With over 1,750 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!
Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Orange Beach II condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 65” flat screen SMART TV in living room and a flat screen 55" SMART TV in the master, and a 55" Smart TV in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master and two Queen beds in the 2nd bedroom, a Queen and Twin over Full bunk in the 3rd bedroom, and a queen sized sofa sleeper in the living room for sleeping up to 13.
There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide which connects to a lazy river, large splash pad, heated in-door swimming pool, a large Jacuzzi, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf.
There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

We loved our family vacation at Phoenix Orange Beach II 2404. The unit and the pools were very clean, which is important to us. The unit was also beautifully decorated. We had no problems with parking or the elevators. Our stay was a wonderful experience for our family.

The condo was beautiful the outside lazy river and pool area was really really amazing. Great for all age kids splash pad for little kids waterslide for older kids and the lazy river for everyone Ike’s rental was amazing Nick in particular was our guy all week setting up chairs and umbrellas every day was great, the only complaint that we have is that there was actually dirty dishes in the cabinets the glass casserole dishes, three of them had grease in them and dirty and there was only one kitchen dish towel for the whole week. I thought we could’ve used more for sure a few extra towels would’ve been nice in the bathrooms, but the place overall was amazing and we had a great vacation on the beach Will be back . highly Recommend families with kids all ages we especially enjoyed our dinner at Zeks marina restaurant across the street.
Orange Beach/Gulf Shores lived up to its reputation. Emerald Waters, and white Sandy Beach’s!

We stayed in a 3 bed, 3 bath unit and it was perfect for our extended family. It was very spacious and had everything we needed. The lazy River was great for the kids and adults. Access to parking was never a problem and always found a parking spot. I would definitely recommend this facility, especially if you have young children.

Great location. Condo has many amenities for the kids including slide and lazy river. Condo had not been cleaned well and the bottoms of our feet turned black every time we walked through it. Internet rarely worked and we often had to use cell phone service to play on our phones and iPads. No keurig so we had to buy regular coffee and filters. Great place but not what we expected at this price point.

Mother’s Day was perfect with my adult children and small grandchildren in this spacious unit. There is no rolling pin in the kitchen so I used a cold bottle of beer which worked great! Elevators were efficient with very little waiting. The 24th floor has great views. Bring extra toilet paper and basics such as trash bags, coffee filters, detergents and condiments. We loved the lazy river, indoor pool and beach. 5 adults and 4 children under 8. We made wonderful memories. Enjoyed seeing the pirate ship!

Enjoy the whole trip & beautiful condo! Indoor pool was not always heated but it was majority of the time. Hot tub was very nice! The outdoor pool/slide/lazy river was fun my children loved! Only problem we had was our dishwasher was not working didn’t realize it till like 3 day in our trip. Texted Jill & she had maintenance come out & look out & replaced dishwasher the next day! Had a lot of fun the whole time we were there & would recommend everyone to stay there! Just bring your own toilet paper/papertowels/dish soap! You only get 1!

The Phoenix ll condo was amazing! Clean, spacious, comfortable and beautifully decorated! Check in process was easy. The pools and lazy river were kept so clean, the entire property was very clean. Beach access just right off the boardwalk and beach service was great! We would definitely stay here again! Communication was great as well. The only thing I would recommend for future guests is to bring some extra dish towels/rags and dish soap for kitchen.

We had a great stay. No complaints was an enjoyable experience all around and the unit was in great condition.My only complaint is the security guard who shut down the water slide almost every day for several hours when he saw kids not following the rules. I get that rules need to be followed, but he handled it extremely poorly and was rude at times. Other than that, great time all around!

Property was very nice and the grands loved the lazy river, slide, and pools.Loved our stay but I do have a few comments. Our floors had not been mopped. Bare feet were black from walking on the floors the first night. We purchased a mop and mopped the floors. No more black feet. No linens for the pull out couch bed except a mattress pad. Only one extra blanket for all three bedrooms. Not enough hand towels for each sink to have one towel. Unit needs more baking sheet pans. One small one was not enough. There were two coffee makers but we expected a Keurig. Knives were dull and would not cut properly.

We made a last minute decision to visit orange beach and it has been our best vacation so far - this property was great and the location was amazing, I was worried about being so high up but the building was so nice and felt so sturdy that I didn’t even notice the height. The view is amazing we loved eating all of our meals on the balcony overlooking the ocean. Tons of storage space and a beautiful facility with nice amenities. We are already planning our next visit to this same unit.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Watching the boats come in and out of the pass every day was a favorite of mine! The kids loved the pirate ship and it’s cannon when it passed by. The grounds were kept squeaky clean. Beds were very hard but that’s a preference ,not a con, to our stay! Color scheme and decor is cool and relaxing. Five stars all around.

We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back! The only reason I gave check-in/communication 3 stars … I had a few questions about the property and had to reach out by phone. The people who responded made me feel I was an inconvenience and it also took me several phone calls to connect with the right Phoenix property because the number provided was not correct. I honestly don’t know if I ever spoke with the owner. In addition, I had to contact the property for my check-in email, it was not sent until I called to remind them which was stressful and time consuming - Not ideal.

The condo is large and spacious. Clean and new. We had a great time and my 2 kids ask daily to go back. Previous reviews commented on the pots/pans in the kitchen but it seems like they have stocked better since they visited the unit. We brought a couple of pots for back up but we probably did not need them. Beds could be more comfortable would be my only compliant.

We spent 2 weeks in this beautiful condo. It had plenty of space for the 8 of us (6 adults and 2 kids). The grandkids loved the indoor pool. The location was very convenient to shopping and restaurants. There were only a couple of negatives. There weren't enough towels for all of us. Also, the place needed a deep cleaning. The fans and louvered doors where the washer and dryer and A/C were, were caked with dust. The floors and area rug in the living room were dirty. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

This property was perfect for my family of 12 to celebrate the Thanksgiving holiday. We had 6 adults and 6 children. We all fit comfortably in the space. We had one issue with cleaning that was addressed with us immediately. This condo was decorated beautifully. Furniture was all comfortable too. Everything we use worked as it should. Since we had family in a different condo, I absolutely love how the entrances to each condo are enclosed in halls. The heated pool was wonderful for all the kids. I would stay at this condo again.
