The flat itself is okay, with plenty of space and comfortable beds (though the bathroom really needs a rehab). It is very centrally located, and that is the issue. As others have noted, the noise can be an issue. We were there on a weekend, and Saturday night the music from outside went on until 4 am and it was impossible to sleep. Sunday night it was raining, with no parties, and we slept fine. If you have children, or are a light sleeper, keep this in mind.

This apartment is perfectly situated in the pedestrian area of the city. Walking distance to tons of shopping, restaurants and attractions. At night, the street noise was a bit loud on Friday and Saturday night, but it wasn’t too bad and we were tired enough that it did not keep us awake. It was quieter on Sunday and Monday night. The apartment is spacious and the beds were comfortable. I would stay here again.

This is a very nice apartment in an incredibly great location in the center of Copenhagen. We could not have asked for a more central location. The kitchen was clean and well-stocked, and the bedrooms were fine, though the dresser in the queen bedroom was completely broken and unusable. The living room was a nice size. Windows throughout the apartment were huge and when open allowed lots of fresh air. But the street below is busy, so noise comes along. It was nice to have a washer/dryer (a must for us on a long trip) but directions on how to use this unique unit would have been very helpful.
The bathroom of this place though... This was probably the most disgusting bathroom of any place we have ever renter. Mold throughout the shower and all over the shower curtain. The shower head was broken and more water came out of the edges than the head itself. It was so bad we took pictures to prove it. The owners really need to put a few hundred dollars into the shower and this place would be 5 stars.

A great apartment in a very central location -- convenient walking distance to everything. Although it was on a busy pedestrian street, we didn't have any issues with noise. Very clean and spacious with high ceilings and tons of light. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well-equipped. A good value for the money, compared to hotels in the area.

Great Central Spot
The property manager was easy to communicate with and helpful to accommodate our early check in / bag drop off. It does sleep 6, but makes it tight. The guests in the back bedroom had quiet but it was very loud outside in the morning for the guests on the couch. After a night out, that noise was rough. The shower is in need of cleaning. It was easy to walk around to everything we wanted to do and about a 5 minute walk to the metro to the airport. It does have a 2-in-1 washer dryer that was a little difficult to figure out at first but we left with clean clothes. Thanks for hosting!

Super Lage mitten in der Stadt
Super Lage, wo an manchen Tagen sogar die Nationalgarde vorbeigeht . Wohnung selbst ok, gut für 4 Personen. Kaffeemaschine wäre gut, sonst alles da.

Top location but next time I will book another location.
Pros · The location is really great! We have seen and done a lot with the Copenhagen Card. And the apartment is so centrally located that all areas of Copenhagen were easily accessible on foot or by metro. A tip if you want to have lunch or dinner... book in advance. Especially if you want to eat smörrebröd / open sandwich. Communication with the host and ApartmentInCopenhagen.com went very smooth, the host upon arrival was very friendly and showed us around.
Negatives · What was very disappointing was the noise from the street. A lot of noise both during the day and well into the night. Opening a window was impossible. And those in the bedroom facing the street have slept super badly as a result. Didn't read this in any of the reviews before and is worth mentioning. If I had read this I would not have booked. The shower also needs a very thorough cleaning. A part is missing between the wifi box and the TV, so no TV channels could be found.

We were welcomed, on time, by the friendly and helpful representative from the office who unhesitatingly helped with our luggage up the winding and somewhat narrow and difficult stairs! The apartment building itself was easy to find, a short walk from the metro station which goes to and from the airport. Very convenient.
Situated on a pedestrian street, it is very close to the metro and train stations and around the corner from the Round Tower (well worth the climb up!). In a small building of 4 floors, there is one apartment on each of 3 above an optician's shop. We greatly appreciated the thoughtfulness of the two charming tenants on the third floor who warned us of their late and noisy party and who left a tin of delicious Danish sugar cookies at our door along with a note and ear plugs! We actually were not at all bothered by noise; good old-fashioned soundproofing of solid walls and floors.
We enjoyed the flower and fruit seller on the nearby square who opened for work earlier than much of "tourist" Copenhagen. No site of interest to visitors (or residents0 opens before 10.00 and all close at 17.00 making the tourist day too short when there is so much to see, visit and just wander IF - a big "if" - there aren't rain showers which we had every one of our 5 days.
The apartment is spacious with a very well equipped kitchen. It would have helped to have instructions for use of the dishwasher.
However, it is absurd to create a comfy corner to relax and put up one's feet on an l-shaped sofa bed where there is no (electric) lighting of any kind and no place to put a table, no matter how small. The kitchen faucet is hopelessly unstable which makes running the cold water annoyingly difficult; it needs attention. The bedside light in the smaller bedroom is much to dim for reading and needs to be replaced. The bathroom needs a bathmat or an extra towel to use on the floor to prevent slipping and falling.
We were just 2 people and had adequate room for clothes storage (drawers and hanging). Perhaps it could work for 3, possibly 4 people but it's unimaginable how 6 people would manage. There's barely room in the bathroom to hang towels for 2 people and no hooks in either bedroom. The beds are comfortable; the towel supply is minimal.
All that said, we really enjoyed our stay and appreciated the correspondence, instructions and information in advance of our arrival.

Clean, modern apartment very centrally located in the centre of Copenhagen's shopping area, within walking distance to all main tourist attractions, train and metro station.
Parking proved a problem and very costly if alternative parking can't be found, so better to rent a car for a day if wanting to explore the countryside.
The apartment is adequate for 6 people. Very light both day and night (darker blinds needed) Noise from the street can be bit of a nuisance on Friday-Sat nights, but earplugs - or joining the party goers could solve that problem.
Overall we had a very enjoyable stay in this apartment that can't be beaten on location, location, location!

The apartment is located very well . To all the attractions easily accessible . Sometimes noisy on the street , an area where many students . But we do not hurt much . The apartment has everything you need , but it's pretty simple , especially lacking a second toilet / shower .
In general, good impressions .

The location is exceptional. Parking is a problem - if you want it to be affordable. Access to the metro is fantastic - especially if arriving by plane.
The apartment was clean on arrival. Would have been good to provide hand soap in the bathroom.
Be aware though that this apartment is very very noisy with people walking right beneath you all night - most of whom appear to be tourists with no regard for those sleeping. Particularly bad on a Saturday night.

This is a wonderful apartment in an excellent location. In the heart of Copenhagen's walking street area, the apartment is a large, clean, well-provisioned space from which one can access restaurants, coffee shops, convenience stores, public markets, a historic tower, and public transportation immediately or with a short walk. After an invigorating day in Copenhagen one can simply sit at the tall windows and look down to watch the people go by below. We were six adults (family represented by 3 generations) and were very comfortable in this generous space that accommodated our need both to spread out together and have occasional privacy. Could not have wished for a better location or more comfortable space. Highly recommend.

An excellent location in the middle of Copenhagen, which actually makes some little things almost not worth mentioning. Due to the location it is quite noisy, so people who are really sensitive about noise should be aware of that.

The appartment is located in the centre of Kopenhagen. The metro is nearby and most sites are at walking distance. The apartment was well equipped, the only thing we missed was a normal coffeemachine. Two minor points were the noise from people passing in the evening and that the sleepingplaces at the front were not dark enough. An second key for six people would be nice.
