We were a group of adults, all over 65. The house does have stairs to reach bedrooms, if that's an issue for you. The view of Lake Stevens is wonderful. We enjoyed our lazy days looking at the lake and cooking yummy meals. The kitchen is well stocked, the house clean, and communication with management easy.

Beautiful home with magnificent view of the lake!!!!

Property: Nice large property with excellent scenery.
Housekeeping: Not satisfactory. Coffee left in the pot from the previous guests. Hair and mold found in the bathroom.
Comfort: Down stair rooms are not properly aired. Unfortunately we hit the heat wave during our stay. The place does not have central Air. The few air conditions and fans in the property are inadequate to cool the place. For 5 nights, those stayed on the top floor would not be able to sleep until after 2 am.
over all, this is a nice property. Including tax and service fee, it costs me over $1000 each day to stay here. For that, I was disappointed. Will not consider this place again in the summer.

We had a wonderful family vacation! Three generations, 10 people. Plenty of room to spread out, kids enjoyed the playroom and outdoors. Kitchen is well equipped, beds are comfortable. And the view is fantastic.
It's a great location with plenty to do within 20 minutes several directions. Two in our group took a hike to a waterfall just 45 minutes away, and two went to a Mariners game. We would love to come back!

What a wonderful location, beautiful view! The floor plan was great for spreading out, play area for kids and living room with views and plenty of seating for adults. The outside living areas would be great in the right weather. The kitchen was well equipped, beds comfortable, we are ready to go back!

We had a wonderful stay at this house! The view was tremendous and house was spacious and great for 8 people. The downstairs was incredible for the two 4 year olds, full of toys and books and two extra large closets that were prime for playtime. The whole house was great for the two 1 year olds with us -- safe and easy to keep an eye on them at all times. The park just 2 minutes away was a bit hit.
Kitchen was well outfitted and made cooking for a large group super easy. We wish we would have stayed in the summer to enjoy the many outdoor spaces!

Our family trip to Washington was absolutely amazing. Staying in this exceptional Lake Stevens home made our experience even more enjoyable and special. First off, the home itself is immaculate. We were blown away with the space, features and cleanliness. The fire pit was a hit and so was the giant bean bag downstairs for a movie night after a long day. This spot was a fantastic home base for fitting an itinerary of travel plans while visiting the PNW with having limited time. From Thursday - Sunday, we were able to cover Mount Rainier, North Cascades, Snoqualmie Waterfalls and Seattle, and still have time to embrace the beauty of the home, cook breakfast and dinner in the beautiful, spacious, efficient kitchen, and simply relax. I highly recommend booking this Lake Stevens home! The hosts were incredible and so kind - Jesse sent us a manual including local recommendations and easy check in and check out instructions. The warm welcome is very appreciated! If I could return to this rental on a regularly basis, I would in a heartbeat! I'm so excited for the future visitors of this home!

The home and view was beautiful. We enjoyed staying at the house while we prepared to attend a wedding. Relaxing mornings overlooking the lake with the fireplace going. The trampoline was a hit with everyone and the kids loved the wall paintings, books and puzzles. Plenty of room for our family and extra family members to stay and get ready for a formal event. Thank you so much for letting us use your home!
