The location in the City
First of all my internal alarm should have told me to back of from the review already written about the hotel. The description about the hotelroom said that it had a shower or a bathtub and a box to tick of if we wanted single or dubbel bed. I ticked of the dubbel bed and wrote to the hotel "if possible we would appreciate a room with a bathtub. I got an answer back that if we wanted a bathtub they could upgrade me for an extra cost of aprox. 80 euro!
2 times we were contacted by the hotel, just to hear when we planned on arriving.
We checked in and got presented by an additional fee of 6,5 euro due to extra cost because of the energy crises. Shouldnt this just have been included in the room price?
We got to the room on the 3rd floor, which had two singlebeds and was NOT of the standard and size that the desciption at Booking.com promised.
I went back to the reception and told the staff that we had gotten the wrong room, and was explained a lot of explanations. Finally after minuttes of discussing the receptionist told me that they had a big travelgroup comming and they hadnt got any other rooms available but maybe he could change something. Finally we got a better room (the room that we ordered from the description at Booking.com).
So please arm yourself with patience and prepare for an additional expense than what is promised through Booking.com

(We got moved up to the Brudesuite) Nice room with very good sound insulation to the outside. Newly renovated bathroom with a nice size. Nice sofa chairs.
Cleaning could be better. The tables were dusty and the bathroom floor had simply not been cleaned. The staff apologised and came to clean (it turns out a plumber came after the bathroom had been cleaned, and the floor hadn't been checked again). It was more an oversight than a sign of bad cleaning.
Bowls for breakfast were not fully clean. I could visibly see dried out rests at the bottom, so I didn't use them.

very old and not up to date. the room was non smoking but it smelled like there had been smoking in the past which was disgusting.

Only the location. That's it.
Extremely rude staff and owner. I requested for a firm pillow and she scolded me saying I can't ask for that because theres enough pillows for me to use. Told me to walk across the street to buy a pillow if I wanted a firm one. Unbelievable. Don't open a hotel if you're going to be rude to your customers. No fridge, no kettle, no tea. Worst hotel experience ever. And I've stayed in ALOT of hotels. Time to shut this place down or sell it to someone who knows how to run a proper hotel.

This is a good hotel, in a great location with on-site parking (which you pay for?). There are limited facilities in the hotel, no restaurant for an evening meal, a limited bar, and reception and access to the bar/lounge area that closes around 8:30 pm.
However, there are plenty of other places close by to get a meal and have a drink. Other than these irritating things this is a good place to stay. The breakfast was great, loads of choice, and opens at 6:30 am. Definitely come here again.
Paying for parking.
No onsite restaurant for an evening meal.
Early evening closing of reception/bar facilities and area. Reception closes at 15:00 on Sunday - you must contact the hotel if you are arriving later!

Location, breakfast was good
Overpriced, no amenities (the shampoo and tiny bar of soap was a joke), very simple rooms despite price very high. Staff not the friendliest, very inflexible. A cot costs extra (again - with the price for the room, this should be a free service, they didn’t even know how to set it up properly). It costed extra if we wanted to make sure we got a double bed!!

Nice breakfast. Friendly staff.
I have never seen windows that dirty in a hotelroom before. And the sink was loose in the bathroom.

The staff was unprofessional, and not very helpfull. The receptionist could'nt even call me a taxi. The room was very small and the bathroom was very outdated. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
