About this house rental

Adorable Patio Villa in a prime location. Located in the heart of The Villages, one mile from Brownwood Town Square-very close to Eisenhower Regional Rec Center, Manatee family pool and Hillsboro adult pool; Many activities at the pools and rec ctrs including pool tables, horseshoes, pickleball courts, bocce, shuffleboard and many more activities. Many options for golf, food, and entertainment.

Complete with linens, washer/dryer, kitchen equipment, wifi, patio furniture, screened in lanai, free guest passes, optional golf passes (fee), and use of a new 4 person electric golf cart. (No more messing with gas-will go up to 70 miles on a single charge). 2 bedroom, 2 bathrooms with king bed in master and twin beds in second bedroom.

Cannot say enough about the hosts! Perfect house for a Small group looking for a place to lay their head while exploring the area. I had everything I needed and my hosts even made sure I had a few extra things that I had asked about so that I didn’t need to bring them from home. Big ones for me- bed was very comfortable and shower was perfect! Any and all questions I had were answered promptly. Would stay again.

The house was perfect! Great location. Clean, homey and comfortable. Golf cart was a plus. Diane was always available to answer any questions - she was on a cruise too! I am so glad I picked this home and will hopefully get to visit again soon!

The Villa and it's location in the Villages was perfect for my wife and I. A patio villa is small but it was immaculate and very comfortable. I particularly enjoyed sitting and relaxing on the screened in front porch after our fun filled days. You can't beat the location. The villa sits in between two Country Clubs both a 5 min. cart ride away. Brownwood square is at most a 10 min. cart ride (1mile) away. Pretty perfect accommodations and location for my wife and I to enjoy.

I have a couple of suggestions, first for those of us a little older, figuring out the shift selection on the golf cart use to it being under the seat explain it is a nob in the center of the panel with charge indicator. Great cart runs smooth and 4 seater. Second, hall bath guest need to know how to make the shower work by pulling down on bottom of nozzle for water discharge. Couch in front of TV is a bit low for tall senior people. House was great once I figured out how things worked. Had a great time meeting nice people and it helps to get the weekly paper with activities schedule and the GPS app.

This place was super clean. The home had everything you would need. It was very comfortable. Very quiet neighborhood and we loved having access to the golf cart to go downtown every evening for dinner and music. We will definitely be back. It was a great time.

I highly recommend this property for anyone planning a visit to The Villages. Super tidy and clean property. We experienced no issues during the stay. The only possible negative I can think of was that the second bedroom with twin beds did not have a television. Might be an issue for groups traveling with children. No big issue for our family.

Came to celebrate my husband’s 60th birthday with friends who live in the Villages. We chose this property most importantly to its location to Brownwood. Blue Fin restaurant located in Brownwood is one our favorite restaurants! The property is clean and well maintained. We would definitely stay here again!

Super cute 2 bedroom, 2 bath home.. We absolutely loved our stay! Such a spacious home with all the home amenities that we could ask for. Diane was a very gracious host and answered all my questions and concerns in a timely fashion. Loved that a gas golf cart was included with the home as it made our experience more real. We would definitely stay there on our next visit. Hopefully, it will be longer than 3 nights.
