Bad part of town.

The hotel is okay for the price of $500 for 4 nights, but they never came and cleaned the room the whole time we were there, and the door lock was broken so we couldn't bolt the door at night. Hallways also smell like weed and people are coming and going at all hours of the night.

Arrived at the hotel with no one at the front desk, we waited for almost 10 minutes before I searched the bottom floor to find some one. Angela, the Front Desk Superviser, proceeded to check us in. After traveling all day, we were ready to get settled. She gave us our room keys, and we proceeded to the room she assigned to us. We attempted to enter the room and the key card did not work, after several attempts we realized she has assigned us a room with someone already in it! This could have potentially been a dangerous situation. We returned to the front desk where she blew it off and proceeded to call her manager realizing she had transposed numbers to the correct room. No apology. The next day our room key did not work again, once again having to go back to the front desk, and she tells me that she has to re do everyone’s keys every day. The day we departed the hotel, Angela was hanging out with people who were obviously not hotel guests. Angela was standing by the front door with a cigarette or something similar that she handed to a person standing outside when she saw me. We stay at the Tualatin location often with a completely opposite experience. The Tigard location needs to take another look at their staff, condition of the property and working condition of their technology.

Hotel was really dirty along walls and corners on the floors in common areas. The elevator was incredibly dirty on the floors and transitions. The only clean area of my room seemed to be the bed, there also seemed to be a lot of electrical hazards in the room, such as shower light was not covered or waterproofed, the tv and lamps were on a plug strip. It seemed like this hotel maybe a hot spot for drugs in the parking lot, and there were what seemed to be people living in cars outside as well. Parking lot did not seem very safe.

We've stayed at this property 2-3x a year for the past few years for business. It's been on a downhill slide, but this time was really bad. They have fans in the hallways which helps a bit with the weed smell, but it's still bad. The AC in our room barely functioned, our room key stopped working every single day where we had to get it re-swiped, and the front entry stinks of cigarettes becase the staff literally goes 15' outside the front door to smoke. Even for a low-budget place this is no longer a place we will stay in the future.

Quick buisness trip or just need a bed this is not a bad option. Room was clean and decent decor. Bathroom shower good water pressure. Continental breakfast decent.
Night staff is rude, all staff is never at the front desk and you will wait 10 to 20 min for someone to show up and help you and they most likely will have an attitude.
If you enjoy highway street racing sounds all night (not hotels fault) this is your hotel.

This place was nothing but a disappointment. There was fans on the halls and it smelled like pooped. The room was so small and not well maintained but the worst part was not a safe place to stay at. I barely had 20 minutes checked in and someone was trying to open our door which was super scary. Once that happened I saw that there was a gap in between the door entrance where someone can fit their hand or something to open the door. We immediately decided to checked out due to fear. When we wanted to check out there was no one in the lobby and had to wait for 10 minutes for the receptionist to come back to turn in our keys to checkout after being in the room for max 40 min. After we left we contact customer service and let them know about the situation and needed a refund for checking out so soon. The customer service attendant called the reception to ask for more information and the receptionist lied saying that we didn’t turn in our keys and not checkout. I am still waiting for my complete refund because it’s not fair to pay for something that did not meet the expectations but mostly not being able to feel safe. I don’t recommend anyone to stay.

safety catch on door was attached to door frame, which
was loose and could have easily been pushed in.
Carpet was frayed, a/c and fridge were both noisy.

I arrived at 2:30 pm so I can get a quiet room away from the street side. Staff didn’t allow me even after I told them that I might not be able to come back till after 11 pm. When I arrived at 11:30 pm, the only room offered to me was facing the street even after I asked for another room away from the street.
Staff atPm was nice but that was the only option left . I didn’t sleep that night due to street noise and I cancelled next night and went to another hotel.

I was having a mommy getaway, just me for a couple days & it was great. Only things I noticed were the bathtub and the sink did not have any drain stoppers so I had to use a towel and a bag to stop up the bathtub so I could have a nice hot bath. But it worked so I didn’t care much. Room was very clean otherwise & had a great trip.

Older place. Room coffee maker was a missing piece. Kind of noisy with people arguing in the next room. I think some people are long-term residents there.

It was minimally OK. There are homeless people there and some loitering in the parking lot. It made it feel sketchy

Lack of staff and aged rooms made for a challenging stay.

Hotel had bed bugs. I’m not sure if it’s all the rooms by the one we stayed at had HUGE bed bugs all over the bed the morning we checked out. We had checked the beds the night before and saw nothing, but come morning they were crawling everywhere. So gross!

The coffee was great! The bed was comfortable. The room was clean and the linens were fine.
Unfortunately the TV didn’t work: volume was originally 75 and we could only turn it down to 69; we had to mute the TV. The guide didn’t work, so we couldn’t change channels. There was insufficient service staff to clean, so the hard surface floors had drips and spills and the carpeted areas had spilled food on the carpets. I was overcharged almost $2,000 and I have not yet been credited back for all the erroneous charges. We could hear other people talking in neighboring rooms on the same floor and we could hear plumbing noises and footsteps from people upstairs. We were told the front door would be locked at 11 pm. I have never stayed in a hotel where the front door was locked, and that fact did not provide a level of confidence that I was safe. The elevator was not smooth: the ride up or down was quite jerky. There were multiple large standing floor fans running day and night despite windows and doors being left open so the fan noise was bothersome. I didn’t feel I was getting comparable quality based on the price I was paying.

There was damaged carpet in our room, damaged side tables, chipped paint in that bathroom along with hair. The room was dusty. I'll never book there again.

The door lock was broken, felt unsafe there. They couldn't fix the lock and no other room left for us to move us. Dirty stains in the bathroom. We didn't feel secure at all staying here. So we book a different hotel after our 1st night.

Four of us were traveling back home after delivering my wife's ashes to a monastery in California. Two rooms were booked (with an additional one added) for a total of three. They only had two reserved, and no other rooms available. Attendant made no effort to try to find another room at an other Comfort Inn. I had to go a couple miles south to a Holiday Inn while the family stayed at this facility. Amazed at how dirty the hallways were. The Holiday Inn was wonderful, clean, great breakfast. Clanking elevator door keep part of the family awake at the Comfort Inn. Would I go back? Not a chance.

Not great area and grounds not inviting. Overall feel of hotel is a bit of a funk smell, outdated, gloomy, and worn out. Lots of animals so if not comfortable with that, not for you.

Didn't know I was getting an ADA room. I would have chose something else if I had known. There was hair in the shower drain left from another guest.
