Recently remodeled cottage in Geneva-On-The-Lake! This cottage renovation was intended for guests to feel like this is their home away from home.
This two bedroom home has air-conditioning available in the summer months. One bedroom has a Queen size bed, and the other bedroom has two twin beds. The living area has a sofa sleeper that can comfortably accommodate two more guests. Washer and dryer available, and a fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, dishes and utensils.

We had a great stay! Great space, very clean, very well stocked, and nice little touches around the place. Anthony was a wonderful host and quickly responded to all my questions and kept us well informed about check in and check out. Close walk to the strip and nice and peaceful around the house. We will definitely book again. We highly recommend staying here!!

This was our 2nd stay at the Little Oasis. It was the perfect location for our return home to Ashtabula for our annual family reunion. The cottage was very cozy and clean. And the communication between the Property Manager was very professional and prompt.

Super convenient location to visit area wineries and finish our day on the strip! House was super clean and enjoying the fire pit was a bonus. Easy check in/out process. Will definately book again.

Clean and well stocked with everything you need. Only complaint was the comfort level of the twin beds. Very hard and difficult to get comfortable on. We did enjoy the property though and would recommend to others.

this is a great cottage in a neighborhood where my granddaughter and i feel very safe. it is also close to the strip. bonus is that the cottage has a washer and dryer, not need to take Geneva sand home!!!

This cabin fit 5 adults comfortably for a night when we were set to go on a walleye fishing trip the next early morning. It was perfectly located so we could walk around the tourist strip of Geneva on the Lake the afternoon before. Very clean, affordable and the communication from the property owner made everything a breeze. Highly recommend.

This cottage was one of our favorites, we travel with our dog. It was clean and had lots of amenities. Close to the strip and other local attractions. It rained a lot while we were there , plenty of space to sit and hangout. Nice to have a washer/dryer available. Also a small enclosed front porch where you could sit while it was raining.

We had our annual girls trip to Geneva on the lake (3 year). This is our 2nd time staying in the same place. So close to everything and so cute and cozy. Can't wait till next year.

My husband and I came with my mom for a family trip. This property is super convenient to everything and walkable to most of the strip. It’s also far enough away from the nightlife that it’s quiet. It’s clean and cozy and has all the amenities of a home. We will definitely be back in the future!

Nice off season visit for one night stay. Needed a dog friendly place to spend the night. This cottage fit the bill. Very pleased with the cottage. Pricey for one night stay, but worth it for us. Thank you to the host.

My husband and I stayed here for NYE and the listing was just as described. We were plenty warm, everything was clean and inviting and our check in/check out was effortless. We were very satisfied with our stay and how comfortable we were - the furniture, house and amenities were perfect for our night away from home. Would definitely recommend to other couples staying in the area!

What a wonderful little cottage! Even in the off season (December), we loved our stay and the town. The property was very clean and welcoming. It's fully stocked with everything you could need. We enjoyed watching movies in the cozy living room every evening. We especially loved that we could bring our dogs. We look forward to hopefully returning in the summer. Thank you for a great stay!

This is a very nice, clean cottage in a very quiet area. Within walking distance to town/lake, well stocked kitchen, comfotable. A resonable get-a-way for a sisters weekend.

Such a great little house. Easy to access. Close to shops & restuarants. No lake view that we could see because so many trees. But it was just a minute drive to the park to enjoy a view of the water.

This is an amazing little cottage. It had everything we needed. It was so cozy and clean I truly didn't want my stay to end. I will definitely be renting this cottage again in the future. The property manager always replied back to me quickly.
