My family and I enjoyed our stay! The rooms were very comfortable and the beach was super close to the house. The raw bar was awesome and only a short 4-5 min drive down the road. Highly highly recommend the award winning lobster roll. It was so big we got 3 meals out of one roll, making it into sandwiches for the next day and even making a mini version of lobster Mac n cheese. Mashpee commons was great. We didnt realize the bowling alley had bocce courts and a huge bar. We Ubered to bad Martha’s brewery and it was a lot of fun—they had fresh shucked oysters and tons of other food options. The house was spacious enough and noise travel wasn’t an issue with the kids sleeping, naps, etc. Great stay!!

We stayed at Adam and Keri's for a long weekend with two other families and couldn't have asked for a better experience. The house was clean and spacious, and had everything parents could need. It's only a short walk to the beach and playground. We are excited to return again next summer.

Our family came to the Cape for a wedding weekend. The house was perfect for our group. Plenty of space for all of us. Kayaks were provided and we had a blast! The shed is full of very useful items from beach chairs to life jackets. Thank you to the owners for making our stay great!!

Friends Weekend June 2022
I stayed here for a long weekend in June with friends and we had a great time. The house is very clean and has a cute beach theme and is a short 5 minute walk to the beach and 15 minute walk to the raw bar and marina. The house is located in a safe and lovely neighborhood. We rented stand up paddle boards at the marina and went around the bay and had a blast. If we had any questions about the house the hosts are quick to answer and find a resolution. The house had the basic items we needed such as hand soap, linens, dishes, toilet paper, etc. and we brought everything else. If you need to do work or access the internet, I suggest bringing your own hot spot as the wifi here isn't the best and there is barely any cell service in this neighborhood. But it was nice to get away from our phones for a couple of days. Also, we suggest scheduling Ubers / taxis in advance if you need rides anywhere because of the poor cell service and scarcity of taxis on the cape. Plan ahead.

Fantastic house in great location
We had a great stay during a long weekend in June, with 3 families and our young children. The house is spacious, clean, modern, and had everything we needed. We brought bikes and explored the neighborhood, walked to the beach and the central marketplace (about 5 and 15 minutes respectively), and enjoyed some time in the backyard. The shed was super helpful for us with wagons, chairs, beach toys, umbrellas, etc. Great communication throughout, highly reccomended!

Great location - fabulous property - responsive owners
First time renting on the Cape. This is a lovely home that's really well suited for families looking to relax and escape. The house has everything you need - is in a perfect spot - and is really a beautiful house too. We had a minor issue with the wifi router and the homeowners were so responsive and we were back in business in no time. Highly recommend!

Great stay
Loved the house. It’s clean and nicely renovated. We were two families staying together as a friends trip. The house setup was great, one family took the top floor and the other family took the bottom floor and each floor had a full bathroom and living room so it was lots of space. Nice walk to the beach. Best part was the house has everything you need especially helpful was the two beach wagons to take our stuff with our toddlers to the beach. Great stay!

A perfect family vacation home!
From the start, everything went smoothly. The owner provided full details of the home and answered a question I had immediately. The home is spacious and beautiful. My husband and I, our five kids and their 3 husbands, 3 kids and a baby stayed here. My 5 year old grandson told me the day we were leaving that he “wished we could buy the home and live here.” The yard is large and we had a lot of fun playing yard games with the kids and hanging around the fire at night. They provided many accessories for the beach which made a huge difference in packing the car. All of our cars were fully packed as it was without beach accessories. The area is just beautiful and we enjoyed exploring it on our bikes. The beach is a short walk and is very nice! We had a day at the park playing basketball and disk golf. The kids made some friends on the playground and had a lot of fun. We took the ferry to Martha’s Vineyard and it was conveniently located about a 20 minutes away. The Mashpee Commons is nearby and has nice shops and restaurants. We had a wonderful 30th birthday celebration at Siena Restaurant. All were comfortable and all enjoyed their stay! I highly recommend staying at this home!

Thankyou Keri and Adam
Perfect location, the house had everything we needed - everything you would need for a beach day. It rained couple of days so we spent a lot of time in the house playing and watching movies. We had a wonderful vacation.

My friends and I enjoyed our stay in late May. The house was very clean and was able to accommodate a crowd of 8 people with plenty of room to spare. The owners were very responsive to any questions leading up to and during our stay.
