. We loved the large dining table with bench seating—-perfect for our grandkids (ages 2-7). The kitchen area was large and well stocked, except that it could have used a few more food storage containers for leftovers. Also, there were no crab “crackers” for our seafood night. The beach was only a short walk from the house. We had a great week at this lovely house, and hope to return again someday!

Property is one block from the beach (you can see it from the upstairs balcony) surf shop, convenient store, ice cream shop & little Irish pub a few blocks away. Convenient to all N. Amazing Getaway with Family!
If you’re looking for a cozy cottage feel (all bedrooms centered around a large open floor plan common space/kitchen) with all the modern amenities, THIS is your spot. This home was the perfect mix of location, homebody luxury (hello pool/hot tub!!), and access to EVERYTHING you could ever want to do at the beach. The neighborhood is clearly being revived with lots of new construction, you can bike to almost anything you might need, like beachwear, ice, ice cream, the pub. The pool and hot tub is a perfect for children who don’t want to spend all day at the beach but aren’t ready to call it quits. Unless importantly, for those of you with I desire to go out and do things and see attractions, this area of South Carolina is perfect. My twin and teenager were in heaven, expecting us to do something new every two hours. The property owners are fantastic, and I never had to wait for a response if I have a question.
