Una camera pulita ma vetusta

Camera molto malridotta e completamente diversa da quelle presentate in foto. Posizione non così centrale come indicato in alcune recensioni. Il bagno è vecchio, l'asse del gabinetto ballerino, asciugamani stracciato impianto elettrico vecchissimo, le luci al neon producono un ronzio e sono vecchie. Il parcheggio è da pagare separatamente oltre al prezzo della camera, spopositato per la tipologia di camera. Colazione a buffet appena sufficiente.

Clean old fashioned style Albergo run by good people

Clean, in fact very clean, old fashion style Albergo with everything we needed, run by nice people, quiet well functioning air-con, decent breakfast, just across the street from the railway station, even so our room was well isolated so we did not hear the busy street outside.

A gem in Mantova

Lovely family run hotel, perfect location next to train and bus station. Very close to historic centre and easily walkable. Warm welcome from all the team who were wonderful, nothing too much trouble. Spacious bedroom and ensuite with excellent housekeeping staff, complimentary soap and shampoo with plenty of towels. Excellent WiFi , reception will give you a ticket with password. We required an adapter which they were happy to provide. Large airy breakfast room with a typical Italian selection of food and drinks. Hotel owners overseeing breakfast and a lovely couple. Beautiful staircase to rooms and a lift In reception too. Thank you for making our stay pleasant.

Very good

The staff is really kind and always ready to help. The premises are spacious, with a lovely garden in the middle. Breakfast is very good with sweet and savoury options. The location was perfect for me, just across the street from the train station. Even so, my toom was quiet. Will stay again, if I'm ever back to Mantova

Located opposite the railway station and a short walk to the centre. It is a little dated but the rooms are spotlessly clean, the beds comfortable and the air-conditioning works. The added advantage of the interior courtyard parking is a bonus. Perfect for a good value short stay. I have stayed here 3 or 4 times and have never been disappointed.

Good hotel for little money, with unevitable inconveniences.

If you travel by train, it is very convenient. the staff is friendly and helpful. When you enter the breakfastroom it’s like a throwback to a 1970’s school canteen with uniformed waiters.

The walls are thin, when the neighbours speak, it’s like they’re in your bed. Noise in the hallway, the same. At breakfast, everything comes in plastic, except some toastbread, a few pieces of fruit and a little bit wet ham and salami. They serve the horrible plastic chestercheese! The coffeemachine (Nescafé) does a good job.

Poor value for money and situated in very shady area

The parking on site was very convenient as we would not leave our car on street in that area.

The location was bit shady. Many young people hanging outside of the hotel gave us very uncomfortable feeling. Also we booked a triple room with size of 30 square meters but this seems to be 2 mini rooms connected together and equipped with the smallest beds and tiniest bathroom ever. Very basic and outdated. Definitely not worth the money we were charged but this was perhaps due to a very busy weekend what could explain the high price.

The room was spacious, clean and quiet. The hotel is at a busy street in front of the station, but many rooms like mine are in side wings absolutely quiet. I could park my bike in the hotel's inner court. The reception staff was helpful with information about restaurants or laundries.

The hotel is a little old-fashioned. Sometimes it seemed I was the only guest (in summer season). I thought the hotel is too expensive for what they offer. In my bathroom was a bathtub that one could also use to take a shower, but there was nothing like a cabin or shower curtain. So if you take a shower, you inevitably flood the bathroom. The breakfast was standard, limited choice with only pre-packed food.
