Cheyenne has such a great, historic downtown. There are many restaurants, coffee shops, historic buildings, and a beautiful live-action theatre. It’s a very safe city with FREE parking!
Park in the parking lot just to the south with a hanging permit ($35 fee if lost). Free street parking is located all around the building (2 hour time limit M-F 8-5)
Uber & Lyft are also available in Cheyenne.
This is right in the center of downtown. There may be typical street noises. There is a key-fob needed to enter the building. It is inside a realtor-type lock-box on the door. I’ll send you the code for this box the afternoon before your arrival. The apartment has a keypad entry which will be the last 4 digits of your phone number listed with your Air BnB account. This is an old building with NO elevator. You’ll need to be prepared to head up 3 flights of stairs to the top floor.
Long term guests staying more than 2 weeks will need to arrange an additional refundable cleaning deposit or schedule regular cleanings during stay (for an additional cleaning fee)
Portable AC is available seasonally, typically between Memorial Day and Labor Day.
The following is a list of what you can expect to find in the unit.
Consider it a “starter kit” if you will…. Hopefully it will give you the time you need to procure any additional items you may need. If something on this list is not in the unit, please let us know and we will do our best to get it to you ASAP.

Close to parade route, trolley to frontier days & easy on & off interstate. Older building but well maintained. No outlet in bathroom was a bit of a hiccup. Air conditioner worked well. Coffee & snacks were a bonus. It normally took us 3 tries to open the lock. I would recommend.

I love old buildings! The place was clean and decorated nicely and BIG. By the listing I would have thought it would have been smaller.
We went to a show at the Lincoln. The Lincoln was a 2 minute walk!

Let me preface this by saying that I've lived and currently work in Detroit, so I'm not a stranger to areas that are rough around the edges. That said, the location seemed to be the hub for transients in the area, across the street a man was digging in the landscaping with his bare hands as if he was looking for treasure and the clientele coming in and out of the neighboring tattoo shop didn't exactly inspire us to leave our car with all of our camping gear parked there overnight. The bathroom ceiling desperately needs to be at least wiped down to remove stains and buildup.
We ended up finding accommodations elsewhere.

This place was a gem. Perfect for my staycation. The host was very clear in all in structions and very responsive. Upon arrival we wanted to start prepping for dinner. We have to figure out that the stove was unplugged before we could thouhg. That was the only thing that threw us off a bit. But it was an easy solve. A note to future visitors, be mindful of the age of the building, there are limited outlets and no three-pronged outlets at all. The wiring and electrical is very sensitive. Which we didn't mind and understood. Thank you so very much for a wonderful stay and the ease of getting around the city (even though I live here already).

Thank You :)

Loved this little place...

Clean. Very safe neighborhood. Handy to groceries, gas and close walking distance to good restaurants. Two and a half blocks from Visitors Center and tour trolley (which I highly recommend). A little noisy during the day as it is located on a main drag coming into town. If available I would give it a 4.5, but it's better than a 4.

Only complaint was there wasn’t enough outlets to plug in 2 phones by the bed. Nothing wanted to stay plugged in.

Wasn’t notified that code on lock was changed. Had to contact host and wait in order to get inside.

Cute place,comfortable bed, great location!

Very nice place to stay for 1-2 people. The building is old so it was a bit difficult to find a place to plug in a charger or blow dryer near a mirror. But, it’s in a great area and a very nicely kept place. Be mindful that it is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator.

I loved my last minute stay here and the host was awesome with communication.

Great location!
Right downtown and walkable to bars and restaurants. Great communication with owner. It is a very old building though and the portable AC unit was a bit loud, although we were glad we had one. The bathroom could use some minor updates and paint, but would not prevent me from staying there again.

Liked location but could hear construction at 5Am with all windows closed. Bath tub and shower newd upgrade.

This apartment is adorable and full of history. The bed and lounge set up feels luxurious. I got a good night's sleep. There was some construction on that side of the building, so it was a little loud for a bit. But that's just part of living in a city.
