Best holiday home I have booked.A home from home. All the items used daily provided.Spotless and nicely decorated and furnished.Riverside walk into town 30 min or 5 in car to parking within 10 min of town centre.
No complaints at all

It is a very comfortable semi-detached cottage situated in a quiet suburb and although it is 20 minute walk to the town centre, the walk is almost entirely through a very pleasant walkway, the Lade Braes.
A very minor irritation was that the flat screen TV in the living room is fixed too high on the wall, leading to tired necks if watching TV. (There are also TVs in the bedrooms. These were satisfactory.)

House immaculate and in a lovely quiet area. 30 minute walk to the town centre through a public walkway (Lade Braes) . This is a beautiful woodland walk and great walk for dogs.
Hosts very easy to communicate with.
Only suggestion would be a gate to fully enclose the garden.

Bungalow was small with well kitted out kitchen. It had a welcoming feel but we found it a bit cramped. We found the bedrooms small and the beds soft and uncomfortable. Only showering facilities were available with no window in the bathroom. The conservative area was comfortable overlooking a small garden. The rotary line was useful but the pegs were rusty and need replacing. The location was in a residential area with a lovely walk into the centre of St Andrews through the woods. It suited our purpose, and was a useful base.
Dark bathroom, no windows. Bedrooms small and bed soft, uncomfortable

Great home from home, with everything you need for a trip away. It was the perfect base for exploring St Andrew’s and Fife, and relaxing at night. The beds were super comfy and the whole house was spotless. Great communication from the hosts too! Loved our stay!

Great house. Perfect location. Had everything we needed. Easy gaining access & quick responses received from the host. We would be happy to recommend this property.
Nothing. One possible improvement would be an enclosed back garden so children or dogs can play safely in the back.

Clean, comfortable bungalow very close to St. Andrews. lovely little place, had everything we needed for 4 days, used the kitchen to cook and the table to eat at which was good.
Good when you’ve got a dog too as plenty space for her too!
Provided towels which was good and bed linen too.
Shower was really powerful but had to fully shut the door or it set the smoke alarm off every time if it wasn’t fully shut. single beds were a killer on the back though that was the only downfall!
The bungalow was very dark but we weren’t in it that much for it to put us off as we were out all day and evening.
Quite dark, more light would have been great.
Single beds were horrendous on the back! was bad which was a shame! Double bed seemed fine.
Would have been good to have a gate to enclose the garden as we couldn’t let the dog out the back on her own.
So much steam in the bathroom after a shower- If the door wasn’t properly shut the smoke alarm just kept going off.

The property is very well laid out and comfortable, its quiet (in a cul-de-sac) and ideally placed for seeing the area, or just having a cosy afternoon in front of the television, or reading in the conservatory, will definitely be back.
