Located two blocks from the heart of Broadripple, this newly renovated home provides the uniqueness of comfort and adventure! Stay at the property and enjoy all of the exciting features that it offers, or head down to Broadripple and explore the amazing shops, bars and restaurants that make it the incredible place that it is!

Guests have access to the entire house! It is a duplex, so obviously you only have access to your side of the house, But you will have access to every room in there!

The neighborhood is wonderful! Great safe place to walk around and enjoy yourself and the scenery. Large grocery store and delicious restaurants a block away! Amazing atmosphere right down the street! There's a local park just north of the house as well with plenty of hiking trails!

There is a bus stop that picks you up directly across the street from the house. You can take it north or south for only $2 to go visit different parts of the city. Can take you all the way downtown in about 25 minutes (with stops).

- The pet fee shown ($70) is for up to two nights with one pet. It goes up $10/night for every day added, per pet.

My daughter and I came for the week so she could play in a softball tournament. These accommodations were much more enjoyable than being stuck with four walls and a TV in a hotel room. The beds were so comfortable. We got great sleep. Instead of expensive dinner out every night we were able to make our own meals in the kitchen. It was also great to be able to use the washer/dryer to get those softball uniforms clean for the next game. We were very busy the whole week so we didn't have a chance to enjoy the game room in the basement, although I did notice that the Foosball table was not level. If we ever get back to this area I would definitely look to stay here again. I would recommend this place to anyone who asks. Thanks for your hospitality!

House was overall pretty nice. They were still cleaning when we arrived (at 3 - check in time), so we needed to wait. Otherwise check-in was fine. Though there was a strong scent to the house. However, several windows were broken - including in the master bedroom with the broken edges on the inside. Very serious safety concern (good thing my children are old enough to stay away from the windows). Otherwise good place to stay. Bedroom tv didn't work; but rest of the house was great. They were responsive, mostly. The house is cute and well laid out. Great neighborhood. The gentlemen caring for the house we helpful, kind, and willing to get us what we needed.

This house was absolutely perfect for our needs. Four adults stayed the weekend and we could not have been happier. Luke's communication was amazing. If we need another rental in Indy, this will again be my top pick.

We were meeting family in the area and this house was great for our family to stay in. Luke was great with communication. House is very spacious and even had a fun basement to hang out in. Could use just a quick clean/vacuum in some areas that dont have a lot of traffic but overall the house was very comfortable to stay in. We will definitely keep this place in mind next time we are visitng Indy!

The house was perfect for our family of 4 for a quick 2 night visit. Close enough to downtown and attractions without being right in the middle of everything.

Everything was as advertised! Luke was very kind and quick to respond the two times that I messaged him about something. The bed in the master bedroom is SO comfortable! We were able to cook dinner and do everything we needed to do. Location is really great as well. The only thing I would say is it needs some oven mitts or pot holders, but not huge deal at all! Thanks for being a GREAT host and we will defiantly come stay again!

The place was very easy to find and the location was good. We had 3 children from 3-9 years old with us and they enjoyed the stay. It would be better if there was actual cable to turn on instead of just Netflix or Disney+. The Keurig being used tripped the power strip 3 times making coffee. I ended up having to move the toaster off of that strip to keep it from doing it. Overall, it was a good stay for what we were down in Indy for. I’d definitely stay again for the price and what this place offered.

We were only there for one night. We cooked a meal, the kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed our night in the basement watching TV. Enjoyed the nice coffee setup . We enjoyed a quiet night on a comfortable bed.

Functional house that worked well for a couple nights for my family at a good price for the space. The kitchen has very minimal counter space and preparing family meals involved some maneuvering. The king bed mattress was FANTASTIC, we slept great. Furniture is old/worn but works. Luke was prompt with responses, check-in/-out process was easy.

I have a concussion and I am Canadian I had to go to Florida because that state has always provided me with excellent health care. Paying out of pocket for treatment I am in debit but this VRBO was well worth the $ and in a great location. I would love to come back and stay without the service dog as it’s now time for us to part ways

Pros: price was great. Location was perfect. Parking was easy. Games in basement provided fun for our family. Plenty of space for a family of four. A very kind property owner. Cons: the property is in desperate need of a deep clean. Furniture is old and worn down. (Property owner did say they’d be replacing furniture.) Window in bedroom is cracked and blinds don’t work so we had to change in the bathroom. Shower was clogging. I thought I was getting a great price for the space but the cons did not outweigh the pros. A great deal but did not meet my families standards of cleanliness.

We enjoyed our stay at this location! It was in a great spot to enjoy all the things we wanted to do in Broad Ripple. Many restaurants were in walking distance, and the Monon Trail was just a couple blocks from where the house is located. The house was clean and comfortable with all the amenities you need when away from home!

All in all a fun stay! House is old and smells of decaying wood. Could use blackout curtains in bedrooms, as light filters through blinds in early morning. Location great, beds comfortable, well stocked house. Very attentive host!

Really enjoyed the space including washer and dryer, lots of sleeping space, the ping pong table! We were,however, shocked at the LONG to-do list before checkout. Including taking out the garbage, stripping the beds, leaving towels and sheets downstairs on the washer. It's hard to get away quickly in the morning with such a long list. And I feel like these things are included in the cleaning fee.

Great location, easy check in. We had our toddler with us and the house is actually really easy with young kids because there aren't knick knacks and breakables all over the place for them to get into. The house had all the essentials and was in a great neighborhood to walk around outside. Only negative is the shower head is short if your a taller person but it was still doable. We really enjoyed house!

I chose this property for the space option between 3 adults and 3 excited kids. The lower level rec room fit the bill. We all had a great weekend.

Eye specialist center very close so location was perfect and we had the comfort of a home instead of a hotel. Luke was even able to change stay over date when surgery had to be halted because patient caught covid. I was frantic but Luke made everything okay. He was understanding and very helpful. The house was fun and I sure wish we could have played ping pong maybe next time.

I had a great time in Indianapolis! I had never been before and staying at this house was super great. The location is awesome! You can walk down to the canal and there are tons of cool spots in Broad Ripple. The house is clean, spacious, and had everything I needed. There was even a tie out in the front yard for your dog. It definitely felt like a home away from home. I would recommend this spot to anyone looking for a fun time in Indy!
