We enjoyed our stay here immensely! Everything was perfect from the spacious modern layout of the home to the comfortable beds and all the amenities. We will definitely stay here again when going to Tyler to visit our best friends and attend Canton Trade Days.

We rented this home for our annual cousin getaway as well as to visit family. The house is beautiful and has a very spacious layout for large families. Great kitchen space and room for the family to gather to eat and play board games. Gustavo was a great host and even called me a head of time to inform me that the internet was down due to a recent storm and was trying his best to rectify the issue. Although we did not have internet for our stay, Gustavo did everything he could to ensure that we had a great stay even allowing us to check-in early. The location is great with plenty of restaurants and stores close by as well as close access to UT Tyler. We will definitely book here again in the future.

We were in the Tyler area for a wedding and decided to stay here instead of a hotel. The convenience to everything we needed, dining, groceries, etc. was perfect...everything we need was w/in 10 minutes of the property. The house was clean and the owner was quick to respond before, during and after our stay!

The property was exactly as listed on the site, very clean and in an excellent location just off the Loop close to restaurants, shopping and entertainment. The only negative was that check in wasn't allowed until 3pm due to scheduling conflicts with the cleaners. We arrived early and had to occupy ourselves until the property became available, so hopefully in the future they're able to offer more flexible check-in times.

It was a great space to house a group of our wedding party. The host was informative, available, and oh so fair! He provided a space for our ring bearer and flower girl and their parents and siblings to stay. Oh what a treat!

We stayed 6 nights. The moment we opened the door, we were impressed with the immaculate appearance. The property was well stocked with all the everyday necessities. The 2nd day of our stay, the coffee maker broke. The host immediately addressed our concern by personally delivering a new one. The neighborhood is quiet - great for a good nights sleep! We definitely would stay here again and give it the highest rating.

Great location for Canton shoppers!

The house was beautiful and in a nice neighborhood. It was located between the two major roads in Tyler and was close to the restaurants and shopping. Only about 45 mins from Canton. He let us use the garage which made us feel much safer since we were all women. Having four bedrooms made it so much more comfortable for us. He was most accommodating and even provided a Canton shopping cart that saved the day - was totally unexpected. No more John Wayne toilet paper. I would highly recommend this house if you are in the area.

The house was great! Nice, new neighborhood. Lots of construction sounds first thing early in the morning due to the fact that they are still building homes in the area. Mattresses were very hard, memory foam, felt like sleeping on the floor, pillows were flat and uncomfortable, definitely would bring your own. Also your own toilet tissue! It was so thin you could see through the tissue, John Wayne toilet paper, rough, tough and doesn’t take crap off anyone. The 4th bedroom was set up as an office with a desk and chair, no bed! Someone didn’t have a bed and had to sleep 2nights on the hard couch! Although no one sleep well in comfort at all we did enjoy our trip. It was a very nice house.
