Kleines schnuckeliges Hotel

Schönes gemütliches kleines Hotel am Ende der Fußgängerzone. Zimmer sind renoviert und es gibt eine kleine Wellnessterasse mit Whirlpool und Sauna. Frühstücksbuffet ist abwechslungsreich und lecker. Auch das Restaurant ist sehr empfehlenswert.

Es war in Ordnung. Aber 2 Nächte waren genug.

Das Bett war komfortabel. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Die Lage war gut.

Das Zimmer hatte einen komischen, penetranten Geruch. Das versprochene Fernseh Programm war nicht vorhanden.

Ophold præget af manglende professionalisme og uvenlighed. Vi kommer der ikke mere.

Beliggenhed er fin. Morgenmaden var OK.

Uvenlig, uprofessionel modtagelse. Bookingnr. var på mobil uden strøm. Hotellet ville ikke godkende via kørekort mv. Meget uvenlig og næsten afgressiv væremåde. Meget lidt voksen opførsel. Trods det, vi havde betalt, fik vi først værelset, da det af omveje lykkedes at finde kvitteringen på en anden mobil. De manglende orden i bookingerne, selvom de havde sendt os en kvittering. Der var kun 2 andre par på hotellet, så værten kunne have tilbudt et andet værelse, indtil de havde fundet deres bookinger. Vi kommer der ikke mere.

Très bon séjour, petit déjeuner au top!

Nous avons apprécié le SPA, dommage que nous ne savions pas qu'il fallait aller à la réception pour pouvoir faire le SAUNA, vue que le restaurant était fermé on a cru qu'il y avait personne. Mais c'était très bien quand même.

Nous n'avons rien à redire..

Posizione comoda per visitare il caratteristico borgo di Ribeauvillé lungo la strada dei Vini dell'Alsazia.

Il parcheggio gratuito è piuttosto lontano, e anche il semplice carico/scarico dei bagagli di fronte al'albergo non è comodissimo

angenehm, entspannt, lecker und erlebnisreich

Die Lage ist zentral, man braucht kein Auto um Ribeauville zu erkunden. Trotzdem war das Zimmer sehr ruhig gelegen mit schönem Blick in die Weinberge. Das Frühstück war sehr vielfältig, reichhaltig und lecker.

The only thing that was excellent was the restaurant, The room was spacious however poorly decorated.

Television was not working and we had to switch rooms ( for a less expensive without even offering to reduce the payment.

An excellent short break in a delightful town.

The hotel is a very nicely adapted older building. The rooms are modern and very comfortable. There is no parking on site but there was excellent public parking very nearby

If you want to park for free, be close to the center but in a quite room, then this is the place to bee.

Close to the shopping and restaurant mile and quite at the same time. What more can you ask for?

The location was fantastic! Breakfast was great. Very quiet, and it was really good sleeping!

The showers were really small/short. We were on the top floor, so that may have had something to do with it. The restaurant for dinner was good although expensive.

Perfect getaway

The hotel was located in downtown but not right in the middle of the crowds. A nice quiet location. There was free parking a short walk away and the hiking trails to the castles were on the corner.

It's a comfortable place for adults with very polite hosts that also communicated well in english.

The hotel has a good restaurant. As well, they have a very good breakfast option. It sits on the edge of the town and requires some walking to reach the city center. But, it is the perfect base for also visiting other towns.

nice hotel to explore Alsace

great location! in the village centre but yet super quiet for sleeping and relaxing! the room is cozy and the bed very comfortable. For sauna in the spa you need to ask in advance (20 min to warm up) definitely good value for money! recommended!

maybe the personnel could have been a little more friendly:-) but maybe it has to deal with language barrier

Great location

Great location. Good dinner and breakfast.

Room in High floor With weird lay (3 spacious consecutive rooms, comfortable beds But With small children not so Good) out and no lift. Small shower, my husband didnt fit in there. 14€ for Having our dog But didnt get any confort (no pillow, no water). They told us we could park on the street since it was 1 night But we got a fine the day after.

Excellent location and food

The location was a big plus. Part of the 'Route des Vins' with easy access to the entire Alsace region and in a nice location in Ribeauvillé around a charming square. There were enough breakfast options and the food in the restaurant was of high quality. Local traditional dishes were available, such as baeckeoffe and choucroute. There's also a sauna and jacuzzi that can be used between 2.30pm and 8.30pm.

Upon arrival, I was put in a room that hadn't been cleaned. Bed and towels were used, there were empty bottles in the room, and the toilet was dirty. That didn't make me happy after being for almost 15 hours on the road to reach the destination. However, this was solved quickly as I was offered one of the renovated rooms with built-in wall air conditioner (a necessity in France during the summer months).

great location for exploring Alsace.

We stayed the the family room on an upper floor. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious with plenty of storage and a very nice shower. The breakfast was good with a nice variety of choices.

While I don’t expect air conditioning, the fans were a bit too small/weak for the height of summer in an attic room. I also wish the terrace wasn’t closed in the evening when it is still light out.

If available parking means a public parking several minutes away I guess every hotel has some kind of parking. At the same time terrible staff/landlady with no service gen. Inpolite and rude - wrong line of occupation. Wouldn’t even offer a table in the restaurant although it stood empty all night.

Nothing, oh, shower was ok

Rude staff, full street party going on into the early hours, had to have windows shut in 30+degrees heat, no tables available for evening meal, kitchen staff went home at 20.45, had to walk 10mins to get food, awful experience, no parking, only on street where party was going on

wonderful place to relax and enjoy Alsace

The hotel is situated in the centre of beautiful Ribeauvillé and close to hiking trails. The hotel is tastefully and quirkily decorated, the bed (we had a comfort + room ) was amazingly comfortable and the room spotless. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had a lot of choice. Parking is 2 minutes walk from the hotel and very easy to reach so no problem. Thank you Le Cheval Blanc, we had a wonderful time.

Great location, overpriced, staff is cold

The location is great, and the sauna and spa are nice, although i wish they were open past 830pm

For the price, the hotel was not worth it. The staff were also not welcoming or appreciative. It would have been a nice gesture to gift me a croissant i ordered to-go on my way out, but they charged me 1,25.
