The property was centrally located to all the attractions we were planning to visit.
The host was very accommodating and responsive.
There were items provided to make your stay hassel free that are not normally provided. Thank you!!

The house was amazing, just as listed. Close to the zoo and Omaha downtown. Communication with Jeremy was very easy and quick. No complaints.

Plenty of room for our family of 6 adults and two children. Close to the zoo and downtown attractions that we were attending. Fenced backyard, back deck, and grill were a plus for our family. The home has both, modernized rooms but the traditional refurbished wood and layout are still there to give it charm. We will definitely book again next time we visit Omaha.
4.9
The home was beautifully remodeled and was only a few minutes to the CWS ballpark. Our group of 9 fit comfortably in the home. Neighborhood isn’t the greatest and I definitely wouldn’t be out after dark there but otherwise our stay was really great.

Family trip to Omaha with my Mom who grew up in Omaha. 3 adult couple and 2 singles. Appreciated all of the double beds. Close to all our activities.

We had a family gathering for a wedding. There were 10 of us and this home worked very well using an airbed in the basement (not provided). There was an issue with some water due some leakage but the host was attentive and checked on it. Not much he could do about it at that time. It is at a great location, very convenient to every place we went to.
4.9
The location was great and the house was very clean. Communicating with Jeremy was easy and quick. Will definitely stay again when in the area.

The place was super clean and everything we needed was provided. There was also great communication before and during to help make the stay the best it could be. Would definitely stay again.

The property was perfectly located for our needs. There were only 3 of us staying here, but we had other family members come visit each day. There was plenty of room for all of us to visit and eat. Jeremy is a very responsive host, and easy to communicate with. We would stay here again.

Great house! Having 3 bathrooms was a plus. Kitchen had everything we needed and the deck was nice. All the bedrooms are a nice size with comfortable beds.
4.9
We were close to many opportunities for entertainment. Visited 2 museums, the zoo, downtown shopping area multiple times and found some delicious places to eat. Spent time with family and enjoyed some downtime.

This house worked very well for our family Christmas. The kitchen has a crockpot, a good selection of basic pots and pans, multiple spices, and cutting boards. This enabled us to cook and bake several family favorites. The dining room table was large enough to sit all 9 of us to eat meals and play games. Although the house is older it has updated bathrooms and kitchen. Lounging around there were throw blankets to cuddle under to keep warm in December. Location is just down the street from the Zoo which was nice. It is a bit of a hike to the zoo and driving and parking will save your legs for all the walking you will do in the zoo, especially if you have younger children.

Everything was wonderful. The house was amazing and we liked the location. The house was well equipped. Loved the way you saved some of the original features of the house with the upgrades in other areas. Only critic we have is the bottom bed of the bunk beds. You could feel the springs, felt like a box spring. But everything else was wonderful. Thank you for allowing us to use your house for our family gathering. We hope to be able to use it again someday.

House was clean and as shown in pictures. We initially were hoping to walk to the zoo. Probably doable for adults and teens, but the pedestrian walkways seemed a bit unsafe for some of our younger kids so we opted to drive. Would have been a solid 15-20 minute walk for adults with the traffic from the house to the front gate of the zoo. We still really enjoyed the location close to the interstate, the zoo, and the downtown area (great restaurants, shops, and Arches Park is a must for kids). The interstate was a bit loud at night, but we expected that and a sounds machine drowned it right now. Fans were also provided in the rooms that could be used for white noise. Our kids loved the gaming setup in the basement. Our families both enjoyed the backyard/deck area for eating and playing games. We had 10 people that fit very comfortably in the house. Driveway had plenty of space for cars. We had a great stay. Thanks!

If this property was for sale I would jump right on it. There's plenty of room, and it is well equipped.

A group of 10 of us came to visit family in town and wanted to find a place close to midtown/downtown. It’s the first time my grandpa has traveled anywhere since he first left Omaha over 20 years ago. He was apprehensive that he wouldn’t feel comfortable, but the house blew both my grandparents away. It made them nostalgic for their old house in town and they enjoyed that all of the family was able to stay with them. Super close to the zoo, but we still chose to drive there, knowing the kids would be wiped afterwards. The owners have a zoo kit they rent out for an additional $14 which we missed seeing before. A wagon and large cooler would’ve been super helpful, and it’s nice they offer that! The house was very clean and well renovated. Jeremy had great communication all the time. My grandma even mentioned that we should rent this house for them next time they come to town again.

