About this apartment rental
Located directly on Navarre's white sandy beach with beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico's turquoise waters, our condo in the Beach Colony West Resort boasts the largest pool and covered balcony on Navarre Beach. This quiet and peaceful area is truly a hidden jewel of the Gulf Coast.
During the months of May through September, we only offer seven day rentals from Saturday to Saturday.
Our 4th floor unit allows you to enjoy unobstructed beach views with one of the most desirable floor plans in Beach Colony West. Floor to ceiling sliding glass doors in both the master bedroom as well as the living and dining room area showcase the beautiful water and beach views. This open floor plan with nine foot ceilings has two leather sofas and two reclining chairs with plenty of space to relax and stretch out after a day of fun in the sun. The living room also has a 65 inch smart TV.
The large master suite features a king size bed with views of the Gulf through the floor to ceiling glass door which opens to the large balcony. Bathroom windows with views of the Gulf provide plenty of natural lighting in the huge master bath with Jacuzzi tub, separate oversized walk-in shower, and double vanities. This bedroom also includes a 50 inch HD/LCD TV and a large walk-in closet.
The second guest suite features a king size bed and a full-sized ensuite bath with tub/shower combination. This bedroom also includes a large flat screen smart TV.
The third bedroom features a queen size bed and twin bed with an adjacent full-sized bath with walk-in shower. This bedroom also includes a flat screen TV.
Enjoy the kitchen with its beautiful granite countertops, double stainless steel sink, French door refrigerator, dishwasher, stove with smooth cook-top, and microwave. The kitchen is stocked with plenty of cookware, dishes, utensils, and silverware. The dining area table has seating for six with two extra chairs at the kitchen breakfast bar.
Our condo has a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. HD/TV cable as well as free high speed internet is included for your email, web surfing or streaming needs.
Guests have a secured storage room on the ground floor for large beach toys.
Beach Chair Service Setup is included in the rental rate. This service includes two beach chairs and one umbrella. Your beach service location is on a first come, first serve basis each day and runs March 1st through October 31st. Additional beach chairs can be rented on a daily or weekly rate.
Additional amenities of Beach Colony West Resort include gated entry to the property, one designated covered parking spot plus additional garage parking, lighted clay tennis courts, exercise room, outdoor grills, pool side chairs, and a guest storage room for kayaks, bicycles, and large beach toys.
Navarre Beach is nestled between the Gulf Islands National Seashore and the Navarre Beach Marine Park which includes the Sea Turtle Conservation Center. Navarre Beach is also known for the LONGEST fishing pier in the Gulf of Mexico, and its located just steps from our beach condo. We know you will enjoy the local restaurants, fishing, and strolling the seven mile walking path through the undeveloped pristine sugary sands of Gulf Islands National Seashore. There is plenty of bird and sea life to watch from the balcony and along the beach and much more. If you don't care for Destin's heavy traffic, long dinner lines, huge crowds, and over-crowded beaches, you will love Navarre Beach as much as we do.

We could not have been more pleased with our week spent in Jerry and Susan's condo at Navarre Beach. The condo was beautifully furnished and decorated and there were no surprises. We found everything presented in the advertising and as told to us by the owners to be accurate. The owners were very prompt and thorough with their communications and instructions about codes, passwords, operation of tvs, and rules at the resort. They even texted us, on the day of arrival, that the housekeeping crew had finished early and we could get early access. Would love to rent this unit for future visits to Navarre.

This property is lovely. Very roomy and well decorated by Susan.
We had great communication with the property owners, which was highlighted as we had a storm during our visit. They passed all information they received from the location storm center, and provided suggestions as to how to ride out the storm.
If you have never been to Navarre Beach, it is pristine! It is also a fairly small and quiet community, which was great for us.
The balcony, with seating for 8, was our favorite place besides the beach and pool (pool was great!). Also, this property comes with 2 chair and 1 umbrellas beach service, which was great.
The only negative we had was that the pillows were not the most comfortable.
We would absolutely stay here again!

We booked for 2 weeks in March. We were 4 adults. The condo and balcony were much smaller than the pictures on online represented in all our opinions. Cleanliness was 4/5 stars due to dust in master and sand in all rugs.
The pool was not heated so that was disappointing as it was cool and overcast.
We left 5 night early and our friends left 3 nights early that booking.

This is the 2nd time staying in this condo. I love the beach! Sunrise with coffee and sunset with an adult beverage from the balcony or a few steps to the beach. We had a few wonderful warmer beach days. Late February is a gamble. So many local fantastic restaurants, a few within walking distance. Day trips to Flora-Bama and Destin. Highly recommend. Owners very responsive and great communicators. Condo very clean-this is really important to me.

Absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful condo! The amazing view was EVERYTHING and immediately drew us out to the large balcony that faced the beautiful Navarre Beach. We spent many relaxing hours in the comfortable adirondack chairs during our week just taking in all the Florida beauty. The owners were concerned, friendly and available for any questions. The condo was clean, beautifully decorated, and well stocked. The walk to the beach was easy and short. The pool is beautiful as well. Enjoyed the easy parking and the cleanliness of the entire condo facility. We will definitely be back to stay here. Thank you Jerry and Susan.

