A decent place, well above average customer service

The facility with regard to how it was structurally positioned on its property with guest rooms an unexpected disappointment at first. Having noted to have a quieter area of the lodging to sleep "if possible." On the second floor... We had a room reserved next to a roof landing level with our window looking out over a parking lot surrounding a Sheetz convenience store. After settling into our 2nd floor room for aliitle while we heard then felt what we thought was an "AC unit" going on and off in short intermittent bursts loudly and vibrating our window pane. This was a landing in close proximity to our room's location. An odd construction we thought. Then we informed the lodging's front desk at that point we couldn't remain in that room to get any real sleep comfortably. My husband has insomnia and needed to change that room to another. We try to give conditions a chance to be acceptable when staying places. The young man at the front desk accommodated our wishes to the letter! Another room to the far side of this landing. The unit installed on that roof was explained to us as a filtering system to take care of the interior building air being cleaned due to work being done inside their facility producing fumes. A recent install of this equipment.

wonderful trip

OMG that breakfast was absolutely AMAZING… on Sat my honey made me go to a diner and we missed it but on Sunday we went and it was the absolute best meal of our trip! we went to some fancy restaurants but i loved the hotel breakfast! all u can eat… fresh cut fruit… pancakes with so many toppings.. i had coconut walnut pancakes WOW so delicious… my honey took the eggs/bacon route… on sat they had omelettes and sausage which we missed! never stay there and not enjoy their breakfast… best breakfast i have had in a long time! THANK YOU

the bathroom door… it was frosted so if u turned light on in bathroom during night it lit up the bedroom

I thought we should have Been compensated for one night but the hotel said they couldn't do it.

The breakfast was amazing, the staff so friendly, kept everything sticked.

We had to change rooms due to the mattress being dirty...it had a big stain and the mattress cover had some of the stain on it as well. The staff member helped us but was not happy with us at first.

It was clean

The tub didn’t drain and the next morning a staff member just walked into our room. Saying we were in his list to clean. Still had a couple hours before checkout. He was just standing there with the door open waiting for us to leave. My husband had to ask him to leave and shut the door. Reported it to the front desk. Sure nothing will happen.

Great hotel, location, safety and maintenance is excellent.

I liked the confort of my room, clean and spacious. The breakfast was good enough to start the day. I loved the drinking water at the lobby. The staff was kind and helpful. I felt safe walking around the property.

Carpet cleaning could be better. Even though it looks pretty new, it has some ugly stains in some areas of the carpet. On a long stay room cleaning should be every other day. Try to maintain it well.

good check-in, worst cleaning follow-up & attitude

initial check in and re-booking process.

cleanness is awful, initially was good, but we re-booking everything was a mess, firmly asked to clean the room, never happened (technically it's new booking), but I was told we don't clean rooms every day, then when I asked to have new towels the response was (come down pick it up yourself), so I'd expect that from other hotel brands, but no from Marriot, I guess Paris Hilton will be pleased to hear this, specially when a manager threatened to call the cups for me becaue at one point I (might) raised my voice (as she said), but really even if I did, you threaten a customer to call the cups for that, I never know that Marriot hires "Karens" (IMOA)

The stay and the area was over all fine.

It was in a convenient location and was very quiet

The only discrepancy I had is that they charged me AGAIN for the full booking when I had already prepaid on the booking.com app. You would think this is something they could see on their end. I had to make a call to get it sorted out and I’m still waiting for my refund. Definitely will be asking more questions when checking in if I choose to stay there again. Having $500 come out when you don’t expect it is very inconvenient

Overall a very Happy Stay!

Loved the trundle bed/couch option in the room. Very pleased with the breakfast options as well and we were very happy the pool was open until 9pm.

Wish we had a bathtub for our kiddos. I forgot to request a room with a bathtub. The shower was nice and big so we made it work.

Overall the hotel room was a great deal but I will most likely not be staying @ a Springhill Suite in the near future.

The room size was good & was a great deal for the price. The female front desk agent who checked me out was friendly.

There was somewhat of a smell coming from the bathroom that seemed like it was from the septic tank, so I kept the sliding door to the bathroom closed most of the time. Breakfast selection was quite limited & surprisingly not as impressive as the other Marriott hotels I’ve stayed in. The female front desk clerk who checked me in needs to be a little more friendly.

Early check-in: 12pm.

Noisy neighbors, but they quieted down after a half hour in the afternoon and then later mid-morning.