Perfect place for our family that came into Omaha for a wedding.

Perfect location to go the zoo which was our main reason for the stay. 5 minute or less drive. When we pulled up to the house we were a little surprised at how many cars are street parked but we never felt unsafe or like there were a lot of people wandering the street. I never even really heard any outside noise which was a nice surprise.
The house is very nice inside and out. The steps going upstairs are a little steep but no problem if you take your time and use the nice sturdy hand rail. Kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed. Fridge has ice machine which was certainly needed. It was record heat so it did get quite warm upstairs but the home has AC and there’s a window unit upstairs in the hallway. It just wasn’t possible for it to keep up. But there are fans (plug in, not ceiling) in each room so with those it wasn’t awful for sleeping.
The deck looked nice we just weren’t able to use it due to the heat. We used the grill which was great. Living room was perfect to relax with the smart tv. Dining room was great for us to all sit down together for food and games.
Nice binder with listings of things to do in the area and straight forward check out to-do list.

This house was exactly as advertised. Beautiful, clean and relaxing! Super close to the zoo and highway! Communication with Jeremy was prompt and accurate. Highly recommend!

Jeremy’s place was center to all the attractions for us! The house was clean and spacious lacking nothing. Will definitely stay here again!

The home was lovely and in great condition. Perfect location close to downtown.

We had a great time staying at this house. Everything was accurate or better on the listing and the owner was great to work with. It is very centrally located to all the things we wanted to do, Old Market to eat, play and shop, and of course the zoo! Our grandkids had a great time and I could see us staying there again.

This property is a great place to stay if you have a medium-large group for the CWS. We thought we were going to have 6 and with 6 beds in 4 bedrooms this was perfect. As it was, we only had five and one guy decided to sleep on the couch in the basement so everybody even had their own room. So we could easily have done 7. Host was super-helpful, arranging early check-in and providing instructions when we tripped a circuit-breaker plugging in the charger for the tailgate. Nice TV setup for after the game. I only gave 4 stars for location because it's just a little far for walking to the game (right at 2 miles) but otherwise all 5 stars.

Jeremy is a great host who communicates well. The house is set up nicely for 8+ people and the location is walking distance to the Old Market. Thumbs up! I would stay here again with our family.

Overall, we were happy with our stay. You can tell the owner has done quite a bit of work on the outside appearance, kitchen remodel, and bathroom remodels. The house was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the zoo, which is great; however, don’t wear yourself out at the zoo because the walk back is all uphill.
Our visit included two families. Upon arrival, the upstairs bedrooms were over 85 degrees. We were concerned as the new central air vents didn’t seem to have any airflow, and the old vents that did have some cool air were simply unable to keep the upstairs cool; however, there is one small window unit for the main hallway. We ended up keeping our 6 month old in the hallway so she wouldn’t have to sleep in one of the warm bedrooms. After the sun set the window unit adequately cooled the hallway, and was able to maintain the hallway temperature throughout the next day. The upstairs bedrooms still remained a little warm, even with fans on.
The neighborhood is older and there are a lot of cars parked on the street. Some houses are maintained better than others, but we never felt like this was a bad or unsafe area.

We stayed here to visit the Omaha Zoo and Aquarium. It was very easy to get to the zoo. We were also impressed by how the kitchen had everything we needed.
4.9
House was perfect for my daughter's college graduation. We had originally planned for 9 adults but ended up with 7. We were all comfortable and would have been if we had all 9. The property is well kept and conveniently located. Jeremy was great to work with and will rent again.

We were not expecting the steep stairs, but it worked out. The back deck was comfortable and a great place for all to gather.

