WORST EXPERIENCE

NOTHING

I checked in around 11 AM, where I was greeted by a welcoming staff member. However, upon entering my room, I was overwhelmed by a terrible odor that was unbearable. The smell in the bathroom was equally offensive. Additionally, the room key card did not work, forcing me to visit the reception multiple times for assistance, but I did not receive a satisfactory response. The lack of concern from the staff was shocking.

Kann man machen, muss man aber nicht.

Das Bett war wirklich gut. Man konnte super darin liegen. Die Aussicht von der Frühstücksterrasse ist toll! Die Lage ist auch gut. Alles ist nahebei.

Definitiv 3 große Themen: Das Personal, das Frühstück sowie das Thema Sauberkeit! Das Personal ist bis auf wenige Ausnahmen sehr teilnahmslos beim Frühstück gewesen. Die Frühstückstische wurden einfach neu gedeckt, ohne mal abzuwischen. Nicht so schön. Der Barkeeper beim Willkommensgetränk war nebenbei am telefonieren, ist nicht auf meinen Wunsch eingegangen (alkoholfreies Getränk), sodass ich am Ende einen (Konzentrat) Saft nehmen musste. Nicht mal Sprudelwasser wollte er untermischen! Unfassbar. Freundlichkeit und ein Lächeln würden ihm gut stehen! Das Frühstück ist schlecht. Die Auswahl ist mangelhaft. Jeden Morgen das Gleiche und einfach auch keine Auswahl. Das absolute Lowlight waren aber ein Haar im Brotkorb und am Kuchen. Hatte das Personal drauf hingewiesen. Haare wurden weggemacht, aber der Teller blieb so einfach weiter stehen. Also ich habe mich daran dann nicht mehr bedient… Und nun das größte aller Themen - Sauberkeit & Hygiene! Abgesehen vom Nicht-Abwischen der Frühstückstische… Unsere Zimmer waren sauber, wenn auch die Ausführung der Arbeiten nicht so schön war (zB läuft rostige Farbe an den WC Fliesen entlang. Schätze, dass der Spülkasten rostig ist). Ansonsten aber in Ordnung. Wir hatten eine super liebe Reinigungskraft aus Kolumbien, wie sie uns erzählte. Eine ganz Liebe, die ihre Arbeit toll gemacht hat. Das möchten wir an der Stelle nochmal erwähnen. ABER das restliche Hotel, angefangen von dem Wellnessbereich… Wir sind keine super pingeligen Menschen, aber an zwei Tagen haben wir unser Glück versucht und an beiden Tagen war es so unschön, dass wir wieder gegangen sind. Glasscheiben und Fenster dreckig. Kein neuer Schmutz. Das sieht man einfach. Der Mini Pool super vergilbt, der Boden einfach dreckig und die Sauna dazu noch kalt. Besonders im Wellnessbereich, den man sich mit fremden Menschen teilt, möchte man das Gefühl von Frische und Reinheit haben. Wir haben ihn nicht genutzt.

Świetnie spędzony urlop!

Doskonała lokalizacja. Blisko restauracje, bary, port i promenada do spacerowania. Piękny widok z okna. B. dobre śniadanie. Rezydent biura turystycznego na miejscu. Codzienne sprzątanie pokoju.

Wyciszenie pokoju. W sąsiednich pokojach hałasowali powracający z imprezy goście. Najczęściej o 2, 3 w nocy. Hałas za oknem. Generalnie bardzo czysto i codziennie sprzątany pokój, ale kabina prysznicowa przy podłodze wymaga gruntownego remontu.

Sicuramente ci tornerei!

La posizione è comodissima, proprio sul mare e vicino ci sono bar ristoranti negozi tutti raggiungibili a piedi. Molto bella e anche riscaldata la piscina convenzionata con l’albergo, raggiungibile attraversando la strada. Facile raggiungere l’aeroporto con i bus che passano proprio davanti alla struttura e che collegano in 10 min a la Valletta. La struttura è molto curata e pulita, le camere belle e comode. Il personale molto gentile e disponibile, utile il servizio di deposito bagagli gratuito.

Purtroppo nei palazzi adiacenti all’albergo stavano facendo numerosi e rumorosi lavori di ristrutturazione, che soprattutto al mattino presto non permettevano né di riposare né di tenere le finestre aperte perché gli operai lavoravano letteralmente davanti. L’orario per poter usufruire del cocktail di benvenuto sulla terrazza è molto ristretto.

