Davvero un’esperienza pessima, non mi era mai capitato di ricevere un trattamento del genere viaggiando per lavoro tra i

Esperienza pessima

Camera sporca, cuscini sui quali è impossibile dormire. Colazione continentale pessima, affettati della peggior qualità, uova strapazzate da far venire il vomito, di mangiabile solo la frutta. Siamo in italia, una brioche o una fetta di torta offriamola ai clienti che pagano la colazione. Servizio di transfer non commentabile: l’autista non accetta l’amex aziendale, tiene in ostaggio il mio zaino finché non trovi un bancomat dove prelevare sotto la pioggia, tornato al punto in cui mi lascia non riesco a trovarlo, chiamandolo al cellulare mi minaccia dicendomi che se non gli pago dei soldi extra non mi riporta lo zaino, dovendo accettare, ritornato mi chiede dei soldi extra che non inserisce in fattura: trattasi di evasione fiscale. È solo successivamente mi consegna lo zaino. La sua totale mancanza di professionalità “ perché l’amex ha commissioni alte” mi ha fatto perdere il treno e arrivare in ritardo a milano ad un meeting di lavoro. Il tutto contornato dagli insulti di questa persona maleducata e mi permetto di dire ignorante. Durante tutta la vicenda ho chiamato l’hotel una prima volta per chiedere spiegazioni (mi è stato detto che loro conoscevano solo il taxista in questione in zone e che non era un problema loro, ho richiamato una seconda volta ma la chiamata è stata interrotta dopo 2 squilli (pagato il soggiorno non più un loro problema. Davvero un’esperienza pessima, non mi era mai capitato di ricevere un trattamento del genere viaggiando per lavoro tra italia ed estero almeno 1 volta a settimana. VIVAMENTE SCONSIGLIATO.

Che bella scoperta questo Hotel

Ambiente molto tranquillo, la struttura è posizionata vicinissima al centro raggiungibile a piedi. Staff gentile ed accogliente. Dovessi tornare a Mirano sarà sicuramente la mia base.

Great hotel with pool in convenient location

Very clean, spacious rooms. Excellent breakfast. Good location convenient to both highway and bus to Venice. Very pleasant park and wonderful swimming pool with sun beds and umbrellas.

Unfortunately not how I wanted my first night in Italy to be remembered. Nasty cigarette smell

The location was excellent for a day trip to Venice. The breakfast was ok. Lady in reception was very helpful and gave a good recommendation for dinner a short drive away.

When we arrived the room stank of cigarettes. The nice lady at the reception informed us that they didn’t have any family rooms remaining and offered us the only other 2 bed they had which was no good to us, Considering I had just driven for 14 hours straight and needed a good sleep. She opened our window and used some kind of spray to try and get rid of the cigarette smell but it didn’t help at all. The pool area also looks old and unmaintained, not like on the photos at all.

Very good

It is situated in a good, quite location, near the bus stop to Venice. The staff is very polite and helpful. Nice breakfast. The kids enjoyed the swimming pool.

There isn’t a place where you can put and dry your smim pants and towers after the swimming pool. I would also recommend putting a net or something appropriate on the windows as there were a lot of mosquitoes.

Beautiful villa and swimming pool, just keep in mind they host parties there

- well communicated by public transportation - green surroundings, nice area - maaaaany sunbeds! not only by swimming pool but also on the grass - discrete staff - nice breakfast, possible to eat outside - access to the swimming pool 24/7 if not 🦟 - beautiful villa and room

drip coffee, not fresh, during breakfast - in my opinion in Italy it shouldn’t happen. There was an option to get a cappucino/espresso freshly from the bar - no information though, we just noticed someone did it the other day. Not a wide range of options for breakfast, if more days it would be boring. There was a party in front of the building (18 bday) and it was loud but finished at 11 pm. It doesn’t bother me but may bother older guests who came to rest

well presented, clean, nicely decorated. nice rooms. staff were friendly.

air con wasn’t working. not much in the area - not a particularly nice area to walk around as located on a busy road. it says on this website that there is an airport shuttle when there isn’t and it’s a €65 taxi to MP airport.

It was a pure luxury. Clean, new, charming, with professionals - very nice staff, they were kind and helpful with the best vibe. The locality was also perfect, the quality of the accommodation is the best I have ever been in, it should have not four but ten stars!

Dissapointing

Pool was great when you got to use it.

A wedding was booked at the same time as our stay. Pool and pool bar off limits at night due to the wedding party using this. Also dinner food and drinks were slow due to preoccupation with wedding party. Ordered desert tiramisu. Tasted like they had just thrown it together. A lump of cream and hard biscuit. Understand that the wedding also booked as well but if you are going to open up to other guests then make sure they are aware of limited facilities. We wanted drinks after dinner and to sit outside…again not allowed due to the wedding. Very disappointing all round. in addition room was dusty and no option for further pillows. bed was uncomfortable.

Good choice for a night if you are in transit

Comfortable, clean, nice Garden, friendly staff, good breakfast

It is a 4 stars hotel, but the facilities were as for a 3 stars hotel. Shower that cannot be used if you want to avoid getting wet on your hair because water flows only from a pipe in the ceiling.

Pleasant

The staff, food and place was great. Big parking and approach to hotel is excellent.

The worst mattress I've ever slept on. Totally unbelievable that they put him in the room. The heater is full of dust and as it blows out warm air, it also blows away the dust. The blind on the window cannot be opened when the wind blows because it hits the wall.

The bus to Venice is long but the stop being right outside the hotel helps immensely, especially when you need to take it early. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the food was amazing, I enjoyed my stay a lot!
