It was the worst interaction with someone working at a hotel I have ever had. I would avoid staying here at all costs. It is a scam but I did not feel safe.
Everything about my experience with this hotel was awful.

I had an onsuite bathroom that I booked. The room was nice and clean 👌
The sliding door of the shower door didn't work properly. The pressure was when you flushed the toilet, where broken, not good

This was a good location for us. The hotel was basic in some ways but for the price it was very good. It had wi fi and the bathroom was ensuite. It was reasonably clean and comfortable. There was adequate parking on site and the staff were pleasant.
It was what we expected.

It was cheap and the location was good
The stay was really poor, but you get what you pay for I guess. Before booking we had read reviews and we consider ourselves relatively easy-going travellers with fairly low expectations. However the stay was far worse than we had anticipated. Our room stank of smoke and it didn’t feel like the room had been properly cleaned before we arrived. There was no bedside tables or lamps. The blind was broken so we couldn’t raise the blinds, which wasn’t the worst thing because right outside our window was a load of broken furniture which had been dumped there. The bathroom was awful. The light and fan didn’t work, and the shower screen was so broken that we had to shower with the screen half open. There was no toiletries or bathmat and only one roll of toilet paper. Again, there was dirt in the corner of the bathroom. The place was in desperate need of a deep clean and a refurbish. There was one staff member that we could see, and he was very rarely available - he was not even there for check-out so we just had to leave the keys on the side table. I would dissuade anyone from staying here - it’s worth paying slightly more to have a somewhat enjoyable stay.

It had potential but needs major modernisation.
Rooms are in dire need of a refit.

It was warm the whole time we stayed
Was very dirty, we ran out of loo roll in the middle of the night with no spare in sight, only 1 towel was provided for 2 guests, no lamps or bedside tables, TV remote didn't work, front door to the hotel was broken so anyone could have walked in off the street.

The location is close to Farncombe train station, grocery stores and pharmacy
1.The room was cold because of poor heating and lack of curtains.
2. The beddings, towels and duvet covers are not good looking
3. The duvet was too light and did not give adequate warmth
4. There was only one double socket in the room
5. The door was bad and had to be lifted before it could be closed

Utter disgrace. Despite repeatedly setting an arrival time, within the advertised available check in times, arrived to find the front door locked, and no staff there. Phone calls met with answer phone. Eventually other guests let me in to the hall. Banging on the ‘out of office’ door eventually produced an elderly man who spoke zero English. Roughly a dozen phone calls later, while I simply stood there in the hallway, despite having my booking details on hand (which he appeared not to understand), I gained access to my room. No apology, just a shrug. The facilities were fine, so I guess if you’re going there at 3pm you won’t have a problem….

Location and parking
Arrived at the hotel with paid booking only to be told that the hotel was closed... Got Booking.com Customer Service involved who spoke to the hotel and after 1.5hrs waiting finally got me checked in...

The room was dirty and cold. The bedding was damp and unclean, and the quilt barely big enough to cover a child. Facilities were non-existent and the radiator was filthy and didn't work. I slept in my clothes and on my own towels and my own pillow to avoid contact with anything. I had to carry a heavy suitcase up steep stairs with no offer of help. The car park was pitch black and thick with leaves and discarded rubbish. An awful place to stay.
Everything.

nothing
it was shut, looked unkempt

Didn't have much interaction with staff but seemed nice enough. Provided room was passable for the rate. Good room rate for the area.
Very unclean. Dust and cobwebs everywhere, floor of the room dirty, dead spiders and a build up of dirt under and around the bed. Really poor. Bed linen was clean enough, but the provided towel was not fresh. Laundry in piles on the landing.

Location was good
Room could do with updating

Nothing
No staff present to make a compliant about the state of the rooms. The rooms were very poor, mould, flys, very dirty, heating not working. Cobwebs on light fittings, mould in the bathroom and on window blinds.
Would not recommend this hotel to anyone