Super Kurzurlaub, keine Langeweile, Sehr Interessant,

Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig, große Auswahl. Hotel für uns in perfekter Lage. Ausflüge nach Valetta, Aquarium, Sliema usw. Ausflüge mit Bus und Schiff perfekt. Buslinien sind reichlich, Übersicht der Linien einfach und waren in dieser Jahreszeit ( Mai) nicht überfüllt. Besonders möchte ich das Restaurant Ta Kris erwähnen. Sehr freundliche Bedienung, extrem leckeres Essen. ( 10 von 10 Punkten)

Kann ich nicht sagen, waren überrascht über die Vielfalt von Angeboten , Restaurants, alles sehr Intressant.

great location, best hotel staff, superb view. We will come back to this hotel

It was an amazing experience staying at this hotel. We stayed 3 nights in both standard and sea view room. We loved it. The view from the sea view room was spectacular. The hotel staff were very welcoming and supportive. They tried to helps us in every small matters during the stay. Restaurant staff were very helpful, and service minded. Big shoutout to Ashikur and Alak from the Restaurant. The Breakfast itself was kind of average but the view makes it up. Wow such a view. We enjoyed the Swimming pool Aqualuna, which is opposite of the hotel. All in all, great location, best hotel staff, superb view. We will come back to this hotel. Rifat//Sweden

Personel podający ciepłe napoje do stolika podczas śniadania. Duży wybór owoców oraz słodkich przekąsek. Personel hotelu sympatyczny i bardzo uprzejmy. Welcome drink w hotelowym lounge bar dla gości w cenie pobytu (napoje do wyboru). Na korytarzu dostępna woda pitna do samodzielnego uzupełniania butelek. Lokalizacja świetna, blisko przystanek autobusowy, dużo restauracji w okolicy i sklep w budynku otwarty 24/7. Telewizor z funkcją cast.

Śniadanie smaczne, ale mały wybór (śniadanie angielskie) i monotonne. Maszyna do kostek lodu na 3 piętrze była dostępna, ale nie działała. Pokój (jak na superior) całkiem mały.

Fantastic place to stay in Gzira, explore Malta and rest in the restaurant with the view on Valetta.

The room was very cleaned and modern - the beds were very comfortable, there were dryer or iron. Breakfast were delicious and the view from the restaurant is simply outstanding. The staff is very kind. Big plus also for wellness lounge with sauna and small swimming pool.

Ok, but expensive.

The air con is good and that is important as One cannot Open The Windows um the summer. Breakfast os also good.

Location is not fantastic. The swimming pool is across the road, very noisy, and open ONLY from 10 to 18h00

Perfect

The breakfast was good. I liked especially the chocolate pudding, the croissants, the chocolate spread and the hot chocolate. The area in Which wad the hotel was pretty good and you could travel by bus.

It was quite difficult to connect our phones with the tv and the pillow on the 3rd bed ( the master= 2bed) wasn't good and comfortable compared to the ones that the master bed had. Hopefully i changed my pillow with one from the master bed as there were 4 in total. So me and my friends were all after comfortable.

The breakfast was great with a good variety. I enjoyed the view from the breakfast area. The room was comfortable and the amenities were very good.

I booked the deluxe room with a balcony thinking that it would have a view of the water like the advertised picture. Instead, we were facing into the back of a building.

Great location. Close to the variety of restaurants and to main traffic hub

We booked two rooms and separate beds. We got one room with a double bed and an additional single bed and a second room with double bed to which another single bed was added a day after we checked in Rooms had windows to an internal peer and to be closed night and day to keep privacy

Excellent stay and good VFM.

Great location on harbour front; good breakfast. Good sized bedroom. Good value. Fantastic views from 9th floor bar/ breakfast room. Friendly staff. Offer of free welcome drink (not taken up).

Bathroom shelf on RH side of basin a bit close to toilet. Had to ask for 2nd bar soap. Only 1 bottle of water left for v2 people, minimum coffee sachets left.

The staff was so nice and friendly, the location was great. Breakfast was delicious and it has halal food. The view from the terrace was amazing. We didn't have time to try swimming pool. I strongly recommend.

Breakfast coffee wasn't good sadly really needs a taste test by someone. Tried it a few times. Saunas didn't work and booked thinking they did.

have never complained about a hotel but avoid this one

the location was great

the staff were so rude I asked a member we of staff about my view I did not expect an upgrade or change but it was awful looking at concrete walls and pipes when I mentioned it to them they were so unhelpful and anything else I wanted assistance with they were rude and unprofessional
