1 bedroom, 1 bathroom spacious beach condo situated in the heart of the beautiful “Ocean Village”.

Our apartment has been recently updated, is overlooking golf course and pond and is conveniently located just steps away from a beach and short walking distance to four swimming pools, hot tub, restaurant and Tiki Bar.
- Fully equipped kitchen with all major appliances
- Private mini office with a desktop computer, printer and a phone for free calls to USA and Canada, Smart TV with Direct TV provider, high speed Wi-Fi
- Beach and sport accessories – tennis racquets, basketball, umbrella, beach chairs and towels

Ocean Village is located on South Hutchinson Island in Fort Pierce, Florida. It’s a gorgeous, beach front gated community, guarded by a 24 hours security for a peaceful and relaxing vacation. This resort-style complex is packed with a wide variety of activities.
- 10 tennis courts (lighted at night), 5 heated swimming pools , kiddie pool (temporarily out of service), hot tub, sauna
- 9 hole par 3 executive golf course, beach volleyball, basketball

Very nice and clean condo. The condo had everything I needed for my stay. The host was very helpful before and during my stay. I enjoyed everything Ocean Village offers. I am going to return next year!!!

The condo was clean when I arrived after an easy check in by friendly staff. It is everything I expected with the property descriptions, very pleased. The host checked with me to make sure all went well with check in and that I found everything I needed. Enjoying the stay will come back next year!

The unit was stocked with the necessities. Our host was quick to respond. There was a glitch when we checked in as the unit had not been cleaned. There was evidently a miscommunication of our check in day with the cleaning service. The host had it taken care of fairly quickly and gave us compensation for the inconvenience.

Overall, we had a lovely time! The condo is clean, cozy and well located. The resort is peaceful and well kept. The host was very communicative and helpful. Our only disappointment was that the main pool (and kiddie pool) at the resort is currently closed and we had no knowledge of this until shortly before our trip. This would have been helpful to know upfront.

We had a great 2 week vacation in beautiful Ocean Villages. We have been spending time here for the past five years and have always been pleased with our accommodations. The host was very easy to communicate with and the unit was very clean and just as described.

We had a great stay at this condo. The amenities at this location are a definite plus. The property owner was very good with communicating and making sure our stay was good. The only complaints we had with this property was that it had a very strong musty smell, and the bed was very flimsy and uncomfortable. I am not sure what it was that was causing the smell. Everything else about the condo was nice. We had everything we needed.

First off, the condo was clean and smelled amazing upon arrival. Neighbors are quiet and don’t bother you during your stay. Jakub quickly responded to all questions before and during our stay. There was a washer and dryer in the unit. All cleaning supplies are there upon arrival. Plenty and dishes and cookware. Plenty of towels and wash clothes. Extra bed linen and quilt to change the bedding if needed. Beach towels and umbrella. Basketball and other items to use at OV facility are also in closet. Beach is located directly behind the condo however there is a lot of seaweed and no life guard but it’s still a beautiful beach to watch the sunrise, we did swim our first day. Jensen beach is a 23 minute drive from the condo and there’s life guards and we liked the beach there more, the beach is also flatter out so you can go out further at this location. The trash dumpster is in the parking lot to the right of the condo. The guards are very polite and it was an easy process checking in and out. The older lady with gray hair that works at the pool isn’t that nice and will torture you about wrist bands don’t forget them because she harassed us even with ours. It was a great stay and I would definitely go back!

This condo is in a very well maintained & secure community right on the beach. Nice pool and gym with lots of quality equipment and even an on-site restaurant & tiki bar! All those amenities are right next to this condo so just a 2 minute walk away. We really enjoyed our stay - and cheaper than a basic motel.

The condo was lovely and had everything we needed for linens, cooking utensils, plates, glasses, etc. The host was always quick to answer any questions. I'd been to Ocean Village many times over the years to my Dad's condo, but hadn't been there for a long time. You can't beat Ocean Village - close to the beach, beautiful pool, and the tiki bar with food and drinks is always a nice convenience. I will be returning for sure.

Clean and neat without clutter. Some things I would add: RO water system (south Florida water tastes terrible), under counter light at sink area, a recycling program. The hosts are excellent, providing clear and timely instructions.

Our stay was amazing. We had a good time. We’d love to come back again. My only problem I had was I booked our place for 5 days then get emails about one to two weeks before our trip that the guest before us wanted to extend their visit. The owner did give our money back for the one day & 10%. So we ended up having to rent a hotel until we could get in our place. I know the owner gave us the money back but I just don’t feel it was right when the people that was it the room could have gotten a hotel also. Other than that our stay was amazing. Thank you all!

Great Beach Getaway !

My girlfriend and I really enjoyed our stay at Ocean Village! This is a great 1 bedroom condo that is located on the first hole of the par 3 course. The main pool is a short walk away and the sound of the waves crashing can be heard from the unit. Jakub provided great service and communication prior and during our stay. Highly recommend staying here! We look forward to coming back soon!

Quite a treat!

This lovely, little condo is a gem! The one bedroom with sofa bed was perfect for my husband and I, and visits over the weekend from our 18-year-old daughter. The Ocean Village complex is amazing, with three pools, jacuzzis, and this condo overlooks the first hole of the nine hole, three par golf course. Listening to the duffers as they sliced, shanked, topped, and hit their balls into the water, laughing uproariously, was entertainment in itself. You can hear the ocean at night, which was quite restful. This area of Fort Pierce is gorgeous, as it is surrounded on three sides by water, and driving over the north and south causeways from the island was so picturesque. We also thoroughly enjoyed the farmers market at the downtown harbor on Saturday mornings. Ocean Drive, the street outside the complex, is also really conducive to long walks, bike rides, and there are fun scooters to use with the Link City app. I can heartily recommend Sunrise City Café for breakfast (downtown), and the Piehole Woodfire Pizzeria (just south on Ocean Drive from the Ocean Village complex). We definitely plan on returning!