This was a short notice plan travel to Omaha, Ne coming from Chicago...Jeremy was great throughout the whole process, from the very first message I sent him if Legit since this was my first time booking through VRBO to responding quickly to all my questions, messages. This house was more than what I expected just beautiful, comfy, warm and inviting, it was very clean, ready for use! I will definitely rental again!

we had a group of 7. 5 adults and 2 toddlers to celebrate a 'tot birthday' at the zoo. the house is bigger than i thought. nice front porch and deck, both with seating. 2 bedrooms on the main floor with 1 bathroom, kitchen, living room and laundry. the upstairs has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. and the finished basement has 1 bathroom.
it definitely is walking distance to the zoo. it's a half mile to walk to the zoo it is a busy road but there is a side walk. going in the other direction it's about a mile to downtown omaha with all the shops and restaurants.
the owner did communicate throughout the process.
the house is on a down town city road and as i have seen with every zoo i've visited the homes close to zoos are older and more downtown/city streets. So there is graffiti on businesses walls next to this house. there is a couple run down businesses next to this house. but the street is quiet, seems residential. i always felt safe.
the house itself is old but renovated. is it perfect, NO, but what home is! I think any family visiting would enjoy. there is also a w/c ramp going up to the deck. if someone was handicapped this would be a great house to rent.
finally, the 2 toddlers with us loved the yard, plenty of grass to run and play.

Lots of space, very clean and updated, cozy blankets for watching TV. Memory foam beds weren't the best (sunk in too much).

Very cute craftsman updated very well! Very close to Council Bluffs which is what we needed. Close to the Old Market area and great places to eat. Property owner very easy to communicate with!

Useable space. Loved the stay

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Jeremy's home. It really reminded us of our grandparents house. The layout was identical! Brought back many memories. I recently lost my father so it was important for me and my family to spend Christmas together. I'm glad we chose this beautiful home. Would love to rent again for that small dose of home the next holiday season!! Thanks Jeremy ❤️

This property is great for gathering with family and friends. The living space is very open between the living room and eating area, and it flows nicely right into the kitchen. It is an older home that has been renovated, and the renovation was done extremely well. The woodwork and wood floors are beautiful. And the three bathrooms have been updated very well.
We had seven people stay in the house - two families of all adults. This property worked perfectly - we put one family upstairs where there are two bedrooms and one bathroom. The other family took the main floor where there are again two bedrooms and one bathroom. Their is another 3/4 bath in the basement that was used for getting ready in the morning.
The house is nicely stocked with dishwater and glassware. The dishwasher works well.
We really like this location. It is close to the Old Market and to lots of restaurants and things to do.
Jeremy was easy to work with and communicates quickly and thoroughly.
We will definitely look to stay here again on future visits!

Friends / family came to Omaha for the Final Four volleyball tourney and this house was the perfect place for the 3-day event. The home was just a few minutes away from CHI, the Old Market and most importantly right off I80. House was so very clean and was one of the best stocked homes we’ve stayed in. Very nice home with plenty of room for the eight of us. Compliments to Jeremy for his high standards on every aspect of this home and his communication with us was excellent and appreciated.
4.9
Great property, everyone had a wonderful time.
The only thing I can think of is the tub drained slow in the upstairs bath/shower.
We will definitely consider same place next year.
Thank You Jeremy!

Rented the space to host a bachelorette party, it was beautiful, and there was plenty of space for both activities and for people to spend the night! Jeremy was very easy to communicate with.

We came to Omaha specifically for the zoo.
The house was within walking distance of a short drive from the zoo, so that was perfect for us.
The house itself was very nice inside. You could tell a lot of care and thought went into bringing new life to an older house. Everything was clean and quite comfortable.
My only issue was getting the upstairs bedroom to the right temp. It’s an old house, so it’s heating and cooling is from a time before zones. The thermostat was on the main level so the heat/cool didn’t go off how warm or cold the top was, just the main level. Our first night the upstairs was too cold and then as if got warmer out it was a little warm. Not so bad that we couldn’t sleep or get comfy.
The neighborhood left a lot to be desired. It never felt unsafe, but it just felt sort of run down. It wasn’t a place that you really wanted to go for an after dinner walk or sit out on the nice front porch.
My only other complaint was that the house’s roof was worked on a day or two before we got there. While no fault of the owner, we found probably close to 20 roofing nails littered in the driveway and back deck. This was concerning because we road tripped down and the last thing we needed was a flat tire. We also had a two year old and it didn’t feel safe letting him play on the deck/backyard because of the nails. The owner claimed the roofing company came by twice before we got there and came again while we were there to clean up again. Yet we kept finding nails. Again, this is mostly on the roofing company to clean up, but I would have also done a really thorough check as the owner. It wasn’t like the nails were hard to find.
