Rare rental south of 55th street. Location is ideal- Steps to the beach and walkable to Aneu cafe and coffee shop, a local seafood shack, a deli/grocery, and two ice cream shops. Walk 3 blocks to playground and park. Also the shortest drive in Ocean City to restaurants serving alcohol in Strathmere.

3 bed 2 bath FIRST FLOOR unit that is newly updated with plenty of space for families. Large front porch with gate to keep pets and kids safe. Two outdoor showers one fully enclosed.
*Master Bedroom: Queen bed

*Third Bedroom: Twin bunk beds with trundle
*Queen pull out sofa in living room

House is situated on a quiet street with only local traffic, and very family friendly neighbors. Pet friendly with approval! Come enjoy the South End of Ocean City NJ!

We are in a very pet friendly neighborhood and love to welcome your pets to Ocean City, however we are unable to accept pets of the following Breeds:
Akita, American Bulldog, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull terrier, Cane Corso, Chow, Doberman, Mastiff (all types) Olde English Bulldog, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Wolf Hybrid.
Additionally we cannot accept ANY dog with a bite history or aggressive tendencies or more then 4 dogs at any time.

Fun place- nice living room layout for watching TV and very well stocked kitchen. The property allowed pets which was a deal breaker for us. There were many parking spaces out front because the configuration was head-in parking instead of the usual parallel parking spaces. We would stay here again.

Evie's house was the perfect spot for our family weekend getaway. We like the south end of the island, and the house is only a short walk to the beach. The neighborhood is quiet, and the house was clean and well appointed. We would certainly stay here again.

We have vacationed in Ocean City, New Jersey numerous times. We enjoyed our stay on this property. It was an easy walk to the beach and it was nice to stay at the less crowded part of the island. The description of the property and the photos are very accurate.

My husband and our grown children had a beautiful week at Evie’s home in the north end of Ocean City. Our pups enjoyed the stay as well! We loved the short walk to the uncrowded beach at 57th street. The out door storage space had a wagon and chairs and umbrella. Not having to purchase beach tags was a huge plus!! The home was a pleasant 72* when we arrived and we were comfortable sleeping at night. Very quiet. White noise machines were provided in two of the bedrooms. The ceiling fans in the living room and kitchen made the air flow nicely when we were enjoying a meal or watching tv. The tv was awesome and the streaming provided was plentiful. Each morning the front porch was the place to be to enjoy a cup of tea and some quiet time. The monarchs found the butterfly bushes out front and we enjoyed watching them. The neighbors on each side and above us were pleasant and courteous. We never had difficulty parking on the street in front of the house. Thank you for a wonderful week that we enjoyed thoroughly!

We loved the place. Location exceeded our expectations. The beach was virtually empty when we stayed. The state park just down the block maybe 3/4 of a mile is a hidden gem. Overall great stay. The only negative we had was that the pullout couch was not very comfortable. We would definitely stay again!

We enjoy staying at this adorable cozy home! We have stayed here many times and love it! Our dog, Bailey loves the beach and this home and location is perfect! Evie is fantastic and even adjusted our check in dates for us when we had a family emergency!

Outstanding location and pet friendly made our stay great. Evie is a perfect host. Very responsive and honest. She warned us with 7 adults it would be tight, but we’re used to that at shore houses so I can’t complain about size. The bunk beds and pullout couch really are not suited at all for adults, but we made it work and had a wonderful week with great weather!

We were very satisfied with this rental. It was very clean, in a quiet area, and A/C worked well. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms good. Shower/spigot out back for washing off sand. It was well furnished, though we had to buy our own paper towels, napkins and a dish towel. And if you don't think there are enough plates or utensils, look in the dishwasher! It apparently had been run just before we arrived. Dog walking can be a challenge in Ocean City, but there's a good two-block strip between 57th and 59th along the parking area at the beach, on Central Ave, where dogs are permitted to do their business. There's another small patch of grass at 57th and West, abutting the marsh, a half-block away. There are a few businesses conveniently on 55th Street, and at 59th is the access to Corson's Inlet State Park, great for long quiet walks along the surf.

Very nice long memorial day stay for our family in a very good location a few blocks from the beach in south OCNJ which we enjoyed. Short walk to a nice playground for our grandson a couple blocks away and a awesome night on the boardwalk just a short drive away. Highly recommend

This place is such a perfect little gem in the quiet south end of Ocean City. It was a very comfortable stay, brighter and bigger than the pictures indicated. I was traveling with two dogs, and the house is very well situated for them. Especially the gate on the front porch!

Our stay was a wonderful getaway for New Years on the south side of the island. The rental was very clean and well appointed. Plenty of space to spread out with a spacious main bathroom. Washer and dryer really came in handy as well. Front porch is spacious and the back patio provides dedicated parking or extra room for beach gear. Loved that the host allowed access to the shed/outdoor shower for some additional beach goodies. Kitchen was just right with everything you need to cook an easy dinner in without being overwhelming or having unnecessary accumulation of kitchen accessories. Host Evie was responsive and informative, making check in and house specifics very easy to understand Had a lovely stay, would love to come back for the summer!

My mom, children, pups and I were so pleased with the condition of this condo. It was clean, well maintained and the water bowl was filled for when Luna and Loki entered after our 3 hour drive. We felt welcomed and relaxed from the moment we walked through the door. Any questions we had were answered immediately. Wish the weather was a bit more cooperative (rain) as to have enjoyed the close proximity to the beach. Would recommend this to anyone who wants a get away, but have fur babies to consider. Thank you again for a great weekend!

My husband and I and our two young children had a great off-season weekend getaway at this property. The house is a short walk to the beach in the quiet part of OC. We enjoyed waking early to view a morning sunrise and play in the sand. The house was reasonably clean and tidy and perfect amount of space for our family of 4. The property manager was highly responsive when we had a couple questions. We would definitely consider staying here again for another stay.

Dirty dishes in dishwasher where wheels fell off when moving the lower rack…no dishwasher soap! No salt and pepper shakers even? Carpet stained and dirty in the bedrooms. Etc…. Very disappointing.

The location is amazing! A super short walk to a beautiful beach, a great seafood restaurant, and an ice cream shop. It was very kid and pet friendly. Everything was very clean and the access to a washer and dryer was a game changer and saved us from packing a ton. We loved our stay and would definitely rent here again. Thank you to our hosts!

Nice house, clean enough could have been better. We had ants in the kitchen had to go buy some ant hotels. Bathroom curtain had mold on liner, needed a new one. Thought they should tile the rest of the house because the rugs looked aged in the bedrooms. Enjoyed our stay and liked the Vrbo process of finding a place. Would use again.

Stayed here for a relaxing week at the shore. Beautiful space that fit four adults and a beagle comfortably. Just steps away from the beach and all the shops on 55th street. Loved the porch for reading on our one rainy day. Can’t recommend enough!

The house slept 6 adults and 2 small dogs comfortably. Easy walk to the beach and great front porch to sit out. Quiet neighborhood and walkable to ice cream shop. Boardwalk is a quick 10 minute drive and we always found parking at boardwalk. House has washer and dryer which is convenient.

We really enjoyed our stay and the quiet of the off season down the shore. Super close to the beach and a perfect home for our family. Definitely recommend a trip to Mikes Seafood just down the street. Coffee on the porch in the morning was lovely. Thanks again!
