The house, the view, the amenities, the proximity to fresh shrimp...amazing place.

The house was clean, the pool area was great, walk to the beach was very quick, and everyone always had hot water. All 16 of us were very comfortable!
4.7
Home was beautiful. Upstairs air would not cool down below 76 during the day. Needed bigger refrigerator or second refrigerator given the size of the house and kitchen was not very well appointed for cooking meals inside the house. Great pool for kids and superb beach access.

Great house

We had a nice time and always love staying in this community. We have stayed at the house right next to this one & both were very nice. The kitchen/living room & 2 bedrooms are on the very top floor so someone who struggles with stairs may have a hard time. All of the other bedrooms are downstairs. There are no beach towels, beach chairs or anything else at this house. It’s very minimal in terms of what it has so make sure you bring all of your stuff from home if you want certain things. You can rent umbrellas and chairs at the beach. The house was very clean, beds were comfortable and the rental company was very responsive if we had any questions. The community is clean, pool is nice and the beach access is easy and private. We would stay here again. They don’t leave anything from the guests before so you have to buy everything yourself. It would be nice if you were able to leave items left behind like salt/pepper, sugar, etc. We had to just throw everything away per the check out instructions.

Beautiful property, gorgeous view, great location.

House was great, comfortable setting for all of us 16 of us.

Several generations enjoyed. Great views. Great beach. Great pool. House is super nice and clean. Will be back!

The house was absolutely beautiful and very clean. The pool area and beach was gorgeous! We even met some fun neighbors. Great memories were made!! We had an amazing time and will definitely be back!

This is our 3rd year to stay here. We love everything about this house and Orange Beach. We will be back next year.
4.7
So much beach! The deeded neighborhood beach access is amazing. Volleyball, frisbee, football, home run derby were all played. So fun! House is well equipped and clean. Streamed a lot of basketball games on WiFi!
4.7
Check in was super easy! Home was very clean and came with all the amenities! We will be back!

Beautiful home and a beautiful location close to the beach and within a 5 mile radius of most stores. Gated community and private beach made us feel safe and comfortable our entire stay.
The interior amenities could use updating. As a frequent property renter I've never experienced a lack of basics like I have in this home. No hand soap, one kitchen towel, no beach towels, no basic kitchen starters (seasonings...etc). Towels also need to be replaced as they were old/scratchy.
Overall happy with our stay, but wish we knew about some of the basics to better prepare.

We stayed during the week of Thanksgiving and loved our time at Sea You Later! The first two days were a little iffy with the downstairs AC not working and multiple roach sightings but the Vacasa team responded quickly and got a repair company and pest company out the next day. After that it was excellent!
The house is pretty clean (Lots of dust on the light fixtures in the kitchen though) but the carpets in the bedrooms are worn and stained in multiple places. The bathrooms were very clean and the beds were some of the most comfortable mattresses we’ve ever had when traveling.
Lots of space for all 16 of us! The layout was great!
Easy short walk to the beach! Beautiful pool!

The house was perfect for our group of 12 people.
We loved the set up of the house as we each had our own space. The house was spotless. The location of the pool was great. Beach access was easy.
4.7
Had the best fall break stay! Comfortable, pristine, beautiful place with everything we could want. The Gulf waters were so sparkling and calm this time of year! All ages in our group also enjoyed the pool, biking at the state park, and walking to ice cream and coffee shop.

This home offered the best location and plenty of room for a my family and I! I was surprised at how close the beach was from the home. Plenty of stores close by. The host sent us messages with all the information we needed to make check in and checkout quickly and simple. The only downside is that the home didn’t come with a large supply of soap, conditioner, laundry, or dish soap. Be prepared to purchase or bring your own beach towels. Overall, definitely recommend staying here!

We had a wonderful time and the accommodations were perfect. Plenty of space for entire family. The house and pool area are beautiful. Our family will be back to Sea You Later!

Terrific location. Super pool & easy beach access. Stairwell at door with keypad needed brighter light. Kitchen could use more dishtowels & large bowls. For the price, it seems that basic necessities such as Kleenex, paper towels, garbage bags, dishwasher & laundry detergent should be included. Overall, our large group was very comfortable, had a great stay & would come back again.

House was in a great location. Close to the beach, shopping and activities.

Weather was super hot. Proximity to pool and beach made it very tolerable. Well equipped kitchen. TV and internet worked well. Served three generations of family well.
4.7
I feel like the owner needs to check their house out. Kitchen needs some care. Did not even have a baking sheet so I bought one and left it. Kitchen is not set up good at all. Roaches that were huge were in the kitchen at night. Towels need replacing desperately. Carpets in the bedrooms were dirty.

We loved the house, it was perfect for our set up. the location wasa great, having the pool close by and beach access.

We had a group 10 family members ages 3 years old to mid - eighties. The house is very nicely furnished, and the kitchen well-stocked with dishes, glasses and pots and pans. The kitchen is on the third floor (up two flights of stairs), so everyone in the family needs to be ok with stairs.
The pool was chilly in mid-March, but the pool area had comfortable seating and different depths. Very nice. The beach was very close and not crowded.
It is a very private, gated community with easy access to restaurants, Gulf State Park, and stores. We loved eating at LuLu’s, GT’s on the Bay, and Picnic Beach bar and grill. We could not get through to Rotoli’s pizza which we love, so we tried Surfside Pizza. It was not good.
The only down-side of the property was that the internet and cell phone re emotion we’re a little spotty. We would definitely come back to this property.
4.7
Exactly what we needed - beach, pool, grill, place to ride our bikes and many TVs to watch sports.

