Everything was really clean. The cabin was so cute and had everything you needed. It’s in a very quiet neighborhood and not too far from Yellowstone. We loved how it was decorated. Crystal was excellent at responding to any questions we had. I would definitely recommend this cabin.

Our stay at this VRBO was fine. Everything about it was fair. The kitchen was beyond basic, no thrills about it. If you have kids, beware, the addition bedroom entrance is outside the house. Lastly, when we initially entered the home, it smelled like cigarettes and there were used cigarettes outside on the ground, after we aired the house out, the smell went away.

The location is perfect, close to the lake and easy access to Yellowstone Park. We enjoyed being away from the crowds of Yellowstone /West Yellowstone. The only complaint - the bathroom window had no curtain so we had to create one with a towel and the oven was unusable due to a significant amount of grease.

The beds were clean and comfortable, but that's about all I can say that's good.
The refrigerator froze all of our food, including the eggs. The tray under the freezer had frozen dead earwigs and dirt inside it.
They ask you to remove your shoes upon entering and I have no idea why.
We could not drink the water, to be fair we were informed of that when we reserved the cabin.
They tell you to open the windows if it gets hot, but all the windows were painted shut, we couldn't have opened them if we needed to.
There is a problem with the downstairs TV remote, we had to put new batteries in it every day.
The right arm rest on the couch was broken and kept coming off.
We found dirty utensils in the drawer.
It was a last minute rental, so all in all we were thankful for an open cabin for our trip. But probably would not stay again, sadly. There was no curtain on the bathroom window, we had to hang a towel on the window for privacy.
This cabin has great potential to be comfortable with some upgrades.
It's too bad there is not at least a toilet upstairs, even a port a potty would have been better.
We had to go downstairs and outside then back in through the back door in the middle of the night to use the restroom. Not very conducive to being bear aware. If a bear was outside the cabin when we had to go down to use the restroom it quite possibly could have been disastrous. I hate to leave a bad review, but wanted to leave an honest one.

The property pictures were way out dated by approx 10 years. No water for drinking because of an Ecoli outbreak was not good most of the windows painted shut, tv did not work and after three e mails. No help at all. The place is just runned down and needs lots and lots of upgrades

It was nice!
We didnt stay there much - we went to Yellowstone, but it was exactly what we needed! We would come back again!
They do have clean towels and extra bedding. The extra bedding needed to be washed, but we brought extra.

Beautiful location drive there and back from Yellowstone was stunning. Cabin is cute. Worked for amount of people and location. The bad water was called out in the welcome email but it was not clear the risk it posed to our family and amount of work we would have to take up as guests. A neighbor stopped by and warned us to not drink the water at all and make sure everything was boiled. We went to the store twice to get cases of water and a big jug to cook with and make coffee and tea. So added expense added time. We cooked two meals there a day so that meant we were boiling water to clean our dishes. Added time...we brought our toddler and infant and their grandparents. We wanted to keep those vulnerable immune systems safe. That part was a bummer. The main floor beds mattress was supported by slats and my husband fell through goofing up his back. Easy fix I'm sure their maintenance people can take care of. The location is so pretty and functionality of the space generally worked. Just wish they would have called out the risk more of the water and just supplied us with the water so we didn't have to add it to our planning every day. Hopefully they get the wells all figured out and get better water so this just doesn't even have to be brought up.

The cabin was exactly what we were looking for. Beautiful scenery close to many attractions. The upstairs is a little warm but cools off over night.

This wad a great property. There is a nice kitchen. My children appreciated the separate bedroom area upstairs. The views from the cabin were beautiful and it is located relatively close to Yellowstone but not so close that you are right on top of your neighbor. My family enjoyed staying here and wish we booked the cabin longer.

Great scenery, close to west Yellowstone, but with the pricing on VRBO, it is VERY overpriced. 2 night stay, which isn't a full 2 nights - over $700? Too pricey for what it is.

The keycode for the upstair located bedroom was wrong. For checking in on saturday we could not make a contact with the agent until monday. The WiFi Code as evrybody knows, is written on the frontdoor of the fridge in typ 10 size. For hoping of getting a discount because of the not usable bedroom for 2 of 3 booked days, no chance. The agent told us he die everything wrihgt. Beware of booking.

