This newly remodeled 2 bedroom cottage with a sleeper sofa, sleeps 6.
This adorable cottage is beautifully decorated, comfortable and relaxing, modern coastal decor.
it is within walking distance to the strip and close to Spire.
Free WI-FI
Full kitchen with everything you need including fully stocked coffee bar.
Livingroom has comfy seating and a sleeper sofa. 60" television with Hulu, Netflix , ESPN+ and Disney +.
Bedrooms have full length mirrors, televisions with Hulu, Netflix, espn+ and disney plus .. all linens provided. Most rentals do not change the quilts or comforters after every stay.. we do!! everything is fresh and clean!!
Bathroom- Starter toiletries, blow dryer, makeup mirror, shower, toilet paper and linens.
Secluded private lot with covered patio includes television, conversation seating. Dining, propane grill, fire pit, cornhole boards and bags for full family fun outside and inside with many games provided.
Off street parking available can accommodate five vehicles.

This VRBO was everything we could have asked for, for such a reasonable price. Linny was an amazing host and very understanding. Anything we might have needed she had there for us and it was overall such a great place to stay. Would definitely stay at any of their properties again!

This was our second time booking Linnys cozy cottage. It is beautifully decorated. We appreciated all of her extra supplies, coffee, snacks, games, extra towels etc…We would definitely book again. We wish she had a bigger rental for bigger family gatherings.

We really enjoyed our stay in this adorable cottage. It’s was decorated so nice and had every amenity you’d need you don’t need to bring anything extras as it’s already in the cottage. Very clean when you walk thru the door,would recommended Linnys very much.

The property is amazingly well appointed with everything you could need for a stay in GOTL! It is clean. Has everything you could need in the kitchen and bath. Beautifully furnished and decorated. The porch was so pleasant that we ate dinner out there our first night and didn’t even go to the strip. Loved our stay!

The cottage was just as advertised, better actually! The renovation and design were very well done. The covered patio was exceptional as well. We would highly recommend this cozy cottage!! We will be back!

Perfect place for a girls trip! The cottage was so clean and well stocked with everything needed for the weekend. It was about a 15 minute walk to the main strip of GOTL and through a very safe neighborhood. Would absolutely stay here again!!

This was our first stay at Geneva and i am so happy with our stay.linnies cottage was fantastic. She thought of every detail we hated to leave. Clean, reasonable,close to strip and very comfortable. I highly recommend this place and we will be back next year .10/10

Our family of 4 thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We cannot express enough how relaxing our little get away was for our family. Linny's cottage had everything we needed plus more to make our stay simply magical. Our favorite feature was the patio. We watched a movie outside every night together. The ambient lighing made everything feel magical. Highly recommend. We are already planning our next stay.

We enjoyed spending a couple of days at this rental near Geneva on the Lake. The house was immaculate and clean, with attention to little details. It was a short walk to the strip for dinner. A beautiful getaway place!

Great property, away from “most” noise of the lake shore drivers and pedestrians. Close proximity to all “Geneva-on-the-Lake” has to offer. Very comfortable/clean accommodations, along with a well maintained grill, fire pit, and covered porch/deck on the back of the cottage.

This house was perfect for us. It is very clean, well stocked and in a great location. It is close to the strip but far enough away to not hear anything. The outdoor space is really a bonus feature! Love the fire pit 😍

Small, quiet, perfect for me and my kiddo to relax and unwind for a mental break. The host provided snacks and some bottles of water in the fridge which was perfect for a quick fix until we could get to the store to get more food and drinks. Everything you need to cook was available also which was awesome! Especially this time of year when the strip is closed. Overall beautiful home and space. Exactly as described in listing. Hope to go back again for a little R&R this summer season! Thank you so much Linny for providing a relaxing space to just unwind!

Great Stay at the sweetest cottage at the Lake. I enjoyed the fireplace as it was freezing for this Florida girl. The kitchen was well stocked to cook if you needed to. Everything was as pictured in the ad. We hope to return one day in warmer weather so we can enjoy the outdoors.

Booked a quick trip for a volleyball tournament and was pleasantly surprised. Great location and cottage within short travel distance to everything we needed. Really enjoyed it and would highly recommend!

This was a perfect little spot for me and my daughters and granddaughter to just get away and spend time together. Enjoyed Old Firehouse Winery which was so close and enjoyed the views of the lake. Would love to come back in the summer to enjoy all that GOTL has to offer. The cottage was all that we hoped for and more. It exceeded our expectations.

The cottage was exactly as described-clean, cozy and comfortable. The gas fireplace creates lots of warmth and ambiance. The hosts provided lots of blankets, games, towels and even coffee necessities for the morning wake up as well. I would stay here again and I highly recommend this cottage.

My friends and I came up to visit the wineries. The cottage was exactly as listed. It was super cute and warm, the fireplace was a plus for the cold weekend. The bed/pillows were so comfy!

This little cottage is beautifully decorated and perfectly appointed for a comfortable stay. The hosts have thought of everything a guest would want. We did not use the kitchen for cooking, but it was well stocked if a person planned to prepare meals. We loved the stocked coffee bar complete with K cups and creamers! The hosts even left some bottled water and a few snacks for us- so thoughtful. We visited in January when many things are closed- and then it rained much of the time- but the cottage was so cozy we didn’t mind. We loved the fireplace, extra throw blankets, super soft bedding, the provided streaming services, and the games. When we did go out, we had excellent meals at Rennick Meat Market and Briquettes, both a short drive away in Ashtabula. We also drove to see some of the nearby covered bridges, visited the Lodge at GOTL, ate a nice meal at Horizons in the lodge, and walked the paved trail along Lake Erie. We hope to return in warmer weather and enjoy more that the area has to offer. We would also love to use the back patio with TV and fire pit. We liked that the yard is surrounded by a privacy fence. We would recommend this cottage to anyone- you will not be disappointed!!

The cottage was beyond what we expected. It had everything we would ever need for the stay. Even thou the strip was mostly closed cause of the season, it was still nice to walk the strip and see the store that were open, and visit all the closed bridges. Mary’s dinner was good for the dinner. I would highly recommend this cottage and will be back to stay next trip.
