We had a ok stay at this place.
4 adults and 2 kids. There are two bedrooms and kids took the couch.
This place is clean, but very cheaply put together, terrible mattresses (the host has been made aware of this by the looks of it on this site and a communication book at the property). There could really be another chair in the living room area. The host had great communication.

This condo worked perfectly for our party of 5. The place was very clean, nicely decorated in a minimalist style. And soooo close to the Roosevelt gate. 1 minute away. The host(ess) was so responsive to our request. We ended up rolling into Gardiner ahead of schedule with groceries that needed refrigeration so I reached out to see if an earlier check in was possible. We received a quick reply of "Yes", saying they had just finished cleaning the condo and we could check in early. This was super helpful! The condo also included ADA information on Yellowstone which was very helfpul since we were traveling with our 84 year old parents. The only negative for us was only having one bathroom and the couch area was a little sparse for gathering. Other than that, it met our needs perfectly.

We stayed in this apartment for three nights. It is very clean and has all the kitchenware we need. The Wi-Fi was not strong, but it was enough for four of us to use at the same time. The check-in and check-out instructions are very clear. Gardiner (North Entrance) is not as crowded as West Yellowstone. It is highly recommended.

We go to Gardiner every year and have stayed in a handful of VRBO's. My overall rating was a 3 for that rate per night. At a cheaper price per night, I would give it a 4.
Positives:
-Amazing parking.
-The unit is very open.
-Modern appearance and appliances.
-Comfy linens and towels.
-The windows open up to a good cross breeze. (See corresponding negative below).
-Super convenient area for restaurants and bars.
-Appliances worked well.
-Plenty of towels.
Negatives:
-The mattresses are TERRIBLE.
-All of the hardware are cheap and, in some instances, falling off the wall (such as the towel holder in the bathroom).
-Shower head was mounted about 2 feet too low. While I'm not considered tall, I found it difficult to wash my face and hair.
-Not enough comfortable seating in the living room. The couch and chair could both use an ottoman.
-The bathroom has very little storage for toiletries.
-The vent over the stove isn't really effective for cooking. We do not recommend cooking anything with odor. We browned half a pound of ground beef and the unit smelled of it for a few days.
-The area around the unit is extremely dusty and you cannot leave the windows open or you will get a lung full of dust!
-Lastly, and most importantly, they didn't insulate between floors. It is exceptionally noisy on the 1st floor and we do not recommend a ground unit for light sleepers!!!

Great property adding one half bath and darker curtain in the living area will enhance the appeal

From the initial booking to the day we left, this was a great experience. Gardiner is the gateway town to the North Entrance of Yellowstone, so it was very convenient to the park. We rented the accessible apartment, and it was nice to be able to have easy mobility in and out on the first floor. The apartment was well thought out with just about everything you could need or want. First it was sparkling clean. We rent from VROB a lot, and this was one of the cleanest ever! The appliances were great. There was a nice set of knives with a sharpener included. The coffee maker is a Mr. Coffee type (we did bring our own Keurig so never used the coffeemaker). Modern dishwasher, super-fast stove, good washer and dryer. Plenty of nice silverware and dishes. Good set of Kirkland pots and pans were a pleasure to cook with as we ate every meal there. The Gardiner Market has most of the basic supplies that you will need but we did stop on the way from Bozeman at Albertson's grocery in Livingston for special diet items. The wifi was great and I was able to zoom several meetings with no problems at all. Nice Kirkland sheets and towels too. The tub has lots of handrails to hold on to but no bath seat/chair so if you need one, you might consider picking one up in Bozeman. The owners were super responsive to anything we asked and made sure we had everything we needed. It was a pleasure having a comfy "home" to come back to after a day visiting the park. We highly recommend this apartment.

Took my parents for a trip to Yellowstone back in late August 2023. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. It is walking distance to Yellowstone north entrance and our goal was to stay close so we don’t waste time getting to/from the park.
The hosts were great…no issues. They accommodated my request for an hour early check-in considering my elderly parents.
There is no view of the park from the unit but if you can get to the park in under 2 mins, then no issues.
The town small and has only one grocery store (that has everything) and some great restaurants.
Would stay here again for sure.

Our second stay this year! The property management remembered and adjust furniture based upon accessibility needed. Clean and well kept property. We are able to cook dinner and relax after our busy park days.

