About this house rental

IBeautiful new house, centrally located. Close to hospitals, loop 323, shopping and dinning. Open floor plan, fast wifi 400mbps! Easy access with digital lock. Come and go as you please. Comfortable beds, linens and pillows. We also have 2 other properties a couple houses down call stay @newmo and stay @vine so reach out to us if you’re needing a place. We opened a new one right in front of Faulkner park as well! 😀

Just a great place to call home for a week. Nice house with lots of bedrooms as well as room to spread out in the main living area. The backyard was just big enough for our highly competitive game of washers and I enjoyed listening to the birds sitting on the patio in the mornings. Location was central to all of our activities. Would book again if we return to Tyler, TX.

We stayed at Logan and Carmen's place with our friends and some family members and had the best experience imaginable. The house is conveniently located to shopping, restaurants and major roads. We loved the small details like 2 coffee makers and coffee with plenty of sugar and cream! Cute neighborhood, friendly neighbors and a nice covered patio out back made for a homey feel. Can't say enough about the hosts' responsiveness, kindness and the pride they take in ensuring the house was clean and well stocked with linens. We highly recommend staying here for any occasion.

We had a large group of family (11 people) that had to make a short trip. This ended up being a perfect place for us to stay. There was plenty of space for everyone to visit, relax, and spend time together. Check in an check out process was easy and the communication from the hosts was great. Would definitely consider staying here again.

We had five adults in town for a wedding. The house is very centrally located in Tyler and a short drive to just about anything. Plenty of bed space. Great communication with owner. I highly recommend it.

My family stayed here while visiting extended family in Tyler. I can’t speak highly enough about this home. The house is in the cutest and newest neighborhood, conveniently located to a lot of things, and spotless- whoever cleans it goes the extra mile to add cute touches for the guests. It’s a minimalist feel while having everything you need in it. Although we didn’t need much else, Carmen was great with communication. We will absolutely stay here again.

It was wonderful. The neighborhood was so quiet and peaceful. Everyone was comfortable and relaxed. Much needed. So glad we booked a stay here. The house was super clean and smelled amazing when we first entered through the front door. Very inviting. Props to the maid! It was perfect. We enjoyed our stay at this property immensely. It was conveniently located to lots of amenities and was in a quiet neighbourhood. The house was also beautifully decorated and provided a pleasant atmosphere to stay in. Our host was easy to communicate with as well. An overall 5 star experience!.

Everything was wonderful here with a comfortable bed and nice furnishings. My only suggestion would be to put a hook on the inside of bathroom doors for clothes/robes, etc. The location was hard to find and the neighborhood was not in a very good area. Also, there is a drainage problem in the back yard which will probably require a French drain. Overall, it was a very nice property.

We had 10 people in town for a wedding at The Grove and this house was perfect. Everything was very clean. The kitchen has every appliance you would need and even provided K-cups, creamer and sugar. With 10 people we even had enough coffee cups for everyone! The bathrooms were well stocked with plenty of towels and cute makeup towels too! Conveniently located to everything we needed for our stay in Tyler.

A small group of us were visiting Tyler for the weekend, and needed a place to stay with enough beds for our group. This house was perfect for us. It was in a great area, central to everything, and was beautiful and clean inside. The check in process was seamless and the checkout was great as well! Couldn’t recommend it more.

We were in town with a group for an anniversary party. This place was the absolute perfect place for us to stay! The house was spectacularly clean, spacious, comfortable and just adorable. The kitchen was stocked so well to include all of the ingredients for a yummy cup of coffee. Cannot say enough about how great our stay was! We will 100% be back 😊

We came into Tyler to celebrate a TJC graduation. This house was perfect accommodation for the whole family. The dining room table provided good space for dinner & was a big, nice space to complete a puzzle. =) Everyone commented on how comfortable the beds were! The location was great for getting around to the campus & down Broadway. Great place to stay in Tyler!

We had a fun girls weekend and this was the sweetest place for us to stay. Very roomy, updated and clean- the pictures don’t do the place justice! We will definitely be back!