Because of flight delays when we got to the cabin, it was pitch black. For 2 women showing up to a place they have never been to, and arriving in the dark, is an uneasy feeling. Then having to get a key out of lock box, open door, put key back in lock box, all the while contemplating the fact that we are in an area that has wild animals, seemed outrageous. We walk in and immediately can see dust and dirt. My friend walked into restroom and discovered water on the gross old carpet in front of the shower, no window covering on the window, and a huge spider in the sink. We both then started looking for something to kill the spider, and as we are opening up the cabinets, we see how dirty and full of spiderwebs everything is, not to mention other insects and moths. I turn on bathroom sink to wash spider down and the faucet pops off spraying water everywhere including on me (needless to say, I wasn't happy). So then we decide we need to check out the attic and then remember/realize that we have to go back outside in the dark. We go out the front, and walk around the house to find stairs to get to the attic, again thinking if that spider was in the sink, what is outside and what possible animal is around? We open the door and turn on light to be hit by a ton of heat, mustiness, dust, dirt, more cobwebs, and the thought of if we need to go to the restroom in the middle of the night.. Does she have to get key from lock box in the dark or do we leave house unlocked? oh and the bed was broken. Disappointed and very upset with this place.. It is late and have no choice but to sleep there. I sleep, or rather I lie on the couch and let my friend have the bed. Thank goodness the couch looked new! I couldn't sleep because of many reasons, one of which was that moths kept fluttering around. Somewhere around 2:30 I hear what I think is my friend moving around later to find out she was awake and heard same movement assuming it was me. It was neither of us! who was in the cabin!? Btw don't look at bottom of shower curtain or vent in shower! Gross! This is just most of what was wrong with this cabin. I travel often and thankfully rarely come across and feel need to forewarn.

I went from being a little scared and expecting the worst to being overly excited, thankful and grateful for this location. I couldn't believe how excellent the location was, the day to day household belongings supplied and the custom bonfire pit. I will be going out of my way to recommend and request this location to all and for myself.

House is very dusty and for people who have sensitivity to dust will find it hard to enjoy your stay. There is lots of clutter around the house. Well equipped kitchen comfortable living room, just dusty as hell. Medicine cabinet had someone's things in it and it looked to be there for some time. We didn't use the cabinet. The area is sooo pretty and really quiet. great location.

The cabin was clean and convenient. About 30 minutes (23 miles) from Yellowstone west entrance and immediately on a state park woth a lake. Cool birds in the area but many mosquitos. Be aware it's very small, with a tiny bathroom, so fine for 1 person, cramped for 2, impossible for 3.

Great location for west yellowstone! Beautiful view of the mountains and Henery Lake. We arrived in the dark and it was very had to see because there are no outdoor lights. It took minutes to get the front door open. The deadbolt and door knob are outdated. You cannot remove the key before opening the door. Spider webs were all over in the main bedroom and a wasp on the window seal with visible dust. The fan/light in the main bedroom was missing the cord for the light, so we were never able to use the light other than the small lamp. The ceiling fan/light in the living room was missing the fan cord, so we could not change the fan speed. Half the windows did not open. If they did open, it was difficult to do so. It was hot in the upstairs room throughout the night and the window is small. There was no curtain on the window in the bathroom.
There is plenty of bedding and the blankets were nice. The water pressure in the shower was good. Plenty of towels. We never used the kitchen, but seems to be a large supplies of stuff

Perfect!
We really enjoyed our stay at the cabin! Exactly as we expected. There was no dishwasher but not a problem for us. A great location to the West Yellowstone park entrance. The mosquitoes were out with a vengeance but didn't get inside because of the double door feature.
We will probably be back!

Gorgeous views of Henry’s Lake Area
I could not help but wake up feeling refreshed and revitalized in the cool summer morning air at Henry’s Lake. The mountains in the background added to the picturesque stay! Well worth the trip!

OK for a rustic cabin, but our worst vrbo experience ever.
Had to call to get lockbox code which had not been sent. Had to call again to find lockbox because not where they said it would be.
No instructions for TV or which WIFI was theirs.
Front screen door was totally torn so couldn't leave door open to get some breeze. Only 2 windows in cabin would open; rest were either painted shut or had storm windows on them that didn't open.
Only 3 hangers in cabin.
3 lamps had burnt out bulbs and no replacements available.
The lawn was not mowed and quite high.
Ceiling fans were nice to have.
The road into the private cabins is atrocious...

Pleasant cabin - nice location
We came to the area to visit family in West Yellowstone and to visit Yellowstone National Park. The cabin was well located and very affordable compared to other housing in the area. The cabin was clean, the kitchen nicely furnished, and the family area worked as a dining area also. It could use a little maintenance - the front door screen was torn and must have been that way for a while and the lawn needed mowing - but neither one really affected our visit. I would stay here again and would recommend it to others.
