Great location to walk to everything within the city. Only lacking microwave, but oven worked well as alternative. ALDI grocery store 0.5 miles away. Shower with latest updated features. having a washer/dryer was extra bonus!

The combined kitchen/dining area and the single king bedroom worked perfect for our stay. We walked with our luggage from the close by East Canterbury rail station. Walking into/around town to see the cathedral, roman ruins and abbey was easy. Dom was an outstanding host, answered all our questions and gave us some great resturant recommendations. We enjoyed meals at Posillipo Italian, Cafe Des Ami and the Good Shed. It was easy to do laundry and the kitchen was supplied with what we needed. There was a light sensor for the door when we got back late so we could see to enter. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again if we return.

Really enjoyed this Canterbury spot. Walkable to the city center, with nice restaurants and convenience store close by. Off street parking was also a plus. Flat was nicely appointed and comfortable. Dom was very responsive and gave us good suggestions.

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights while visiting our daughter who was attending university in Canterbury. Everything was great. Fully equipped with everything we could think of, easy to use (nothing weird that we had to figure out ;-), and the bedroom was charmingly decorated. The location is a bit out of the city centre, so we got our steps in, but part of the walk into the centre was along a historical wall, so that was fun. The host, Dom, was quick to assist with my questions.

Very big place, great location, able to walk everywhere! There wasn’t a tv for at night in the room but that was okay. WiFi works great. And I hated to leave!

I appreciated the closeness of this property to the city centre, making it very convenient. The parking was invaluable as the area was very busy. We walked a lot though. The property was clean and tidy with excellent equipment levels. We didn’t realise however that there was no TV or radio, although the internet was excellent.

Just perfect!
Was very clean and well-stocked. Check-in process was clear and easy. Online listing was accurate to the property. Manager was very responsive and gave great information. Location was excellent – quiet part of town, but roughly a15-minute walk from all the major attractions, downtown areas, and the bus / train stations. Five stars across the board. Will definitely look into staying here again when I return to Canterbury!

We stayed for three nights with our dog. The place was clean and had all the amenities ones need. Bright enough in the day, quiet enough in the night. It is just 5min away from the centre and a big Lidl shop, which made it really convenient. The host made sure all the information for our stay was provided in advance.

Excellent for exploring Canterbury
We stayed here for 3 nights while walking the last part of the North Downs Way, so the apartment provided a good central base. In the evenings we were able to walk into the city centre where there was a good choice of restaurants. The apartment was immaculately clean and well provisioned. Thank you for a very enjoyable stay!

A short walk to the city centre
Dom's place was an ideal place a short walk from the city centre. I was very lucky to be his first guest as soon as the Covid restrictions relaxed and it allowed me to meet up with my family (outside) and see my new nephew who I hadn't yet met. The apartment is spacious - the bedroom and double bed a good size and the kitchen dining area was ample for one (and would be find for 2). The Shower room/toilet was modern and clean and you couldn't have expected any more. You can be in the city centre in 10 minutes so all in all a great stay. Although I didn't meet Dom, he communicated via what's app very effectively and check in and check out was smooth.
Thanks