Loved every moment! Condo is even better than pictures and the location can’t be beat! Very safe, large condo overlooking a huge crystal clear pool, the views oceanfront can’t be beat! We will definitely be back as this is now our favorite last cation on the Gulf!

One of the most important things I believe is the cleanliness of a place and the ability to get in contact with the hosts… Jerry and Susan surpassed our expectations!! I was able to easily get in contact with them directly and they were quick to help out, no questions asked! Their place was beautiful and we can’t wait to go back!!

Excellent condo, furnishings, decor. The kitchen was EXTRA stocked with adequate dishes, glasses, pots, pans, kitchen gadgets, etc. Best condo we have ever stayed at on the panhandle. the pool is HUGE and can accommodate the crowd.

The weather was a little chilly and rainy this time but we still had the balcony to hang out on and look out at the ocean and dolphins. Jerry and Susan are wonderful and provided us with everything we needed. We can’t wait to come back!

The condo was beautiful! It was clean, kept well, beautiful decor and great location. Not a busy beach at all, which we prefer. Perfect walking distance to the pier. Parking was convenient, with extra spots for multiple cars! Great for families traveling together.
Only things we wish were a bit different. We wished there was a hot tub for the cooler days or heated pool. Also, a public restroom closer to the pool and beach.
Other than that it was amazing! We had a great time with our family! The hosts were great and helped us every step of the way!

"Navarre Beach did not disappoint" was a line of of our daughters used on her social media post. This is exactly what my husband and I were hoping for when we took our three teenagers away from home Thanksgiving week. Jerry and Susan's condo was ideal for our family, especially with three separate bedrooms and bathrooms! The kitchen was equipped to make our Thanksgiving meal just as special as if it were in my own home. A stroll along the beach to walk off our holiday meal was something we've never experienced before, but hope to again and again! Appreciate the messages from Susan throughout the week; always prompt, helpful and kind. The location was perfect for a short drive into Destin and/or Pensacola to explore those communities too! We'll be back!!

We had a great time visiting Navarre Beach!! We came to visit family and just relax! Everything was very clean when we arrived. The decorations were great and made us feel at home. The property was perfect for our family! The condo was stocked with all the necessities, everything was clean, organized, and decorated so cute! We got married on the beach and used the condo as our "get ready spot" for the girls and we had plenty of space to spread out and took wedding pictures on the balcony. The owners were in constant communication with us answering any questions we had and provided helpful information about the area around us, what to expect with the beach rentals, and wished us well on our wedding day! I cannot recommend this condo enough. Thank you so much for such a wonderful trip!

Beds very comfortable and kitchen nicely equipped. The views were great with Pier in the background. Made great memories with grandkids. Large pool for the days the beach was a little rough. Large smart tvs for watching evening movies. Overall...a great time.

Place was not as expected, dirty with a very hostile environment.
Neighbors were extremely noise and hateful (unit 4B). Owners will not communicate after final payment is made. Stay away!!!!!!

This was our first visit to Navarre and we loved the quaintness of this place. Our condo met all our needs. Very spacious, clean and close to the beach and pool. The owners were so nice and accommodating. They were easy to get in touch with and more than happy to help. We hope to return this condo sometime in the future.

This condo is my new favorite! It is beautifully decorated, clean and had all the amenities you could want. The kitchen was well stocked and even had beach supplies…cooler, beach towels, floats, and chairs. It is close to everything groceries, restaurants and beach.
Also a beautiful and peaceful deck where you could see the ocean, pool and gorgeous sunsets!

Amazing!!
We had THE best time in Navarre at Jerry and Susan’s condo!! They are so nice and so easy to work with. They sent us lots of detailed info for our stay which made for an easy check in process. There was also restaurant recommendations/menus in a folder inside the condo that was very helpful. The building and amenities were so nice (my son loved the pool even though it was freezing!) and we loved being ocean front. The condo is even more beautiful in person! It was clean, so nicely decorated, kitchen is fully stocked with anything and everything you could need, the beds are comfortable, and we really appreciated having beach towels and paper products already there to use. We also loved the large balcony and view of the ocean! There was plenty of seating to relax or enjoy a meal, and is the perfect place to read a good book while feeling the ocean breeze. My kids had so much fun playing the board games that were in their bedroom. An added bonus was the included chair rental, so nice to not have to carry chairs out to the beach. Thank you Jerry and Susan! We had a wonderful, relaxing week and cannot wait to visit again another time!!

Navarre beach is our favorite place to vacation. The beach and the gulf are beautiful. This condo unit is amazing. Wonderful balcony overlooking gulf where we seen dolphins play in the morning. This unit is beautiful and had everything we needed. The owners Jerry and Susan are wonderful as well. They gave us all the information we needed and stayed in contact with us to make sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again!!

The condo was perfect for our family get away. Everything was very clean and there was plenty of space for everybody. We were very impressed with how well equipped the condo was, we cooked several times during our stay and they had everything we needed. We would love to stay here again!
