Welcome to 234 Evian~ SHIPYARD
On the Lagoon! Beautiful Evian Villa is just waiting for you!
This spacious two-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath villa is located in the prestigious Shipyard Community on Hilton Head Island. It offers a private terrace with views of the golf course and lagoon and is just a short walk from some of the island's best beaches. Situated in the Evian neighborhood, the villa includes amenities like tennis courts, a pool, a gazebo, and a picnic area overlooking the lagoon.
The villa is fully equipped with modern comforts, including flatscreen TVs & cable in the living room and bedrooms, patio seating, a wet bar, and a selection of board games. The main living area is open and inviting, perfect for relaxing or entertaining, while the kitchen is well-stocked for cooking needs. The master suite features a king-sized bed and private bath, while the second bedroom has both a twin and full-sized bed, plus access to a second bath. A queen sleeper sofa in the living area accommodates up to 7 guests. Additional amenities include linens, towels, a washer/dryer, and starter supplies.
Beach access is a 10-minute walk away down the shaded bike path! The Shipyard Beach Access offers parking for those who wish to drive to the beach. Shipyard offers a 27-hole golf course open to the public.
Overlooking the Shipyard Golf Course and steps away from the beach and the bicycle path, this is the perfect family vacation, golf group outing or weekend getaway.

Please....no smoking and no pets in this villa. This villa does require the ability to climb stairs.
The pool is open daily from sunrise to sunset from April 1st through October 31st. The pool deck is open year round.
2 SHIPYARD PARKING PASSES ARE INCLUDED WITH YOUR RESERVATION TO GAIN ENTRY TO THE GATED COMMUNITY. PARKING IS NOT ASSIGNED IN EVIAN VILLAS.
Please note, all cancellations are subject to a non-refundable processing fee.
No Smoking. No Pets. No E-Bikes in Shipyard. No golf carts, trailers, kayaks, or canoes are allowed on the property. Bikes must be secured in the bike racks provided.
Guest Access:
Key code access will be provided in the days prior to your arrival for seamless check-in. Two parking passes will be provided during you stay. Parking pass must be displayed in vehicle throughout your stay in Shipyard and required to gain access to the gated community.
The Neighborhood:

Getting Around:
The pool, tennis courts, and beach are all walkable. Breeze Shuttle is available mid-March through October outside of the Shipyard gate to get you to shopping, restaurants, or the public beach. A parking pass is available for the Shipyard amenities, and the beach has public parking as well.
Other Things to Note:
Bugs
We get asked about Palmetto Bugs all the time. Yes, these are roaches and are found pretty much everywhere outside in South Carolina but we like to call them Palmetto Bugs as it makes them sound nicer! They can be pretty big, can fly and will scurry around the floor but they are largely harmless. They do occasionally come inside, especially at night and during or after any storms. Rest assured all of our homes are professionally treated monthly for pests. Any bugs that manage to get inside will die quickly.
According to Eric Benson, Ph.D. professor and extension entomologist at Clemson University “It has nothing to do with cleanliness or the economic conditions of the area,” said Benson. “They could be around the nicest home or the nicest hotel or resort.”
If you leave the doors or windows open, especially at night, you will likely see a few. This is perfectly normal. If you see 20 or 30 all in one place then please let us know. This might mean we have a nest somewhere in the home and we'll need to get pest control out to take care of it. This is extremely rare!
Please don't worry about bugs, enjoy your vacation. You'll likely not see any while you are here, we just include this note so you understand it's not unusual to see some and it doesn't mean the home isn't well looked after!
