About this apartment rental
These units were newly built in June of 2021.
The apartments have all the comforts of home, just two blocks away from historic Roosevelt Arch! All units have an open floor plan, with two bedrooms and one bath. Each bedroom has a queen bed, small dresser, and two bedside tables. Every unit is equipped with it's own washer and dryer. In the living room there is a queen size sleeper sofa available if needed. WIFI is included, in addition to a Smart TV so you can login to your streaming accounts(Netflix, Hulu, etc) for entertainment on those rainy, lazy days! *Streaming is available, but there is no satellite offered*. Conveniently located in the heart of Gardiner, you will be close to all of the wonderful shops and restaurants our little town has to offer. Arch park is less then a 3 minute walk away, where you'd be very likely to run into the neighborhood elk that frequent there. Yellowstone Retreat Rentals are a great place to enjoy a fantastic vacation at Yellowstone National Park!
Unit D is in the "Green Building". When looking at the building, it's the top floor unit on the right, with one flight of stairs.

The accommodations were incredible. We had everything we needed, just like home. Very clean and modern looking plus quiet. Look out the window and large elk are right outside the window. Walking distance to gift shops, restaurants, pizza places, and the drive to Yellowstone was really close. So many beautiful animals just feet away. We had an amazing time. I highly recommend this place.

We have never visited Gardiner before and other than the surroundings, we feel like the actual condo is the best in town after driving around and seeing what’s available. Everything was clean and perfect. We would definitely stay here again if we ever are back in the area. Please read the reviews and pick this place for sure.

What a fantastic condo! My family of 5 including 3 teens stayed for 3 nights during our visit to Yellowstone. It is right down from the entrance to the park, so was an incredibly convenient location. It was so well equipped and had everything we needed. Looked brand new and was very clean and comfortable. We would highly recommend! Gardiner is a very cute town with a handful of good restaurants and shops, a grocery store, and gas station, so it was nice to have all of those options. The one downside was the road from the park entrance to Mammoth is a 4 mile road over the mountain with lots of curves and hills. After a long day of driving in the park, it was the last thing we wanted to be driving on. Something to consider if planning on staying in Gardiner. However, if you do decide to stay there, we highly recommend this terrific condo!

Sitting just blocks from the Roosevelt Arch (north entrance to Yellowstone) this is the most newly built rental property in the immediate area, and is clean and updated as you'd expect because of it. The neighborhood is rustic and the streets around the property are dirt/gravel, as you'd kind of expect from a small mountain town. But that adds to the mystique of the national park experience. We did whitewater rafting, horseback riding, hiking, and sightseeing easily from this property as our basecamp.

My father and I stayed here for 3 nights as we explored Yellowstone. The location in Gardner is great and the hosts have truly thought about what folks need (eg extra bug spray / bear spray to use during stay, great kitchen supplies, extra towels, laundry room, etc.). We walked to dinner each night and enjoyed the view from the room! We are hoping to stay here again with additional family members.

This is the place to stay if you are planning on visiting Yellowstone. This apartment was spacious for my family of 6. It was clean and inviting. It was quiet and conveniently located practically at the north entrance. The town of Gardiner has everything you need from a gas station and grocery store within 5 minutes, to plenty of dining and souvenir shopping options within walking distance. The hosts were great! They never bothered us once, but responded to questions almost immediately. The price was fair compared to other rentals we looked at. The only downfall was you don't have the spectacular views you might expect just by looking out your window, but it's so close, you won't even care. We would definitely recommend staying here. I know we will with any future trips to the area.

This was our second stay in Gardiner visiting Yellowstone. Last time was the whole family. This time just my wife and one son. Yellowstone Retreat was perfect! Location is like two blocks to the Roosevelt Arch and the Park entrance. Near shops as well. Apartment was clean and nicely stocked as well. Definitely would rent again. Highly recommended.

This Yellowstone retreat was nice and spacious with all the utilities we needed to cook and clean throughout our stay. The pull out sofa bed gave us enough space to comfortably sleep our family of 5. Conveniently close to Yellowstone’s north entrance and Gardenier’s local market.

My partner and I try to get to YNP at least once a year. We love staying in Gardner with its great access to the Northern area of the park and Lamar Valley. This property was wonderful for our visit. It is very new and had a fully stocked kitchen and large refrigerator for all our needs. The beds were very comfortable and we appreciated the a/c unit at night. The owners were quick to respond to us and it was easy using the key code to get access to the unit. We would definitely recommend this place and hope to stay here again.

Great location! Great property! Perfect spot for our family of 3 to base our recent Yellowstone visit! Great amount of space & really clean.
Right outside the North Entrance. We could easily walk to the Roosevelt Arch at the North Entrance. We left the day the rains began...the ones that led to the flooding, which destroyed the road into the park. :( We hope the rebuild happens quickly.
Interactions with Jayme were great. Location was walking distance (if you don't over hike) to local eating spots/shopping.
Will definitely stay here again when we come back to see Yellowstone in the winter.

Awesome property and location!
The location was on point. It is walking distance from the north entrance of Yellowstone national park. This was the first property I’ve booked using Vrbo and it was an awesome experience communicating with Jayme. She was super responsive and allows us a late checkout which allowed us to explore the park another full day. The apartment was clean, new and located walking distance from restaurants and the grocery store. I plan on booking this Vrbo on the future.

Visit to Yellowstone
We are three well traveled 70+ women on a three week road trip. This location is perfect for a visit to Yellowstone as you are almost in the park when you leave. Just as a warning for those arriving, the neighborhood felt a bit more industrial than residential and the roads were not the best. This property was brand new construction and is in great condition. While all the necessary furniture and amenities are in place, decorating is sparse and lacks the warmth of personal touches. We would definitely recommend this place when visiting Yellowstone..
