Very quiet rooms with beautiful views. We like to sleep with open windows and it was quiet enough to do that. Hi he place is very quiet at night. It was the perfect place to retreat after hours if sightseeing among crowds of tourists. I enjoyed the church bell announcing the hour. I did not hear it at night though.
Nothing we did not like

Very comfortable, clean, nicely located hotel with great breakfast.
Despite in advance reservation of parking place the security told us that we are not allowed to enter the hotel side. Finnnally we found place somewhere on the city parking. However with many luggage and bikes it was big handicap. Additionally one towel in the bathroom had a holes.

Loved the location . Maybe a sign outside the complex saying hotel would be good.
Really nice being up high with the views, enjoyed the bells and being able to walk down to the bridge through the vineyards and to the tower.
Breakfasts were the best, so tasty and good variety and yummy pasteries!
Nice room with a big window and a view and a bath!!
All the staff were brilliant. Stephen very helpful and informative for the first few days with holding our bags and directions and then the weekend lady also friendly at checkout. The breakfast lady made sure we had enough to eat! We had one supper sitting in the garden by the path which was great.
Nothing!

The location was lovely if one doesn’t mind going up a hill. The outside of the building and it’s history is intriguing. Bed was comfy and we had a good night sleep.
The decor in the room and bathroom looked tired. There was no kettle in the room so I couldn’t make a tea (the coffee machine provides water that smells of coffee). Remote control needs a good wipe. Bread for breakfast was not fresh and this put me off breakfast. Hotel price too high for what is on offer in terms of decor and facilities in comparison to hotels in local area like questenberg.

what a quiet place, what a view of Prague!
We were able to have excellent breakfasts on the terrace, under the trees, in the gardens, with a cup of prossecco and as many double espressos as we wanted - and above all to take advantage of this remarkable location of the Strahov Monastery, the abbey church of Our Lady of the Assumption, one of the oldest in Europe, and this magnificent Kinsky Garden overlooking the city. Just perfect!

Perfect location - close to city sights and very peaceful. Old brewery with restaurant almost on site. Extremely helpful and friendly stuff. Private parking. Very good breakfast. Great atmosphere.

Nice location and historic building, next to a touristic spot (Monastery), however quiet. Quite unique. Room was modern, clean and with all necessary facilities.
Upper floors can only be reached by stairs and it takes a bit of effort to reach by car and park. However considering the character and location of the hotel this can be expected and is only a minor inconvenience.

Location location location. Very helpful and friendly staff. Good breakfast. Spacious rooms.
Courtyard parking access is through very narrow gate. if your car is not small and you’re not a very good driver, don’t book courtyard parking.

fantastic location
rooms have thin walls, so you can be disturbed by adjacent room couple arguments. Breakfast buffet was not resupplied (came half an hour before end of assigned breakfast time and the offer was very sparse)

small premises for breakfast...

Excellent location and peace in the surroundings. Really nice place. The accommodation had its own atmosphere. The breakfast was average, but you could eat it without any problems. Some guests had to come at a different time because the small dining room was full.
Parking in the yard could have been better. Parking was done in the original garden, with the cars standing on the muddy grass, with the guests carrying the mud on their shoes to their cars or accommodation.
The photos of the room I looked at when choosing did not correspond to the room I actually ordered.

Good location, great view for the whole Prague from the room. Nice tasty breakfast.
Hard check-in at night, the same for parking at night, also parking is not free

We loved the location. Up on top of the hills overlooking the old town meant we were part of beautiful historic buildings but we also crossed the Charles Bridge as a daily ritual. Staff were helpful, breakfast lovely, rooms cosy and historic.
Can't really think of anything.

I like the friendly personnel. Breakfast and room. The hotel is really nice and quiet.
Position and hotel in general very good BUT, with a huge problem when it comes to no electric plugs by neither side of the bed. This is unacceptable in this age, and it created the conditions for my worst night in YEARS, cause I need to use a small medical electrical device during my sleep and it was impossible to plug it. Also, the only plugs present in other rooms are non standard (Shuko, but with a pin coming out from the wall plug!) and it would be nice to warn clients in advance (it may well be standard in CZ but it is not how most EU Shuko plugs are; they have no counterpin coming out of the female plug). I was unable to sleep and it caused me a medical nightmare! One cannot even charge a phone by the bedsit, and it would take no effort to drag some plugs to both sides of the bed. I cannot believe also that I am the first commenting on this. A total no-no for an hotel in 2022. Without this I would be happy but I will remember this night for years.

Love this hotel! The room was so big, had a bath! Had all the details a hotel should have! Staff were helpful and breakfast was really nice! A spot for the hop off hop on bus is just 2 minute walk and Prague Castle was close