Great manager who answers all ?s quickly & made everything in this sparkling clean place perfect. Good close parking - great for disabled (me).
Very comfy queen beds with high quality cotton linens & plenty of pillows. Full spacious bathroom with tub/shower (+ handheld option) and even a medicine cabinet. Lots of bars for hanging family towels. Great laundry (suggest hypoallergenic products). Nice game selection. Full size fridge. Outstanding in every way -- for winter.
Summer might be tough since it does get hot in Gardiner & we didn't find any A/C.
A challenge for disabled might be the dining table/chairs which are all high & hard for someone in a wheelchair or w/ hip/knee issues. The only standard-height seating was one accent chair & a nice sofa. I ended up using a tall dining chair as my table while I sat on the standard-height accent chair. Game playing was challenging on the high table (couldn't see the dominoes or the cards when playing cribbage). A folding table can't be substituted because all dining chairs are too tall for a standard table.
FAST access to the north end of Yellowstone -- Lamar Valley & Mammoth.
We highly recommend this comfortable, convenient, clean rental.

The property was extremely clean and well maintained. Short walk to numerous coffee shops, bars, restaurants and shops. Easy acces to North Yellowstone entrance. Would definetely stay here again.

Excellent location in a small quiet town near the North Entrance to Yellowstone. Great to avoid the traffic and crowds of West Yellowstone. Very clean. Plenty of space, room to spread out. Fans for the bedrooms to help circulate the A/C from the great room. Only two minor drawback we had. The water pressure/flow in the shower is lacking for a nice shower after a long day of hiking. Noise from upstairs unit at times due to large family moving around. Would stay here again on a future trip to Yellowstone.

Wonderful, clean property that was perfect for what we needed. Home cooked meals each night and a relaxing place to hang out and play games....all this after spectacular days viewing the magical place we call Yellowstone!
8.0 / 10.0
The unit was nice, the location okay. No outdoor space or seating area, which we like after a day of site seating. Yellowstone entrances were closed, but there’s still plenty to do in the area. For those who cook meals in the room, there are limited cooking utensils and prep items (i.e. bowls, etc.), but you can work around it. Had a grizzly bear come across the sidewalk in front of the building, but we didn’t see it because it was in the early morning. A neighbor told us about it.

Clean and convenient location
Check in and Check out are very easy. Property is very clean. It is in walking distance to some area restaurants and a short drive to the rest of Gardiner and the North Entrance to Yellowstone. The property could use some hooks by the front door for coats. We did a great raft trip with Flying Pig. My best wishes to the people of Gardiner who are now dealing with horrific flooding.

Overall very happy
It is often difficult to find an accessible rental but this one was an overall win! The bathroom and kitchen were great. Removable shower bench was a very sturdy option that we felt safe using. Counter in kitchen and sink in bathroom were at good heights. The kitchen table was too high for use with a wheelchair but the bar in the kitchen worked perfectly. Beds slept very well but were a little soft and made wheelchair transfer somewhat difficult. The sofa bed was reported as the most comfortable sofa bed ever! We had all the kitchen supplies we needed. Cleaning supplies were provided also. There were supplemental fans for each bedroom and we appreciated those very much. Owner was very responsive to my questions. This rental net almost all of our needs. The only slight drawback was there is not any picturesque view from the rental. It is in town, surrounded closely by other rentals and homes and backs up to a propane tank storage. We were hoping for a beautiful view. Obviously that can’t be changed but I wanted future renters to have full disclosure on exactly what the location was. Overall we were very happy and would absolutely stay there again, should the need arise.

Great new place to rent in Gardiner
We've stayed in most hotels and cabins in and around Gardiner and were very happy to fine this property available. It was easy to get to and the pictures and description was spot on. The washer and dryer were an added bonus. The apartment was well stocked and very comfortable. The bed we used was very nice and the addition of an ironing board, iron and fan was great.
We will be staying here again next year on our trip to Yellowstone.

New, convenient to Yellowstone!
Couldn't be more convenient to Yellowstone! New, clean, modern condo! Owners very quick and patient to answer all of my many questions. Spacious condo with everything you could need. Not a lot to the town, and restaurants not the greatest, but the location and condo more than made up for that. Everything was as shown on listing, and brand new and modern. If we returned we would certainly stay there again as it appeared to be so much better than most of what was offered in town. Yellowstone was amazing, and so glad we were fortunate enough to be able to see it. Kitchen well stocked, plenty of towels, and lots of space in the condo itself. Parking right in front of your door. We stayed on the ground level which was great for us. Check in very easy.

We were the first renters of this very convenient 2-bedroom apartment. My wife and I with our 4 kids found it to be comfortable and THE PERFECT location to Yellowstone's North Gate. Everything is brand new and lots of extra touches to make you feel right at home. Thank you so much for opening up your new property! All the best.
