This was a perfect place for our family of 4. Plenty of space and super views from the picturesque windows. Was very quiet and comfortable.

Spacious, clean, plenty of linens, plenty of hot water, was difficult to adjust the temperature, but that was fine with me since I am cold natured. However, if you are typically hot, you may want to use a fan. Clubhouse was an added bonus for the kids. Keep in mind. This is on the top floor so if you have children like we do that tend to be rambunctious, you will get complaints from the downstairs neighbor.

I thought about only giving this place one star so no one else would discover this treasure. But honestly this location has been our favorite thus far. Our family has stayed at multiple places in the past decade for our anual ski trip. This place truly tops them all. The set up was perfect for us- our family of 3 along with the grandparents. We loved the view, the beds, the kitchen, how clean it was, the price and the wonderful club house. We will be back. There are a few flights of stairs though, so it may not be appropriate for all.

I have stayed a couple of times over the years, and this is our absolute favorite location in the mountains. This luxury condo really offers everything for our family. It is comfy mountain luxury while offering an abundance of amenities. This complex offers an indoor pool, hot tub, racquet ball, ping-pong, table pool, and recreational entertainment area. We have also stayed in the summer where we have used the pool patio for a picnic lunch. I recommend snowshoeing or hiking right from the property into the National Forest. It boasts gorgeous views of Dillon Lake and the surrounding mountain ranges. The unit itself is well stocked with cooking equipment, board games, plenty of toiletries and linen for the four of us.

I loved how secluded the unit felt from everything else, but we were still only 10-15 minutes from the grocery store. The unit definitely retains heat which will be great in the winter months, but not so great in the summer. We had the great view of the mountains which was my most favorite part!

Great place, views, location
Second stay there this year. Great condo and central location to ski resorts.

Beautiful condo with great views
This condo was very beautiful and looked exactly like the photos…. Check in was a breeze… only have a few issues… when we arrived the blinds in one of the rooms were broken and hanging off to the side… but the property management came out and replaced them with cheap white blinds but better than no blinds… the fireplace didn’t work and according to the repair man hasn’t worked in a few weeks…. The kitchen light and faucet handle are also broken… those are just minor maintenance repairs that have not been up kept…. Would have also been nice to have at least one more chair to sit in… the love seat only sat two and was as uncomfortable as the bed mattresses… I work for a major airline and sleep in hotel beds over half the month and these mattresses were so incredibly soft and unsupportive. All of our backs are killing us and we didn’t sleep well at all.. sadly.
When I say soft… I mean when you lay on the mattress you almost hit the box spring… we are not large people either… please replace the mattresses they have served their purpose and their time has come.
The other item that is a trade off for a spectacular view was the condo on the 3 rd floor and no elevator.., we are coming from Florida… sea level .. to almost 11,000 ft elevation… bringing up our luggage was quite an eye opener on the difference… so if you have bad knees or not used to high elevation… this property might not be for you.

Stunning views Luxury Cabin Retreat
This was such a special location with floor-to-ceiling windows and a beautiful outdoor patio space overlooking the Rocky Mountains. The decor in this luxury Mountain condo was impeccable and every thoughtful detail to make it feel like a cabin retreat and home away from home. We absolutely loved going to the clubhouse to spend time as a family in the heated pool and two hot tubs as well as a variety of games. We are looking forward to planning another trip and returning soon!

Condo review
Very peaceful, good place to relax. However, could not use the upstairs TV, call office several times and no one got back to me. Left a message but no call back!

We loved our stay at #226 Timber Ridge. May plan to come back to it next summer.
We loved the 3 bedrooms and bathroom. We appreciated all of the necessary household provisions for cooking and Also for our personal needs. The gas fireplace was a blessing on some of the cooler nights. We enjoyed the view from our deck of the mountains and forests. Since we are in our 80’s we appreciated The quietness of the 3rd floor. Thanks to the owner for his many thoughtful contributions to making our stay memorable and enjoyable. The Reddels

Didn’t realize there were three bedrooms with a total of 2 queens & 1 king. Very nice & great views.
Easy process. The email with door code & internet password was helpful.

Great place for the price.
Great stay! As described! Only thing I would say is it's attached to other units and on the third floor. This doesn't hurt the experience at all. Saw a moose, beautiful scenery! No washer or dryer inside. No TVs in bedrooms. Seating area in living room will seat 3. Nice place and not complaining. These are just things to pay attention to.
