Y nosotros no llevábamos chanclas.

Good SPA zone, a clean and cozy room, the location is great and staff is happy to help with any needs.
The air conditioner had no options to change temperature and it was noisy. The bathtub was a bit rusty and some tile seams were moldy. No vegetables were presented in the breakfast selection.

Breakfast had not very high quality

Breakfast was amazing and the spa was great. Area of outstanding beauty with lots of outdoor activities nearby. Bathroom was great
Reception staff did not explain a lot at check-in, flies in the room, pricey for an old-fashioned room, staff were not aware of me bringing a pet after I had specifically said before arrival, communication between booking and property not good. Having to purchase a swimming cap at the hotel after price paid is ridiculous.

Being here few times, spa and facilities are great, rooms are as expected. Free parking and perfect for trekking.
Unlike other times we arrived when plenty of school
Trips where at the hotel. Experience was very unpleasant, noise at night extremely high, shouting during the whole day, the buffet restaurant was very limited compared to last times. We would appreciate to be informed upfront as this was a low in our stay wanting to relax and enjoy nature.

Breakfast
Spa, service. The water in the Jacuzzi and the steam bath were cold. After I complained, they told me that they had an electricity issue. I am amazed at the fact that they still charged us for the thermal circuit and that guests were not informed of the situation in order to make a decision about to wether or not contract a thermal circuit in a spa that is not running as it should. The Spa facilities were not super clean.

The liesure centre expensive not included in the booking price but looks like it is in the booking blurb

Clean spacious room. Pleasant staff in the restaurant. Able to bring our dog. Very nice and varied breakfast. Good location for exploring that part of Los Picos.
Uncomfortable beds (too bouncy!) Rather old fashioned drab décoration. Big groups of very noisy school children. Half board menu not nice.
No tourists information or advice.
Rather expensive for the quality.

The spa facilities were an additional cost including use of the swimming pool which was not advertised on booking.com, we booked that particular hotel because of the Leisure center facilities, for 2 of us to use the pool etc was an additional 140 for 2 days

Cozy hotel surrounded by a nice atmosphere. We loved it!
Poor soundproofing of rooms, snoring people in the next room can be heard as it was inside your room.

Room was big, balcony was great with mountain views
The location was ideal for hiking in Picos de Europa
the spa is a very nice touch
check-in at 3pm ONLY meant a large queue at the time with reception having just ONE computer
it was very difficult to book the spa and the staff at hotel/spa didn’t seem to communicate very well
the buffet wasn’t great
asked reception for information about how to get to Picos de Europa and didn’t get much, staff at reception didn’t stop looking at his computer while talking to us… and provided wrong info about buses

Clean, attractive, and comfortable
when booking, there isn’t any clear messaging that tells you the thermal pool is an extra €35 per person. with nothing drawing you to the town that the hotel is in it should include free entry to the pools for guest.
