Perfectly Located Spacious Scottsdale Vacation Rental Villa. In the heart of central Scottsdale AZ, in the Resort community along Camelback lake. From romantic retreats to relaxing family holidays to fun group golf mini-vacations, this beautiful Scottsdale vacation rental in McCormick Ranch has it all! We just recently updated the unit with new beds, bedding, dresser, nightstands along with adding curtains to the windows and new stainless steel appliances!
Your tastefully decorated Scottsdale "home away from home" is located just three miles from Old Town Scottsdale. It is beside the McCormick Ranch Golf Club and close to multi-use pathways, which are perfect for biking, jogging, and walking.
Take advantage of the close proximity to world-class golf, fine dining and shopping!
This well-coordinated privately owned and managed vacation rental is located in Scottsdale's only lakeside boutique resort villa community.
This spacious, inviting, two story 2300 square foot villa has a subdued but stylish interior providing the following amenities:
- Pool Table
- Dramatic two story entrance.
- Three (3) large bedrooms all furnished with new night tables and dresser. The condo also has spacious closets.
- Six (6) comfortable beds: 1 king in master, 1 queen and 2 twins in the second bedroom and 2 twins in the third bedroom, all with new bedding for the beds.
- Master Bedroom has private balcony, gas fireplace and 32 inch flat screen LCD TV . Two (2) night tables with two (2) reading lamps, along with a full size dresser, large closet, dressing room and ensuite bathroom.
- Two (2) full well-appointed bathrooms with combined shower/tub and marble counter tops. Two (2) piece powder room on the main floor. All new lighting fixtures has been installed in the bathrooms as well.
- Warm, inviting living room with 46 inch flat screen LCD TV with large comfortable sectional sofa, full size ottoman and two (2) end tables. Includes DVD/CD player, iPod docking station and stereo.
- Dining area with seating for eight (8) at elegant dark wood table with walkout to private patio.
- Large windows with a wonderful view of the beautifully manicured grounds and golf course.
- Sunken den with fireplace, with pool table.
- Well-equipped kitchen featuring a separate eating area with a high top table and all amenities including dishwasher, microwave, garbage disposal, George Forman grill, toaster oven, coffee maker and much more.
- Full size washer and dryer.
- Two (2) private patios.
- One balcony
- Panoramic view of the golf course, mountains and lake.
- Free wireless internet, cable TV and three (3) cordless telephones with answering machine.
- Reserved covered parking for two (2) cars.
- Access to the resort's pool and spa.
The onsite Grill offers fine dining within a short walking distance, while the Diamondbacks Bar & Grill provides a more casual atmosphere.
Casago House Rules
** Stays 21 days during 5/1-10/31 will require a utility deposit in the amount of $500.00 - the deposit will be collected once the booking is confirmed either via Airbnb or a direct charge to the card on file. **
~ Guest booking the homes must be at least 25 years of age. Reservation holder must be at the home unless approved in advance by Casago.
~ Check-in time is at 3:00 PM
~ Check-out time is 10:00 AM
~ Please remember! We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, so please make sure coordinate your travel plans ahead of time
~ Casago provides a starter pack which will include hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap. Please refrain from using "flushable wipes."
~ No pets or large gatherings
~ Renter must park in the garage or visitor parking spaces. Repeated over night parking in the visitor parking is not allowed.
~ No smoking inside, outside the property, or on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke in the home found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the house. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens.
~ Homes are electronically monitored for noise and smoke detection
~ Stays 21 days or more require a utility deposit in the amount of $500.00 - the deposit will be collected once the booking is confirmed either via Airbnb or a direct charge to the card on file.
~ Utility caps apply. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer - This 3 bedroom has a $200 utility allowance per 30 days ($6.67/day.) Guest are responsible for any amount billed over the $200 utility cap.
~ All Casago Homes are inspected every 30 days to change filters and batteries and service the lock. We appreciate your cooperation in advance.
~ All reservations are subject to a background check and an additional screening fee. The reservation holder must submit their driver's license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.

Hard to find, address is not on the street, Code did not unlock door. Property is listed as having three bathrooms with showers. The third bath was a half bath, no shower.
So two bedrooms need to share the one bath room located in the hall. Rental company did help us find the property and did come to repair the toilet that was leaking. Otherwise nice place to stay, very quite.

There were not 3 bathrooms,,2 1/2 bathrooms does not count as 3. Pictures were susceptible. Could not enjoy playing pool in location of pool table.There was a window open without a screen.It was clean and location was great.

This property is just as advertised - spacious yet cozy. Great location easy access to main roads and attractions, near golf, restaurants, shopping and Historic Old Town. Would definitely recommend for a family vacation.
