This little cottage at the back of Marilee's property is a gem. Close to things we wanted in Everett, but quiet and tucked away "in the country"... what a delight.

Beautiful, clean, very comfortable and well appointed little cottage with some outdoor amenities as well. Ideal for visiting the Lake Stevens area. One can walk to a little park on the lake, and there is a coffee stand across the street from the entrance to the park.

Wonderful property
I loved my stay at this property. The host truly created a beautiful one bedroom accommodation. It was super clean, the bed was comfortable, and I loved the coziness and newness of the furnishings.
The outdoor patio and lovely yard and garden is amazing. Definitely worth spending time outside watching the birds at the feeders.
The host was responsive. When I arrived, she was on hand to welcome me and show me where everything was. I was happy to have been able to meet the person who created such a warm and charming oasis.
I would choose to stay here again if I return to the area.

Cozy and beautiful space both indoors and out.
This was my second stay at this Lake Stevens rental. The first time it was a charming studio apartment with a kitchen/eating area. Since that stay, the owner has updated an attached space to revise the rental into a 1 bedroom apartment. The bedroom space is very nicely decorated, making the rental even more comfortable and cozy.
There is a covered outdoor eating area and a beautiful yard that is available for for the renter's use. My first stay was in the winter but this stay was in the early spring. Flowers were beginning to bloom, making it clear that the outdoor space would be very enjoyable as the later spring and summer moved in.

The bungalow was super clean, well equipped and just amazingly charming. The covered car port patio was a supper place to relax and do outdoor cooking and was very festive at night with the Edison lights. There was an wonderful garden out back that was tranquil.
