Comfortable Stay for Tight Airport Connections

Airport representative and driver were very nice and accommodating. Staff were all very nice. Location is very close to the airport. Big, spacious rooms. Comfortable bed. We were upgraded from a deluxe suite to an executive suite. Nice shower.

We checked in at 10pm. There was 1 person checking in guests and 1 person assisting the other. There were 5 people checking in before me. It took a long time until it was my turn to check in. We ordered dinner at the restaurant. The food took almost an hour to arrive. We followed up multiple times but was told there were other meals being prepared before ours. We were the only ones at the restaurant. When the food finally arrived at our table, the soup was hot, but everything else was cold. We were thankful for the upgrade from a Deluxe Suite to an Executive Suite. The room was dated and in need of a renovation. The toilet required a few clicks for flushing.

Comodo per dormire vicino all’aeroporto

Posizione ottimale di fronte all’aeroporto di Cebu (voli domestici). Per andare al terminal delle partenze internazionali l’hotel mette a disposizione un comodissimo servizio di navetta. Sebbene lo stile dell’hotel abbia bisogno di una rinfrescata, per un soggiorno di una sola notte va bene.

It was great overall because we got rested before our very long flight back home. The staff was very friendly and courte

It was so close to the airport,very quiet and peaceful.Our room was very spacious and the king size bed was very comfortable.

The restaurant part was very hot when we had our lunch. The toilet didn’t work right, it wouldn’t flush properly.

It was a good stay. Staffs everywhere are friendly. This time I got a clean bed 🙏👍🎉❤️😃

Breakfast & location is perfect for transit passengers.

It’s a very old building that needs to be renovated. The floor tiles going to the pool area are loose & the walls are moldy.They just won in the location.

Overall, would not stay here again. The price is ridiculous for the quality of hotel.

The beds are really comfy and very close to the airport for overnight stay. The staff were polite in the hotel. Air conditioning was working.

Very outdated, hotel was like it had never had any work on it since opening. Shower was cold and pressure very weak. Very limited plug sockets that didn’t work properly and dangerous. We was told if we wanted a massage it was 24/7 and then after walking outside the hotel and round a long path to the massage place, was told they are fully booked and no availability…pretty disappointed.

Good place to stay overnight to catch your flight the next day.

Breakfast selection is good.

The front desk were unwelcoming during my checked in. The cashier at their restaurant was also rude. The rest of the staff were great.

Comfortable but the breakfast buffet was disappointing.

The rooms was clean.

Our stay was comfortable but the let down was the breakfast buffet. The food ran out and was not replenished quickly. 3 of our group of 8 had juice only and had to leave ahead. Not suitable for the price we paid for it. This was our second stay at the hotel unfortunately it has not been at the standard that we were used too.

So convenient for early flight, stone away from Mactan Airport,

The location is the primary reason, I stay here for a night. Literraly just in front of Terminal 1 of Mactan Airport. I like the classic feel interiors which spells sophistication. Staff are quite proactive and courteous. Food- I availed the buffet breakfast. Good selection especially Chorizo de Cebu

blah hotel but good if you have a flight next day

the best thing is the location, is right in front of the airport so if you need to take a flight the next day, this is the perfect hotel.

the hotel is old and smells really bad of mold and who knows what else, the facilities terrible, the gym is a joke and also the pool, in the restaurant the tables were oily, dirty and the food really bad.

Room is very old and outdated, for the price they charge for location. I would not want to stay here for more then 1 night. The breakfast was very good, people are nice here. Room and bathroom are old, need work.

Just to stay overnight is okay but more than one night I dont think so.

The location and the staff specially the restaurant staff, concierge, security, driver but receptionist not really.

The bathroom is mouldy. There is a little cockroach going around in the coffee making area. The carpet is really smelly. Room needs a make over as in seriously.
