Our 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhome is located adjacent to the Uncompaghre River and is ideal for taking in the cool mountain air. It features vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace, picture windows with views of the surrounding mountains in nearly every direction, and a deck overlooking the river with a gas grill. It's conveniently located within walking distance of downtown Ouray, which features many shops, galleries, eateries, the Ouray Hot Springs Pool, and Fellin Park. '
Master Bedroom: King Bed (Upper Level)
2nd Bedroom: Queen Bed (Main Level)
3rd Bedroom: 2 Twin Beds (Lower Level).
Loft Area- Twin with Twin Trundle
WiFi and satellite TV are provided for your convenience. The garage is not available for guest parking during summer months but has access for trash and recycling and storage of luggage, bicycles, etc. Their room to park two cars tandem in the is a driveway. There is also room along the street in front of the townhome for additional vehicles.
The home is pet friendly (2 pet max), and the pet fee is $40/day (Max $250).
Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
Please note that, like most properties in the area, this home does not have AC, as it is uncommon for homes at this elevation. Temperatures inside the property are easily managed by using fans and opening the windows at night when temperatures drop into the 40s.

I would definitely stay here again. It's in the perfect location. A minute or two walk to the stores and restaurants. The house does need some updating. We had to wash the tablecloth first thing cause it had animal hair all over it. Overall a great stay. Thank you.

Clean, good location, beautiful back yard off the deck on the River..sleeps 8 comfortably. Trundle bed in loft with dresser,closet and portable privacy screen sleeps 2. Plus 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. Would stay again.

Fabulous place for our 3 couples vacation. Beautiful and convenient location. Walking distance to Ouray hot springs pool, restaurants, shops, hiking. The property is well provisioned, clean and well maintained, fabulous kitchen. Nice to have a bedroom on each of the three levels. Everything about it was great. We all hope to come back.

Spacious 3 bedroom condo on 3 levels, located in a quiet neighborhood in central Ouray. Feels very safe. The views are unmatchable. Unlimited outdoor activities are nearby including Ouray hot springs. Amenities were excellent, nothing lacking. The property manager was exceptional when responding to a locked door problem. She took immediate action. I couldn’t fit my pickup in the garage as the owner was using more than half the depth of the garage for storage. We wish there were grab handles in the showers. Don’t be alarmed at the appearance from the outside, the owner seems to be replacing siding and right now it’s a mishmash of colors. We wish the screen size of the main floor TV was larger, text was difficult to read from the other side of the room. All said, this was a very pleasant stay in one of the most beautiful locations in Colorado.

This property was just right for 6 college boys and 1 parent. It was less than 200 off of main street. The owners were very reponsive during the booking and check in process, and made sure everything was just right for the stay. We had deer in the back yard in the evening, and the boys had a great time having snowball fights and playning in the snow. We would very much stay again when revisiting the area.

We loved our time at the Cascade Park Townhome! It was a great location near downtown, making it easy to walk wherever we wanted to go. I do wish we had known that the master bedroom didn't have walls going completely up to the ceiling, but other than that, our stay here was great and the place was large and beautiful!

The rental was well located and was spacious. Restaurants and shopping were within easy walking distance and the river was close enough for us to hear the soothing rhythms. Would definitely return. Two suggestions: 1) the guest portal to acquire suggestions and recommendations was fine, but these Old School folks missed having a guest binder that we could casually browse at our leisure, and 2) the portable air conditioner was barely puffing out cool air when we first arrived. Our guest from Connecticut got up early the first morning, removed a panel and found the air filter completely clogged. After he cleaned and dried the filter the unit performed wonderfully. Perhaps this chore should have been addressed before our arrival.

The townhouse was perfect for our family of 6. We had plenty of comfortable room. The kitchen was well stocked. The location was perfect..we were able to walk to the Hot Springs, shopping and restaurants, and hiking. We loved being able to sit by the river in the backyard and then listen to it as we were falling asleep. We had an amazing week!

Property was perfect size for our family. Had really everything we needed. Faucet in kitchen and first floor bathroom drip. Heat is difficult to regulate. My daughter said thermostat on 3rd floor does not work. I found that the thermostat on the first floor was also unreliable.

We loved the location and the 3 bdrm, 3 bath layout.. However it needs updating. The oven worked sporadically, it kept shutting off. The floor mat in the kitchen is awful and needs to go! We had to launder the bath mat upstairs and the dining room table cloth first thing. The patio table hadn’t been cleaned. The back door screen had long slits like an animal had tried to get in or out. The manager came by and was very pleasant. She cleaned the patio table and had the screen fixed.

Had a blast at this property. Great location close to town, hot springs, and the park, amongst other things. Wonderful back yard along the river which also is so pleasant to listen to throughout the day and night, very relaxing. Property managers were quick to respond with any questions or issues, we appreciated all the help!

This property was perfect for what we were looking for. The listing was accurate, and host was responsive, and the location can’t be beat. The kitchen was well stocked with tools, the bedding was ample, and there were enough towels for our whole party, with a few extras. It is within walking distance to all Ouray’s best amenities, and there was ample parking, with the city lot for oversized vehicles right down the road. I hope to stay here again when we return to Ouray!

Great location along the river
This rental exceeded my expectations and was the perfect location for our family to celebrate 4th of July holiday. The location is a short walk from the park, hot springs, restaurants and shops. The best part was relaxing along the river each evening and looking up at the beautiful mountain range.

Great location! The creek in back, surrounded by canyon walls, it was absolutely beautiful. Due to the pandemic, we did a lot of cooking and found everything we needed in the well-stocked kitchen. Box Canyon Falls is a must-see.