We have now stayed several times in the Cottages at Romar community and have become big fans. The Cottages' beach access and breadth and depth of beach are unsurpassed and this house was 200 steps exactly to the beach (yes, I have a Fitbit). Such great proximity to the state park (you can walk or bike) as well. You also have a tremendous pool and pool deck. Love this home in particular due to its pool and beach views. Very well stocked and clean. Highly recommend!

Everything about this house was great!! We had four generations of family, and everyone loved it!! Plenty of room for each family, and large gathering space for all of us. Great location to the beach. House was spotless, well equipped, and all around beautiful!!
4.7
We have stayed at beach houses from Hawaii to Oregon to the Outer Banks, and this home and beach are next-level amazing. The house is beautiful and comfortable for everyone (we had multiple generations of a family in the house), and has plenty of space for privacy and relaxation. It was super CLEAN (a big one for us), has plenty of parking, and is close enough to walk to great amenities. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were spacious and modern. The kitchen has everything you would need to prepare big meals, and has beautiful views from the patio dining.
We loved the pool - it was never crowded even though we were there on a busy beach week. And the beach was perfect. The sand at Orange Beach is like brown sugar - it's just so soft! This patch of homes is not close to the high rises, so this section of beach is not crowded at all. We had plenty of room to spread out, enjoy the gentle waves of the Gulf, swim, watch dolphins and manatees. Truly this was one of our favorite family vacations ever!
4.7
Going this time of year allowed us to try some restaurants that are normally very crowded and almost inaccessible. We were also aided by 75 degree weather everyday which made the beach amazing. In addition, this place is located so close to the state park that we loved biking daily! The house itself was spacious, clean and had good views of the pool and ocean.
4.7
This is our second visit to Sea You Later. If you are a group traveling for a soccer tournament— consider this property. It is only 23 minutes from the Foley Tourism Fields, and there are plenty of restaurants as well as the State Park in between. The set up is fantastic for multiple families, with bathrooms throughout. You can have the best of both worlds— beach vacay while having games in between. We were here for State Cup weekend where most hotels were full.

The complex is the best, family friendly complex we have stayed in. Zero entry pool with lots of shade. Few steps to the beach. Grassy area for kids. Sidewalks and paved road around the complex. Good for strollers, bikes, skateboards. The homes are all beautiful. Large and clean.
The only negative- we stayed in Sea You Later. It has ONE side by side fridge for this 7 bedroom home. This is a big problem since we cook every evening meal for the group. It has ONE potholder. It has ONE skillet that holds about 6 eggs. There’s no crockpot. No keurig. The home needs stocked for the max number of people allowed. Maybe hire a consultant who comes from a big family to stock it. It really is the little things that make a difference. We rent a big house somewhere every summer. We don’t repeat rent if the house isn’t stocked.
This still is our favorite complex. Sea You Later is beautiful. Just asking for there to be enough supplies.

The kids loved the pool and the grown-ups could watch from the balcony. The adults loved the beach and there was so much more beach space there compared to our previous trips to 30A. Could walk to coffee, donuts, ice cream and seafood market. Kids could scooter and bike around neighborhood and the adults biked and jogged in the state park across the street. The place itself had great views, ample kitchen supplies and a grill. Many TVs allowed for everyone to watch their preferred football game. Highly recommend!

Just as advertised, group of 7 adults loved the house and community

This is a perfect home in Orange Beach! If you are looking for the next gathering spot for your large group, look no further. This home is spacious and a thoughtful layout for multi-family groups. We not only enjoyed the bedroom spaces, but also the gathering room, where you can easily move between visiting and eating. While not listed as being directly beachside, it's a super-easy walk to the beach. There is a lovely pool view from the upper porch, with the gulf in the near distance.
We made multiple meals in the house, and we were able to find any utensil that we needed-- it was well-stocked. There is also a seafood market right across the highway.
One of the highlights for our Labor Day Holiday, however, was the neighborhood's proximity to the State Park. This is an easy jog or bike ride across the parkway if you'd like to exercise in pristine beauty.
Finally, I'd like to say that this is a good rental match for families. There were many other family groups vacationing in the Cottages of Romar over the holiday. The beach was not as crowded as some other areas up and down the Gulf Shores area.
We will certainly be returning to "Sea You Later" --I hesitated writing this review because I hope that it is available when we return!

We had a group of 14 adults and this house was perfect! Such an easy walk to the beach and the pool was easily accessible. Home was so clean and had all of the essentials in the kitchen. We’re already planning what weekend we can come back next year!

We used all seven bedrooms. Well equipped in bedding and kitchen stuff and spotless. Incredibly close to the beach (200 steps to the sand per my Fitbit) and the state park trails (2/10 of a mile - kids and I love to bike). WiFi was great even with using lots of devices. Pool was a non-factor due to our time of year, but the pool and pool area looked beautiful. Loved hanging out on the upstairs porch with views of the pool and ocean. Highly recommend!
