These units were newly built in June of 2021.

The apartments have all the comforts of home, just two blocks away from historic Roosevelt Arch! All units have an open floor plan, with two bedrooms and one bath. Each bedroom has a queen bed, small dresser, and two bedside tables. Every unit is equipped with it's own washer and dryer. In the living room there is a queen size sleeper sofa available if needed. WIFI is included, in addition to a Smart TV so you can login to your streaming accounts(Netflix, Hulu, etc) for entertainment on those rainy, lazy days! *Streaming is available, but there is no satellite offered*. Conveniently located in the heart of Gardiner, you will be close to all of the wonderful shops and restaurants our little town has to offer. Arch park is less then a 3 minute walk away, where you'd be very likely to run into the neighborhood elk that frequent there. Yellowstone Retreat Rentals are a great place to enjoy a fantastic vacation at Yellowstone National Park!

Unit C is in the "Green Building". When looking at the building, it's the top floor unit on the left, with one flight of stairs.

Served as a perfect home base for our daily adventures into the northern part of the park. We appreciated the ultra cleanliness and the non cluttered layout. Gardiner is a small town and it was nice to have a great place to stay while there. If you are staying in Gardiner it’s to be convenient to the North Entrance, and you can’t beat this for the value and convenience. Will stay again.

Condo was very clean and big enough to accommodate four adults comfortably. Close enough to walk to several restaurants and you are as close as possible to Roosevelt Arch. Owners are great with communication and worked with us to change our dates. They obviously take great pride in their condo and strive to make sure their guests enjoy their stay. I would stay here again and highly recommend it to all travelers.

The location is amazing. We loved being able to walk everywhere, especially to the arch during sunrise. The area is very quiet. The unit was spacious, new, and had everything. Even bear spray was available. Check in and check out was simple. It was hard to leave!

The property was very clean and had everything we needed. The location to YS was amazing, and it was fun having the Roosevelt Arch right there. A few cute shops and eating establishments are within walking distance of the apt. along with a food truck garden. We enjoyed our stay.

The place was so clean which is the most important thing to me. The couch pulled out to a bed. The owner let us check in early and communicated with us in a timely manner. There’s a new place in town called paradise deli that we enjoyed as well.

Our family had a great time! The property was so nice. Beautifully maintained. It was perfect for our family. The manager checked in on us and made sure we had everything we needed. If we go back to this area we would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We really like the proximity to the park. We were able to walk to several restaurants close by after sitting in the car all day it really felt good to be able to walk. The beds were comfortable. The pull out couch had a good mattress, but my sister in law had tweaked her back and was only comfortable putting the mattress on the floor. Would’ve been nicer with 2 bathrooms but we managed. Overall, great place to stay.

This property worked beautifully for us and our visit to Yellowstone. The unit was clean, tidy, comfortable and newly furnished. There are 2 buildings with 4 units each. Parking is good. The kitchen was well supplied with everything we needed to cook our own meals. The bathroom was very clean and nicely decorated. There were two nice size bedrooms. The mattress was a dream! Check in was easy peasy and Jayme did a great job of making sure we had everything we need for our stay. The property is literally block from Yellowstone’s Roosevelt Gate. It was a great stay and highly recommended!

Very nice and clean place. The best thing is it is near the North gate of YS national park. You can easily do full loop as well as Lamar Valley without spending a lot of time driving. Host is very polite and prompt in response. I would recommend this place to everyone.

This apartment was so clean, new and beautiful. It was within walking distance to all the shops and restaurants downtown and the Roosevelt Arch. The apartment had everything we needed. I highly recommend staying here for a luxury stay at the entrance to Yellowstone!

This is a conveniet location for the northern side of Yellowstone. It is within walking distance to eateries and super close to the one market. I hope it's brand new condition will be maintained because it was the cleanest VRBO I stayed in during my time in Montana and Wyoming this summer. It just has the basics in the kitchen, but it is more than adaquate to prepare a family meal and there is a large laundry room.

We had a great time staying here. The place was very clean and had enough room for all five of us. The space is kid-friendly and is close to restaurants, shops and the entrance to Yellowstone. Parking is convenient too and there is even a playground around the corner. Thanks for a great stay!

I was very pleased with convenient location, amenities, check in and check out process. May want to add ceiling fans in the bedrooms, it did get rather warm and comfortable at night and when doors are closed. Gnats were a bit much at least the first night, but we’re more manageable the rest of the stay. Overall still a positive experience.

Wonderful apartment. Lots of space, close to Yellowstone and restaurants within walking distance. Only issue I had was the ac was only in the livingroom so the bedrooms got warm. A fan would work perfect. I would be happy to stay here again !!

Fantastic stay in Gardiner!

We were the first visitors to the new Spring Street properties (307 Unit C). The condo had everything we wanted and super roomy for the 4 of us, and the location was really close to everything. Hidden gem was the nearby school, the field being a congregation point for a large herd of Elk! The owner Jayme was fantastic throughout the booking process. Highly recommend staying here for your Yellowstone adventure!
