Neat hotel, there is everything you need.

There was no access to the pool. The breakfast offer is limited, the coffee is poor.

Sehr zu empfehlen

Frühstück war sehr gut, Pool und Whirlpool waren sehr entspannend, ordentliches Hotel mit vielen angenehmen Dingen sehr zu empfehlen. Portland in 15-20 Minuten erreichbar. Für abends ist die Washington Ave zu empfehlen.

Wir hatten sehr laute Nachbarn, dafür kann das Hotel in erste Linie aber nichts. Außer das es normal ist das die Hotels etwas hellhörig gebaut sind. In Portland / Chinatown und Umgebung gibt es viele Obdachlose mit den ganzen negativen Auswirkungen.

Nice weekend stay

Stay was very nice. The breakfast facilities were spacious as food was fresh. Staff was friendly offered us free water. Hotel was quite and beds were comfortable.

Hotel was in an interesting location as it was near a residential area. Room had trash left in drawers. They could not initially find my reservation had to get a manager.

I think the only thing I didn’t like is that I heard a lot of noises from adjacent rooms. soundproofing could be better

The rooms were nice, great size and set up very well!

The Fire Alarm Panel was in trouble and had been for some time. Talking to staff they didn’t know how long. It had a ground fault trouble which mean the panel will not send any fire alarm signals to report a fire. Management need to be trained that this equipment needs to be repaired quickly for life safety.

Sehr schönes Hotel. Alles sehr sauber. Sehr freundliches Personal. Würde jederzeit wieder hier Buchen, kann man nur empfehlen.

Amerikanisches Frühstück, die Auswahl könnte etwas größer sein.

Hard to sleep with all the loud noises upstairs and hallway!

The room size was nice

The bed was way to high, didn’t like the how the bathroom door slide open. Fan and heater in the room was very loud. Also I could hear the people upstairs walking and it was annoying! Lots of noise coming from the hallway also.

Nice hotel

Beautiful hotel and rooms, very clean and nice. Indoor pool was a perk. Beds were very comfortable. Good location.

Breakfast was pretty lackluster - hot food was cold and they quickly ran out of items.

Exceptional

It was a newer hotel and had all of the amenities. The breakfast was amazing and the staff was great. I had doordash deliver and the front desk notified me right away even it was dropped off since the elevator doesn't let you up unless you're a guest - felt safe even as a solo female traveler.

Very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!

New and clean. Open and contemporary design. Spacious and bright. Accessible pool. Love the big bottles of soap, lotion, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. Good hot breakfast selection. Located in a safe neighbourhood. Convenient access to stores and restaurants.

Economical hotel with above average accommodations.

The hotel is conveniently located just off the freeway, but not noisy. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Their breakfast offered a wide array of options. They had complimentary parking on site.

Great family friendly hotel in a prime location

Close proximity to a lot of shopping, food and the interstates. Covered parking garage was a huge perk in the heat! Staff was very nice and helpful.

Our family like the indoor pool and location was good for the tournament we attended

Not very clean. Carpet hadn’t been vacuumed in our room. No regular housekeeping. Have to ask reception for towels, garbage removal etc. Breakfast options very limited.

The hotel has a new infrastructure and the rooms are spacious and well-equipped.The location is convenient, close to the highway The breakfast buffet is good, with a wide variety of options to choose from

good hotel -but under staffed

Beds were wonderful

We waited 30 minutes to check into the hotel, nobody was at the check-in desk when we arrived. The employee working the breakfast area was super rude to everyone and a lot of food items were out at the breakfast bar, including coffee cups. More staff is definitely needed to make sure everything is stocked and there is not a lot of chaos during the morning breakfast.

Quite good value for the money with some issues

Nice hotel, not too expensive, not a bad location if you have a car, free parking, nice staff.

Thin walls, noisy neighbors above. Breakfast is pretty basic, only one employee to handle breakfast, when it’s crowded a lot of food items are missing, even basic stuff like bread. The shower current is weak.

Excellent stay, felt safe and breakfast was great.

You can tell the facility was fairly new and not far from things to do. Love the security measure for the elevators. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was great.

Very friendly staff, decent breakfast, very clean, and a nice location. Easy to check in even very late at night. Good coffee.

I had a loud neighbor for one of the evenings, but not really the hotel's fault.
