This a unique property just new for Virginia Beach Oceanfront located in the heart of the best location of the resort where you see the sunrise and sunset access roof deck. 5 minute walk to the board walk, 2 blocks from grocery and ABC store. 3 blocks from two entertainment stages. The triplex building has off street and on street parking. Walking distance to the best bar and restaurants.
New building especially designed for the parents, children and grandchildren to enjoy their week vacation at the beach and create those memories. Instead of hiding away in the isolation of a beach only enjoy it all. Short drive north or south for that isolated beach, but the safe lifeguarded beach is 5 minutes from your front door. Stay here get everything. Something for everyone. Third floor three bedrooms. Master with own bath, Jack and Jill two bedrooms one bathroom. Extra loft twin and queen sleeping fort in hall for children. Second floor is like a locked off apartment, everything two bedrooms with their own private full bathroom, kitchen ( all the same appliances like upstairs kitchen, but lacking a stove, another stackable washer/ dryer, real nice living area with queen sofa bed. ( Pictures of the second floor are copies of it's brother next door, will be very similar. Enjoy the gas fire glass fireplace. Island seating. Bring your coffee to the roof deck for the rise and your glass for the sunset. The building is a hurricane designed(windows, walls and floors) commercial building. Lighted common areas halls and garage, fire sprinklers, smoke and carbon detectors throughout. Insulation and soundproofing(the whole exterior of the building is foamed and bat insulation to the max, including interior walls. ( you will need to go to the roof deck or open your window to hear the waves of the beach. Enjoy the roof deck firepit and grill cookout without the pesky summer BUGS.

This place was very roomy for 3 families. Yes it has 4 set of stairs but in my opinion they are easy to navigate. The rooftop patio was was a bonus. We experience a few hiccups with the internet which is need if yo want to watch tv on your down time but the owner was on too of it when i notified him. I will be book this rental next summer if its available in a heart beat.

The location is absolutely amazing. The listing looks like a single but is a three unit town house which is confusing in the listing so there was a little confusion on parking when we arrived but Jon cleared it up quickly and myself and the other renters were able to navigate where to put the cars. The top floor bathroom has a reasonable amount of black mold growing so we kept it closed up. That was the only thing of concern. Traveling with family can be taxing and mine didn’t let me down on that. Jon and I had to work out a kink with my son deciding to toss sunflower seeds off the roof and he handled it well and professionally. My apologies again as he knows better and my brother in law encouraged it but I addressed it as soon as it was brought up.

We started out a bit apprehensive about the property as the listing was very confusing. The owner was very responsive to all our questions, which was a big help. We did find that having three floors vs. two was a bit much for some in our party but it worked out. It's a great location close to the beach and boardwalk, which is exactly what we wanted!

Property was beautiful and great location, walking distance to all you need and a short drive to the excursions and aquarium. There were alot of stairs in the home which was difficult for some of the older members of our group. The shower liner curtains could be replaced and better attention to detail on "unused" beds. I have to say we all loved the place and would definitely return. Jon the owner was a pleasure to work with and very attentive. Thank you

Gorgeous clean home, plenty space for everyone to come together and be comfortable. Rooftop was extremely nice and relaxing. Beds were comfortable and everyone discussed how well they slept. Wonderful home!!

This is a great house in the heart of Virginia Beach. This house was perfect for a family getaway. Has everything you need and has an amazing rooftop hangout. Location is within walking distance of the beach, grocery store, 711, and restaurants. Jon was a very accommodating host. Would highly recommend it.

This home is just a short walk from the beach and has a small view of the water from the rooftop deck. Great location for large groups with several beds/bathrooms and separation between the upstairs and downstairs living areas. Two kitchens are great for preparing large family meals. Parking is tight but the owner was gracious enough to provide all the passes we needed for our visit.

We had 5 families, ranging from no kids to 3 kiddos. You must be able to do stairs for this unit. We constantly walked up & down the stairs. The bottom bedrooms are a lock-out unit with 2 bedrooms & 2 bath. Next floor up- 3 bdrms & a bunk setup- we put kids out there. Top floor was the kitchen area with large TV & foosball table- our family enjoyed it (got loud) we are typically quieter. The roof was FABULOUS! Chairs, sofa, grill & firepit. Can see the ocean. 7-11 store right next door. PARKING- challenging- but doable. 2 cars park under the unit one in back one in front of it. 2 on the street (if available) and Jon provides a parking passes for a fifth car. So have a strategy if multiple cars. Jon- He works with you...gets right on any issue- lightning hit a pole, no internet. He had it fixed the next day- it was the whole neighborhood. Will stay again!

This is my 2nd time staying at the property and its definitely home away from home. Being more familiar of the area and being in a familiar property made it more comfortable. I love that the added rooms were included on the 2nd floor. It was great for grandparents who don't like to deal with stairs. I love that there were beach chairs, a cart and beach toys easily available to use. The only drawback that I could say is the parking space. It can be a bit confusing who parks where when you first get there… and if a car is not pulled all the way in or close to the first car, it makes getting in and out very challenging. However, there were other options to park which was very convenient. My family and I plan to make it an annual place to vacation. Jon was very easy to get a hold of and was very helpful.

We loved this home and location! Very spacious with beach toys and big wheel buggy and chairs provided to take to the beach! Gorgeous rooftop view with firepit and grill. Owner extremely responsive and helpful. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The property was spacious and had plenty of space for our larger group. A bit limited on some of the bathroom amenities, though just a minor thing. The big living area and wonderful rooftop were well enjoyed.

It was great staying at a property with a rooftop view of the ocean, just 2 blocks from the beach. The property was recently redone and is modern, plus Jon was responsive. We were missing some basic kitchen items, and Jon helped fix the situation after we mentioned it. Keep in mind that sheets and towels are extra to rent and there is no shampoo / conditioner or other shower items included. There are 3 bedrooms and a bunk bed set up with a floor mattress in the hallway. There is also a lot of light from nearby buildings so light sleepers should bring an eye cover. There are also 4 flights of stairs from parking up to the rooftop. Good price for the convenient location. Overall, would recommend!

The condo and location are very nice. Short and convenient walk to the beach and attractions. We only had to use our vehicle one time through the week as everything was in walking distance. We did have some issues in the beginning with noise. The condo is listed as kid-friendly, but we learned that 4 pre-teen boys cause more noise than the landlord would prefer. Jon lives in the condo directly below this one, and contacted us the first day to request that the boys stop running around and up and down stairs. I understood his request, but at the same time, also knew that the boys were excited to be on vacation and were having a good time. We did try our best from that time forward to limit running/noise. We did not have any issues after that initial discussion. I would recommend the kitchen be stocked a bit better. This is a newer condo unit, so I believe Jon will add more items into the kitchen for use as time goes on. All in all it was a lovely week. We enjoyed our time and I would recommend this condo, however maybe not for families with bigger boys. The two side condos in the unit, that are not above the landlord may be a better option for families with bigger kids.

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay. The host was very accommodating and helpful. It was very comfortable and felt like home away from home. I loved how everything was close by, within walking distance. The only drawback was that there were a lot of stairs. Not ideal for older parents/grandparents who don’t do well with stairs. But I think the other unit had an elevator. If there are any last minute availability we wouldn’t mind booking again in the summer. Plan to come back again next year !
