We’ve stayed here before and we’re super happy, but they’ve let it go. Dirty carpets in the room, smeared hand prints on the entry door, carpet frayed so bad the tacks hurt you if you step on them. The balcony area had fresh mustard tracked all through the area. I alerted the hotel and it was still there 4 days later including on the carpeted area. The best features about the hotel are the pool & the upper outside decks. The rooftop deck with fire pit was great on a chilly night. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. Housekeep did a wonderful job. It just needs some TLC.

Property was good, bathroom was also good but no coffee in the room or in the reception area for the price they charge. When we asked the manager, he said people steal so we don’t keep it. That’s not the way you treat customers. If then they should return the $400 I paid for a night and charge only half.
We will not stay here again.

Great location close to the beach. Very accommodating staff, clean rooms, nice pool, parking family friendly location, close to boardwalk rides, attractions, and dining options

The Forum is an updated, family friendly motel in OCNJ. The front desk was friendly, and I appreciated the easy check in. The bathroom is modern and spacious. Parking is fine, and easy walk to the beach. I love that they have an outdoor shower to rinse off sand. I would stay here again!

I was pleasantly surprised with this property. Typically shore hotels/motels are outdated and worn but not this property. It has obviously been remodeled very recently. The room looked like it was brand new, it actually smelled of bleach when we walked in so I knew it was clean. The beds were very comfortable with good linens. There are no extras really, lobby is just for checking in- staff was very friendly, location was GREAT! Close to everything. It was very convenient to walk back and forth to the boardwalk. I would definitely return. What this place may lack in amenities it makes up for in cleanliness. It gets the job done.

The property, including the room, was clean and the staff was friendly, helpful and responsive. The property is starting to show its age a bit so some renovations are probably necessary. The biggest issue we had was the noise coming from Atlantic Ave. We stayed in a room that overlooked Atlantic Ave and while the noise from the street is not something the hotel can control, a bit more soundproofing might be helpful. It was especially loud at 6:45am with the multiple garbage/recycling trucks and nj transit buses.

Perfect for my quick trip. Walking distance to the beach, easy check in and check out. Clean modern room

Very hospitable staff and easy check and check out process. Parking is easy and if have to park in a stacked spot, the staff can move your car for you if needed. Beach passes were provided during the stay and a free gift bag was given during check in. The rooms are very nice, clean and updated. Tv has satellite and options for hdmi ports for video game consoles. Very nice pool access during the day. The only downside would be noise levels despite a noise curfew in place. If you are a light sleeper, be aware the doors to the rooms are heavy and every time someone enters or exits their rooms, you will heard the doors slamming shut. Also, you can hear the transit buses since there is a stop right outside the hotel across the street. If you like to sleep in darkness, I recommend an eye mask since the curtains are not completely light blocking. Otherwise the stay was very pleasant, safe and very close walking distance to the boardwalk and beach.

Clean room. Great location. Got here late and leaving early. Just one night passing through so can’t give much more info. We didn’t use many amenities

This hotel is in a great location. It’s clean and comfortable. On site parking. I felt price was a little high. Not on the beach and some small repairs but beach is close and walkable, no major issues! I will stay again.

Stayed here once before in a family suite and had a wonderful experience. This time not so much, room was dirty , chips on the pull out sofa bed , says it slept 5 but only slept 4.

For our first time staying over in Ocean City it was fantastic.
Everything from the start of the booking and going in to get the keys to our room went great. Questions were answered quick and straight to the point. Liked the staff as well. Rooms were clean and everything was organized.

The property was great and everyone that worked there was very accommodating for anything that we needed.
But the listing is for a room that sleeps 5 and in the picture the room has a day bed that looked like it would work great. After checking i we had 2 queen beds. I asked if the room we booked was available they stated that the room that is listed on Expedia can not be guaranteed by them. They brought in a cot which worked but i was disappointed in Expedia for advertising a room that was not available.

The room categories in their site vs Expedia do not match. The hotel checked me into a room that didn’t match the description of the one I paid for. We didn’t have washer dryer as falsely advertised. I called
The front desk. They were going to speak with manager. It’s now 2 full days later I still haven’t heard from anyone with a resolution or refund for not honoring the room originally booked. We traveled with family. One of the other rooms had a dirty toilet and when we expressed that to front desk, they said we should’ve filed a complaint via documentation received at check in.
In addition yesterday someone at front desk stated room service started at

The suite was advertised for 4 people. The sofa bed was tiny and didn’t fit 2 kids. It also wasn’t well padded. Worse than a futon. The staff were unhelpful and kids had uncomfortable sleep. They told me I should have brought an air mattress. I actually called before our stay and they told me it was sofa for 2 adults. There is a lot of street noise and street lights until very late. They didn’t clean the room during our stay. I would not stay here again. They should have given us a discount, different room, roll away bed or spare mattress. Their disregard for our comfort was ridiculous.

Newly renovated rooms and the property is still being completed for the summer season. Our room was fabulous. Huge TV, Big Comfy Bed with nice lines and duvets. Lots of pillows. Modern, comfortable decor and nice soaps, lotions, and hair products. Will definitely return!

Rooms are big and new. Floor of room was dirty. Very good location.

Did a great job remodeling. Aesthetic is beautiful and cozy. Pool was great. Front desk staff amazing. Room could be a little cleaner. Stains on the wall like someone threw something and it was half cleaned, comforter had some staining. Would definitely stay again though, maybe cleaning staff had a off day.

I have some pros and cons with the hotel. The FORUM was by far one of the cleanest inns I've ever stayed so far in the ocean city area and I've stayed in a lot of inns. Best thing was that their bedrooms have many pillows which is great for our backs and I didn't even need to request for some. One thing I did not like which was a little disappointing was the check in time. Check in was at 4PM which is much later than other hotels/inns. I was told that I would get a text once the room was available but I did not get any and just checked in at 4PM anyway. Another downside also on my end was that they weren't so friendly with extending parking. Checkout was at 11PM and I had requested if we can still park in their lot since we wanted to stay in the beach for at least till 12:30 or 1PM and didn't want to pay extra for parking. The guy in charge did not allow this and his reasoning was that they had checks in already. But mind you, check ins do not even start till 4PM and early check ins (without checking in the rooms) do not start till 12:30, which is about the same time we were going to leave anyway. So I had to move our car across the building and pay extra $15 to stay for only another hour and pay extra for the beach tags which I was going to return the hotel beach tags anyway once we actually leave. The inn across it and a block away from it will allow you to park for at least till 1pm without having to move your car.
